Disgusting, so bad I can’t understand how it’s open

Well we usually like this chippy but we decided to order the 1/4 duck and ribs etc as we had friends round. The duck was a sorry tiny pile of crispy duck skin. Whenever I've ordered duck from a chippy (I'm 45 so I've ordered a few) it's still on the bone so you can shred it yourself. Never again from here! 4 pancakes it filled. Crispy fat, not duck! I cooked a couple of pizzas!

The fish is disgusting. Never had a fish dinner as bad as this. And who puts MSG in the peas??

Cancelled order after it should have been delivered leaving us with no food for dinner. Really unacceptable.

Ordered on just eat with family, diaappointed to pay £1.10 for the smallest sausage in the world, won't be back

My food was left outside on a bin and in the cold on my neighbours house. Also when I rang up go past from the driver to the restaurant all the be told was just complain to just eat

Food here has gone down so bad that most of the food tastes disgusting. They are also extremely expensive. They treat there delivery drivers really bad and have No customer services at all. Highly recommend you stay clear.

Paid a relative fortune for a meal from this place and the chips that came with the meal looked like they had been sat on and had stinking old grease poored all over them (the chip wrapping was hard to separate from the chips). I contacted them and was told they wouldn’t replace the food because it’s just the type of potatoes, and they wouldn’t offer a refund. The rest of the food was sub mediocre at best and made me feel sick. I will never return to this place even if it’s the last takeaway on earth. If the potatoes you are using are that bad just stop selling chips please!!! I ended up going to a different take away to replace my daughters entire meal.

Always order from here. Never had a problem. Lovely food. Great service.

Always order from 113, and always have fabulous meals. Yesterday ordered the special Chow Mein; we counted 2 tiny prawns with shell still partially attached, and a few strips of chicken. No flavour and altogether very disappointing. Didn’t finish it because it was quite unpleasant. Unusual for 113 so I hope the chef was just having a bad day!

Gorgeous food just not alot of meat in special chow mein. Was really tasty though.

Food was vile. Sparse amount of sauce on chips. 4 adults eating and all said it was disgusting. I’m annoyed I actually paid for this appalling meal.

Gave wrong order and ignored the phone!!!!!! Paid cash too so I want my money back or my order.

Chicken smelt funny I ate one bit of chicken Didn't like the taste of sweet and sour chicken at all...... Went hungry all night Put remaining dinner back in the plastic container My husband enjoyed savory cake and fried rice and chips curry sauce

Salt & pepper chips weren't very flavourful, the satay tofu smelled really plasticky and the soup was bland, so a bit gutted for the money... It arrived quickly, so that was a bonus.

Gorgeous hot food. Delivered early but luckily I arrived home in time.

The chicken was warmed up like it had been in the microwave on the dinner cold in parts went in the bin ,the beef was so chewy ended up scooping it out into the bin and the chips were luke warm not a happy just a waste of food and money 😑

Driver didn't ring the bell but said he knocked, left the food on the floor outaide in the wind and rain and went didn't know it had even arrived only that my niece left to go out and found it on the floor. Rang the chippy to get attitude off the driver like we did something wrong and then refused to talk to us. Very unprofessional service and nothing offered to resolve it. Won't be using again

Slightly over priced but that all chippies these days. Food was excellent tho ate every last bit which is unusual for us. Will order again if we come into money 😂

I'm just going to let the pictures do the 'talking' this is what is what was found after clearing what looked like 6 times fried batter.

Ordered small fish meals for dinner and after clearing what feels like 6 time fried batter this is all that was inside.

The fish where utterly horrendous, all 4 where unedible.

The chips & scallops were, I'm pretty sure reheated. The "Large" fish was minuscule and mostly stale batter. The steak pie was a cheap bland tasting mince pie and only lukewarm.🤢 The whole meal was a disappointing reheated shambles which would explain the fast delivery so quickly after ordering. This place usually delivers okay food but not today. From now on I will only use it as a last resort if at all. 😞

Cold and chicken chow main was very cold

Food was fine, but late delivery and missing salt & pepper chicken

The food was very good and hot: well done. The only slight concern was that on the internet it said, "Delivered" long before the food arrived: it was a very busy time on Christmas Eve but a realistic estimated delivery time would have helped, say three hours rather than two hours. Under the circumstances the kitchen staff and the friendly delivery driver did very well.

Quacking meal that was. I got the duck by the way.

Asked to get pegged by a battered fish and they wouldn’t receive very disappointed I got immediately kicked out the store.

Yesterday I came out here to get some food as I couldn’t cook due to work. I tried calling to place my food so I could pick it up but on the phone it was so difficult. There was a child in the phone who was completely ignorant and rude commenting about me when he was making it difficult. After a while I was able to place it and it wouldn’t be ready for an hour and a half. When I finally got it it was cold and after I heated it up it smelt bad and tasted gross. But there’s something worse, the chicken was RAW! These people are cooking dangerous items to eat and selling it for a totally disgusting price of £20 for everything I ordered. Ultimately, I do not recommend having food from here as you’ll probably get ill and have a hurt wallet for what you get. Find somewhere better to eat!

Tried ordering online, phone was answered by someone who sounded like a child and was very ignorant. I couldn’t get my point across and ultimately ended up hanging up. Avoiding here from now on.

Chips are horrible!.. Paid £6 for mushroom chow mein and I could hardly find a mushroom,, so was basically a portion of noodles. Rice and noodles - BLAND. Will not be ordering from here again.

Overall good service and delivery time but the food was awful . The chow main was so dry and bland , the duck pieces were to over cooked. Literally no vegetables or sauce in the chow main , to overpriced . I’m far from a fussy eater but this was just disappointing.

Avoid this establishment! We ordered Salt & Pepper chicken pieces. When they arrived, we though they'd mistakenly sent out salt & pepper FISH. But, on further investigation, it was in fact chicken which was clearly contaminated. We then made a call to the takeaway where the acknowledgment of the problem was as inexcusable as the quality of their food. Argued for over 30 minutes rather than apologise and offer a refund. Taking this to environmental health! Spent £20 on the meal, £25 on toilet roll the day after, an absolute scam!

Avoid at all cost! Ordered salt and pepper chicken pieces, when I unpacked them from the plastic bag they arrived in I got a strong smell of fish. My son who has these each time we get a takeout refused to eat anymore than 2 before he brought them to me and said they don’t taste right. I knew instantly they were off! I called the takeaway and they argued for half an hour about my complaint. Refused to accept they had sent out a contaminated meal. Will be contacting environmental health on Monday. Their attitude was abysmal. Will never order from there again.

Just love the sweet and sour chicken from here. This is my go to chippy for this meal. Had a few other dishes from here and always been good.

Do not order from here rice was cold fish was disgusting chips was old avoid at all costs.
