Ordered via their website 30.08.2024 with delivery time approx 1hr later, the order never arrived and when I called it was voicemail saying closed. Drove down and indeed the takeaway was closed however online and website showing as open. They took the money from my account and I got no food, tried calling as I want the money back and no answer so I have had to raise with my bank.

Was ok. Egg fried rice was rubbish like little bits that had been sat for ages gettin reheated again and again. Wouldn’t order again, shame really cos some was nice but the rice makes the main! 👎🏻

I ordered chicken special chicken chow mein. There was no meat in it apart from two or three pieces. That was the only disappointing thing about it. I wasn’t happy. The Taste was just plain Chips curry rice was okay apart from that you need to sort it out guys and you will be good to go.

Honestly the best Chinese I’ve found in Birkenhead. Food is always delicious and the CHICKEN BALLS! wow so so amazing. Will never go anywhere else now that I’ve found sea breeze

normally can't complain about the meals, but I got the salt an pepper combo for a change, an it was barely edible!! beef and chicken was that tough and dry most had to be binned, the ribs looked like they'd already been eaten, and we couldn't even bite into the wings as they were solid! pity because everything is normally spot on from here.

Food was freezing cold, portions so much smaller than normal with barely any sauce etc.. Paid nearly £40 to be disappointed. Food was delivered before they stated courier was out for delivery. Won't be ordering again

I ordered salt and pepper chicken wings and they charged me £7.50 i think it was and didnt get them,they sent ribs instead and i ended up putting them in the bin because noone eats ribs.

Food was 1.30 minutes late. They were however very apologetic, refunded my delivery and threw some prawncrackers into my order. I ordered here because of the high number of satisfactory reviews but I was more than disappointed with the quality of this meal. I would honestly say this is the worst chippy I've eaten from. If you think the food from here is good you have a very low standard of living and need to venture out of the north end and see the true standard of quality and meaning of taste

Before ordering just eat said 35-45 minutes When order was put through it came up with the longest waiting time ( they even failed to deliver within this window) 1 hour 50 minutes for pie chips and rice, Food was hardly warm, pie was dryer than the depths of mars and missed my drink of the order. Save your time and money.

The delivery guy was exceptionally efficient, and it was delicious.

It has been late the last 3 times we have ordered.

Ordered a soup. Arrived in a cup that you would usually get a carton of gravy in. About 1/4 of usual size. Same price. To top it off it was cold. Prob because it wasn’t in the usual polystyrene bowl but a cardboard cup.

We also orded hot and sour soup.never had anything like this before disgusting straight to bin

Ordered food approx 5:30pm. Delivery time 6:50pm-7:10pm. Food arrived at 7:50pm!! I had to call the restaurant twice! And refund was refused! This is not acceptable! I understand it's a Friday night but this is a reacurring issue.

Salt and pepper chicken was dry and chewy. Spring rolls were soggy. Chips were cold. Fried rice was nice as well as the curry sauce after we had reheated them in the microwave. Wouldn't order again

2 prawns in my special chow mein?? It was luke warm and tasted dry with little flavour. Sweet and sour had very little sauce. Delivery was 20 mins later than the latest expected time. I won't be ordering from Sea Breeze again

satay chicken skewer starter smelt of ammonia and chicken squidgy. was binned straight away. the salt and pepper box had a mid length black hair in. refused refund despite over £30 being wasted. will add had ordered a few times and apart from minor issues food was generally ok. this last order was inedible and binned.

Food was really nice, except the chicken skewers. They were covered in a really foul tasting sauce. Noone could eat them. A major gripe I have is the large price differences between just eat and the takeaways own website. I ordered the Special Munchy Box. On just eat its advertised at £16.35. According to the takaways menu it is £13.50. I feel totally ripped off. If I had used the takeaways own website I would have saved £7 on the whole order. I understand just eat take a percentage but a difference of £2.85 for the same product seems really excessive. Can't fault the food though. I recommend this takeaway, but do not use just eat. You'll just get ripped off.

20 mins late vermicelli tasted of nothing but I ate it as I was hungry. chicken satay skewers wear soggy boarding on gooey and stank. Chucked it straight in the bin I’m sure they was bad
