Food wasn’t great at all. Chips were cold and soggy. Doner meat had a very strange taste to it and was again cold. Unfortunately all but the burger had to be thrown away. Wouldn’t recommend sadly.

Great place, food is always to a high standard and hot. Only dropped a star because I ordered and paid for a 1/2lb burger but only got a 1/4lb one.

All the food was spot on as usual. Delivery driver was friendly & polite.

30 mins early and food felt like just came out the fridge it was colder the the 2 cans

The food was ok and for the money, it was good value. However, the delivery was marked as done half an hour before it was actually delivered, leaving me both confused and no avenue to ask for refund because "it's been delivered".

I ordered just a chicken and donner kebab and a chicken and sweetcorn pizza, the chicken should be plain as described, why was it some weird yellow colour that's stained my fingers and t shirt an whatever else it also managed to touch? why was this same weird yellow chicken on the pizza?? if I order chicken I expect just chicken not some weird oily strange yellow coulored stuff that tastes vile, absolutely disgusting if u want decent food order from dinos pizzeria im gutted it was to late to

Ordered a thin and crispy mest feast. Come doughy like a donught. Called restaurant when open and they would rectify issue even when I offered pizza back . I did put comments in comment box but where not read by the staff. Disgusting service and I'm still waiting for them to confirm my delivery so I cant complain further. I would avoid this place !

absolutely shocking service , left comments in box and wasn't listened to by the staff, then when I phoned got told they were shut and couldn't do anything about it even though shop was still open! Will never use again. disgusting food, disgusting service. would not recommend at at all !

Usually order with filo’s and is decent, spent £15 on popcorn chicken and chips and a chocolate cake. the cake was absolutely tiny and fully frozen i wouldn’t mind a bit frozen as expected but i mean this could’ve gone through a wall. as for the the popcorn chicken that could’ve left a hole in a vault. the chips were lukewarm. i didn’t want to make this review as filo’s is usually spot on however after 10 phone calls and no pick up still i won’t be ordering from there again

This is our local takeaway never had a problem here food is always hot and absolutely delicious and delivered quickly! Chicken kebab is amazing big chunks of chicken and plenty of it with lots of flavour will always order from filos it's our favorite for a treat tea!

Food freezing looks like it should have been put in the bin days ago. Chicken kebab was salty vile n disgusting. Person on the phone was rude. Definitely know how to lose customers

Ordered for delivery in fair time before closing, after waiting around 30-40minutes called and tried to ask how long it will, was very abrupt said they are doing it, 2 hours still haven’t received anything! Absolutely disgusting!

Ordered yesterday for delivery early at 5.15?order was on time but!! Food was cold, kebab was clearly yesterdays left overs naan bread was stale cold and hard utter rubbish binned the lot, will never order here again!!

Ordered 2 large portions of Donner meat all I can say is that if this is a large then I'd hate to see the small. Pathetic portions, looks like he halved one large portion into 2 boxes. Secondly got the pizza deal for one, meant to be 10" pizza onion rings and a drink, must be out of onion rings didn't bother to say anything to me and swapped it with a small chips instead. Won't be going back, if didn't just drive all the way down there would have got them swapped. Utter joke. There's tonnes of take outs around here do yourself a favor stay away from this one. Never in my life have I had to season my own Donner meat ever, how do you get Donner meat that tastes of nothing at all? Waste of £20 everyone's disappointed with their food. Waste of time.

Tried here on a recent stay in Liverpool, the food was good, and hot on delivery, but my mate bit into a slice of pizza, and bit into 2 small pieces of glass

Food was shocking and three of us ended up with food poisoning and went to hospital due to this. Then to ring up and be told well what do you want me to do and basically called a liar. Stay away never ordering from here again . Telling me to contact Uber eats, when it’s them that bloody cooked the food

Ordered food that come 2 hours late after calling the store 3 times to be told it will be with me shortly for it to arrive cold with no apology of the driver and when I called the store to complain they told me the store was closed now and put the phone down on me.

Disappointing i dont know if my expectations are high but the pizza looks like something i would make at home the pizza tasted plain. The polystrene literally melted into my chips…

I could not recommend this restaurant anymore if I tried… Firstly the customer service on the phone is always spot on The food is out of this world the meals are always fresh and piping hot! The pizza base an sauce it special!! The delivery’s are always so fast an the delivery drivers are so polite I would never order from anywhere else! Thank you again for an amazing order xxx

Last place available, so me and friend ordered half pounder cheese burger and chips. Chips wasn't fresh at all and mate found hair in his burger and has been given food poisoning he believes as it was last thing he ate and was on off toilet all night becareful. Ordering food is such a gamble at the minute

Ordered on card food never turned up tried to call to find out no one answered rang back today as they was shut last night and no one will help me in anyway horrible customer service unwilling to help in anyway will never go back again
