Chino in Wirral

Disgusting, found a bone in my chicken kebab, lots of pieces of chicken held together with gristle, freezing cold, lowest cheapest quality , wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

Honestly words cant describe it, came home after a night shift too exhausted to make food and the last place open was Chinos, looked good enough as it was rated 4.5 stars on just eat (which ive now come to find out is their own members of staff leaving reviews!) so i ordered a chicken kebab, it took around and hour and a half to prepare it, within the first bite there was bone!! this is not normal. I ordered chicken strips and curly fries for my daughter and they were freezing cold and below iceland quality! had to throw it all in bin. complete waste of money and time. No refunds, No customer skills. No Nothing!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE

Managed to give me food poisoning with cheap frozen food. I can only assume they have zero hygiene procedures and leave it out to rot. Or staff don't know how to wash their hands. I've reported to environmental health. Scruffs.

The food is frozen Iceland stuff and the staff are rude beyond belief. They spam their reviews with their own accounts. "Nikki" on their foodhub reviews is them. If you read the real reviews they are all negative. Their deranged staff will probably reply to this with something abusive. Edit to respond to their reply. No, you didn't make anything in front of me. I was served a frozen pizza that I paid dominoes prices for. As for how you treat customers - if someone is unhappy with being ripped off that doesn't make them a nasty person it means you need to apologise, refund them, and change how you run your business. Not abuse them.

The food is frozen reheats and if you pay for any extras you don't receive it. Staff are rude when you point this out.

Food took an hour and a half for a burger and chips which I was reluctant to buy as it was as the food quality is very poor but was the only place open. Cancelled. They ame anyway pressing my buzzer at 3am and then swore at me. Disgusting. Will be making a complaint about takeawa. Filthy. Over priced. Cheap quality. Vile staff and manager. Any positive comments are clearly written by the same people as everyone else seems to have the same experience with this place. Pink burgers, undercooked chips, funny smelling milkshake, and previous rat infection problem. Will be posting on food hub, just eat, and Uber, thanks .

Honestly , this is the best place if you want a sundae or a pizza.strongly recommended as they never stopped surprising me with something new in their menu.

All rubbish food, I ordered a 14" pepperoni pizza, A donner meat & chips and 2 Pepsi cans, I received a 10" garlic bread meant to be a pizza (had barely no sauce to it) small onions rings and a hot dog, oh an 2 rubicon mango cans, it's stupid. It took over an hour and a half to be delivered aswell, honestly I think this place needs to be shut down. Rang numerous times with no answer within last night and even today they don't answer. Wouldn't even give them a 1 star, poor service.

Always order from here when i'm in work, great food very tasty. food is always hot and the milkshakes are amazing. the driver Lewis is so nice.

I made an order, called up and asked what time the food would arrive and was told “I don’t know.” Never ordering from here again and I would advise the same. The man over the phone was incoherent and didn’t answer any of the questions I asked him, I think he didn’t speak English.

Absolutely Horrendous! Food was awful. Ordered 2 lots of salt and pepper chicken. And got about 6 pieces of rock hard chicken with literally no peppers what so ever. Absolute shambles.

Sundaes are an absolute shout. Staff are lovely, will be ordering again in the future! 10/10

Went in to order charged me and my girlfriend 10 for two kebabs . On the counter says 4.49 when we got home checked on the just eat app says 3.99 each so that's 7.98 . So we're ripped off watch out if u go in here will try and charge what ever they want

The order was 45 minutes late tried phoning a few times and got no answer my hot dog was cold when it arrived the only decent things from here was that we ordered 2 sundaes and 2 cans which were cold

As an astonishing food critic, I would like to say that not only was the restaurant 30 minutes late for delivery but the food was also cold and barely edible I ordered the spicy pizza and I don’t even know if I can call it spicy, didn’t know someone could make jalapeños un spicy might be to the fact that they said they messed up the order before and forgot how to cook their food properly instead my pizza arrived drenched in access oil, in conclusion the food quality was abysmal and the inners of my stomach are not going to be feeling nice tomorrow, the only positive was the milkshake which arrived cold due to that I give this place a 2/5

Would give 0 stars if I could absolutely vile I ordered the hot dog and drink and my boyfriend ordered the bbq ribs The hot dog looked disgusting and came with mustard which it didnt say on the options The mustard look like it had been on there for hours as it was solidifying The bbq ribs were dry and looked like they had been sitting out all day Couldnt even finish itand had to bint it as it was inedible the portion sizes were also absolutely abysmal considering it cost £11 for a hotdog smaller than my hand a small portion of chips and dry ribs Truly disappointing
