The chicken tasted a little burnt witch is very unusual did not enjoy that at all doner bread was hard did not enjoy as we have done in the past the burger also tasted burnt the only thing to enjoy were the fries

Refused to take our order accused us of being kids prank calling have they never hear of people with anxiety on the phone and people with nervous laughs disgracefully saying they would deliver it and then put the phone down in us

Let me food at the bottom of my stairs even tho it said in the notes to bring it up to my flat didn’t even bother to shout up until my neighbour knocked and asked if I had ordered food. Will never order from here again

Only ordered a Donner Calzone. Not great. Really mushy and dry inside. Wouldn't order again. Mozzarella (if that's what it was) was tasteless. Ive had food from here before and been decent but this was awful.

Pizza was OK, literally the worst doner meat I've ever had my dog and next doors dog wouldn't even sniff it twice ,it's a combination of plastic and cardboard, totally understaffed ,the ones who do work,shouldn't be in a situation where they provide food for others ,if mad max was true this place would cater ,.. absolute joke

The food arrived early, so I was surprised that the pizza was burnt to a crisp. The quality of the burger took me back to Gladys Street, in the mid 80's. I won't be coming here again.

missing items. when I rang up over this the man was very abusive and told me ' it's not his problem that my kids tea was missing' I eat here frequently and will not be ordering again!

bit disappointing this time round, the sausage was clearly not edible, my daughter wouldn't touch it and the wrap seemed like it was thrown together. very messy.

usually the food is delicious I order a few times from here but tonight wasn't very good at all , garlic bread with cheese was over done and one of my favourite dishes garlic mushrooms with cheese was just awful the cheese was like play dough and hardly no garlic sauce with mushrooms I did take a photo but it wouldn't let me share , a shame because this place is fab usually 😔

food arrived quickly and was piping hot so no complaints there. unfortunately the quality of the food wasn't that great though. the chips were ok (although were french fries not chips, which is fine). the special burger didn't have much flavour to it other than the bucket full of garlic mayo that was put on both sides of it and the 1 piece chicken pretty wasnt great. also I ordered a meal deal, burger, chips and can for £10 but later realised it's actually cheaper to order them separately?

Food arrived 35mins late. No apology from driver who couldn't even ring the doorbell. Luckily my wife saw his car at the end of the drive. Ordered a kebab and asked for chilli sauce separate. Arrived covered in chilli sauce. Staff appear unable to understand simple requests. Won't order again.

Food was OK but the staff are an absolute joke. There is one guy who I think is a delivery driver thinks he runs the place. He was definitely last in the que when they were giving out manners.

Repeatedly not provided a 330 ml Capri Sun, only a 200 ml one - false advertising!

Food arrived really quickly, however, I ordered fried chicken and it was disgusting. They somehow managed to overcook the meat while the skin remained floppy and pale under a thick layer of soggy flour topped with an almost black crust. i couldn't eat this and threw it away. I have ordered food from this place before and though never top notch, this meal falls far below what id expect from them.

The bbq base pizza ( New York ) is fantastic 😃👍🏻. Rest of the order super tasty and hot on delivery. Thank you, recommend local takeaway.

Fries were inedible. Sausages were over-cooked but just about edible. Chocolate cake was fantastic.

The delivery guy was on time- nice and friendly. The garlic bread with cheese and pepperoni was nice enough - a little salty though. The fries (with cheese) tasted like they were warmed up and not crispy unfortunately.

Usually order once a week. Just ordered to collect and went after ten mins. Order not even started. Served 6 people who walked in after us. Walked out after waiting half an hour and they're not even arsed when we're doing you a favour by coming to pick up. Not coming again.

I sad to say I was very Disappointed in this meal it was awful cold to luke warm no taste to meat pitta bread very hard in places asked for onions and tomatoes had more on a sandwich don't do salad anymore you have to pick so again went to onions and Tom's but they were few prices go up quality now suffering love this place was unhappy with it it actually went out to the local foxes

Food decent. Customer service is awful. The girl on phone & counter is so rude. No manners at all, basically throws the food at you and walks off.

Food is decent for its price, but unfortunately the women who took the order over the phone and handed it over on collection clearly wasn’t having the best day because she was rude and uninviting.

ordered 2 donner burgers , the thinnest poor quality cheese burger arrived, with old dry salad, and no donner to be seen , they brought donner meat separate 10 mins later which was cold with bone bits in symbolising the very cheapest brand , I didn't eat either , I'll never order here again, poor quality over priced and lack of interest when I rang up , total ####

I’m disappointed with my large Dona kebab that i bought yesterday because you didn’t put plenty of sweet chilli sauce on it don’t you read your notes when my order went through I’m very disappointed with it

We ordered as my daughter likes the red salt and chicken stripes. My partner and I ordered a large casa mia special kebab. It came with no salad and was nearly cold already. When we rang to advise as to there being no salad the customer service was terrible and the attitude from the person on the other end of the phone was like it was my problem and my mistake. We will never be using Casa Mia again as this is our second incident with issues and terrible service and attitude when we call up.

Not the best quality usually ok but cheese had slid off the pizza like it had been flung everywhere when being delivered.

Delivery was so quick! Said 25-40 mins and only took 15, was so shocked! And all food was piping hot.

asked for chilli sauce, wraps are drowned in it cant taste anything apart from it, fries are undercooked. Nuggets are good

Nice pizza always ask for no red salt they still put it on surely there is an option to add red salt not take it off it’s horrible. Kids don’t like it. Also the lady who works in there with the head scarf is the rudest woman ever!!!!!!!

Normally love it here, however the driver accused me of putting the wrong address into just eat (which I didn’t) and was extremely rude. After failing to deliver our food, I had to physically go down and get it after paying for delivery. Food was freezing cold and staff had awful customer service skills to help resolve this issue. Absolutely appalling service.

Pizza was so greasy it wasn't edible. I ordered a thin crust seafood with olives and red onion. It was 2cm thick with the olives and onions dumped on top with a huge amount of oil. The oil seeped through and out the bottom of the box. It's the bin

By the time I got it, it was lukewarm to cold. The cheese hadn’t even begun to melt, so needed to be put in the oven for a while. Have ordered from here before and was prepared to let the first mistake slide, but not this time.

The food’s not bad but the customer service of the fat girl on the phone is discussing. She is vile and rude to speak to on phone. I will never order from their again due to her messing up order and screaming down that am a lier and don’t know what I’ve ordered. The place might get more stars ⭐️ if wasn’t for her. My daughter is such a fussy eater but loves the food from this establishment and if given the choice will choose here every time. The delivery driver is really friendly and polite too.
