Casa Mia Pizza in Wirral

Ordered pizza the man handed it over in a carrier bag. So the pizza was obviously not edible once opened all mushed up everywhere once opened. Rang up an not even bothered or helpful at all. Said wasn't his problem !!!!

I ordered tonight. It claimed to of been delivered on the app... but it never actually was (after an hr of waiting Ive had to put on my own food instead! & its late). I was paying by cash aswell. So not sure what happened here. Why even accept order to begin with, if no intention to deliver it? & I have ordered from here b4- no problems! so its strange to me. (they also never txt back when I asked for an update) I probably would not order from here again, sadly.

Calzone was not cooked properly for some reason

Waffle was hard and when called to see where delivery was they said it’s late and bring some extra stuff got to over an hour called again they said driver left then when he got here there was no extra was over a hour late food was cold and cristpy not how I wanted and milkshake didn’t come with a straw

The Dona kebab was okay but it could have more sweet chilli sauce on it and that was the only thing wrong with it

Ridiculous accepts payment and order, have all emails of proof go to pick up denying I ordered and payed even with proof shown. No refund given. Rang my bank and they have said its theft so you will be contacted by them and if you refuse the police

Absolutely disgusting attitude from staff! Menu states 5 piece fried chicken meal deal. I asked if the chicken in this deal was boneless. Lady who works there told me yes so I ordered 2 meals. Got home and the chicken had bones in, which my family wouldn’t eat. Returned to be shouted at in front of other customers and told to just order from menu in future. I did and no where on the menu does it say the chicken has bones in, which is why I asked. Safe to say I will not be returning. Recommend staff to be trained in what the deals consist of instead of blaming customers for food they didn’t order having to go in the bin!

Pizza was delivered on time. However, it was warm, soggy and lacking in pepperoni.

Always fantastic quality. Piping hot, generous topping on the pizzas. Knocks spots off Domino's.

The service quality at the restaurant was excellent, and to our delight, they even provided complimentary garlic bread. However, we were disappointed when we received a chicken shawarma that seemed to originate from the Irish Sea, along with some chicken wings. In fact, the next-door dog wouldn’t even sniff at them twice!

Cheesy chip wraps were cold and cheese wasn’t melted

Waited over an hour for the food, when it got here wraps tasted like cleaning chemicals, falling apart. Garlic bread was cremated. Wouldn’t even feed it to my dog

Only ordered a Donner Calzone. Not great. Really mushy and dry inside. Wouldn't order again. Mozzarella (if that's what it was) was tasteless. Ive had food from here before and been decent but this was awful.

Pizza was OK, literally the worst doner meat I've ever had my dog and next doors dog wouldn't even sniff it twice ,it's a combination of plastic and cardboard, totally understaffed ,the ones who do work,shouldn't be in a situation where they provide food for others ,if mad max was true this place would cater ,.. absolute joke

The food arrived early, so I was surprised that the pizza was burnt to a crisp. The quality of the burger took me back to Gladys Street, in the mid 80's. I won't be coming here again.

missing items. when I rang up over this the man was very abusive and told me ' it's not his problem that my kids tea was missing' I eat here frequently and will not be ordering again!

bit disappointing this time round, the sausage was clearly not edible, my daughter wouldn't touch it and the wrap seemed like it was thrown together. very messy.

Food wasn't the best first and last time I order from here

usually the food is delicious I order a few times from here but tonight wasn't very good at all , garlic bread with cheese was over done and one of my favourite dishes garlic mushrooms with cheese was just awful the cheese was like play dough and hardly no garlic sauce with mushrooms I did take a photo but it wouldn't let me share , a shame because this place is fab usually 😔

food arrived quickly and was piping hot so no complaints there. unfortunately the quality of the food wasn't that great though. the chips were ok (although were french fries not chips, which is fine). the special burger didn't have much flavour to it other than the bucket full of garlic mayo that was put on both sides of it and the 1 piece chicken pretty wasnt great. also I ordered a meal deal, burger, chips and can for £10 but later realised it's actually cheaper to order them separately?

Food arrived 35mins late. No apology from driver who couldn't even ring the doorbell. Luckily my wife saw his car at the end of the drive. Ordered a kebab and asked for chilli sauce separate. Arrived covered in chilli sauce. Staff appear unable to understand simple requests. Won't order again.

Food was OK but the staff are an absolute joke. There is one guy who I think is a delivery driver thinks he runs the place. He was definitely last in the que when they were giving out manners.

Repeatedly not provided a 330 ml Capri Sun, only a 200 ml one - false advertising!

Food arrived really quickly, however, I ordered fried chicken and it was disgusting. They somehow managed to overcook the meat while the skin remained floppy and pale under a thick layer of soggy flour topped with an almost black crust. i couldn't eat this and threw it away. I have ordered food from this place before and though never top notch, this meal falls far below what id expect from them.

The bbq base pizza ( New York ) is fantastic 😃👍🏻. Rest of the order super tasty and hot on delivery. Thank you, recommend local takeaway.

hi,i ordered cheesy chips x2 one with mayonnaise and one without you proceeded to put it on both and my brother is allergic to eggs this made him have a reaction please could i get my refund as that is not on

The delivery guy was on time- nice and friendly. The garlic bread with cheese and pepperoni was nice enough - a little salty though. The fries (with cheese) tasted like they were warmed up and not crispy unfortunately.

Usually order once a week. Just ordered to collect and went after ten mins. Order not even started. Served 6 people who walked in after us. Walked out after waiting half an hour and they're not even arsed when we're doing you a favour by coming to pick up. Not coming again.

I sad to say I was very Disappointed in this meal it was awful cold to luke warm no taste to meat pitta bread very hard in places asked for onions and tomatoes had more on a sandwich don't do salad anymore you have to pick so again went to onions and Tom's but they were few prices go up quality now suffering love this place was unhappy with it it actually went out to the local foxes
