Lovely spot. Great selection of homemade cakes and shortbread options. Good drink options too Excellent portions and very well priced. Worth definitely return.

Great Service, im a usual customer and the food is amazing

Won’t be ordering from here again. Was once a regular takeaway for us but delivery time has gone downhill and become terrible and when chased up they lie about it being ‘on its way’. Food temperature has also suffered. We provided feedback on this a few months ago and went elsewhere for a while, today we thought we’d try it again but nothing has improved: over half an hour later than promised and cold food. Such a shame.

Visited my son who lives in Preston and we stayed here. From the moment we walked in all staff were friendly and very welcoming. The hotel was spotless and the two rooms we had were lovely. The breakfast is also worth having. Will definitely return soon.

Our visit was for our daughters birthday. The hotel was attractive and the staff very attentive and friendly. I had booked a week ago and was a little surprised that they were not expecting us and had to set a table for four people, however they apologised and swiftly seated us. We had the room to ourselves and the staff took our orders, the service was very efficient. The starters were fine but unfortunately the mains were very disappointing. The men enjoyed their meal of pork belly but my daughter and myself had the steak which were very unpleasant, mainly because they were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, we had ordered medium steaks. The staff very kindly offered to only charge us for one of the steak meals and gave us complimentary coffees because it was my daughters birthday. As this was our first visit i would hope that this was an off day, it didn’t spoil my daughters birthday as the staff were so good.

very expensive for the tiniest slivers of meat!! 1 small chunk of beef and 1 pathetic sliver of turkey for £27. I'll stick to the farmers arms in whitestakes in the future. save your money and don't bother!!

Tengo un trigo intolerancia y no, mientras yo no esperes restaurantes para satisfacer las alergias a los alimentos que no esperan que sean conscientes de los ingredientes utilizados. Tuvimos una cena makeshift adecuado para un niño; 35 que esperaba para una comida adecuada para un crecido. All of the food was cold. Food like this though, can't and shouldn't be reheated, but we had to, otherwise it wouldn't have been enjoyed. Fries reheated in a microwave are not good at all.... When your bill has a fiver added to it (over 20% of the food cost) for delivery and service, you expect it to be hot.
