I’m in Manchester frequently, and this hotel is like a home from home. The décor, service, location and nearby parking makes it the go to destination when I’m visiting. The staff are exceedingly polite and the food and beverage selection is exceptional. Thank you, Hyatt. Ask for a High Floor if you are booking. The views are EPIC.

What a massive let down .. I have never eaten food so disgusting in all my life ... We asked for fried chicken and it was literally a piece of chicken deep fried with no coating or flavouring and the jerk was tasteless ... Awful food and the staff looked like they'd rather be somewhere else ... Don't bother with Buzz Rocks awful awful awful

Very lively atmosphere albeit very loud- if you enjoy live music and a well decorated interior, this is the place for you. The staff are generally interesting people who are great with customer service, not to mention the great quality for food and not-too-long wait times. The only downside I can name is prices- the food is a tad on the pricey side, but then again, the quality certainly does make up for this. Greatly recommended.

Went yesterday and got a large Oreo sundae, jam roly poly, and x2 donuts and pistachio ice cream. Was all 11/10! Had to go again tonight!! So nice and great service!

Great little place, staff all friendly and inviting. We ordered the full breakfast which was well cooked and well presented. The coffee here was better than most well known brands. Overall great experience and will definitely be returning.

Fantastic little venue, just outside of the city, with lots of surrounding parking.
