Overall great hotel, service, and experience! Staff was friendly and they let us check in early. We used points and breakfast was included which saved us so much time and money on our itinerary. The food was fresh and they had some gluten free options which was nice. It is a bit out of the center of Manchester so we did need to get Ubers to get to places and back. Lastly, they have washers and dryers for laundry which were perfect for our needs. Would definitely come back to stay.

Perfect hotel for Manchester vacation, close to city center and attractions. Victoria and Picadilly train stations are within 10 minutes by car. Breakfast was amazing and generous. Rooms are spacious and coffee offerings is great.

I’m in Manchester frequently, and this hotel is like a home from home. The décor, service, location and nearby parking makes it the go to destination when I’m visiting. The staff are exceedingly polite and the food and beverage selection is exceptional. Thank you, Hyatt. Ask for a High Floor if you are booking. The views are EPIC.

Such a bad customer service. I already booked and stay in a several Hyatt hotel in another country and never get this bad like in Hyatt House Manchester. Try to contact by email but very slow respon, try to call by international call there's someone who pick up the call but not say any words so I should turn off the phone cause no one talk while my creadit already deduct bcs the international call.

Consistently a good choice, good service, rooms are spotless, and breakfast has lots of choice.

This review describes our booking experience for a visit to Hyatt House, Manchester. We have made a number attempts to book a room over the last few hours. (1) The online booking system would not connect to confirm the booking. (2) Phoning the hotel phone number simply sent us to the Hyatt American call centre where the associate apparently made the booking. However, an hour later we still had not received a confirmation. (3) On ringing Hyatt back we went through the same process only to learn that they had no record of our booking. (4) The attempt to put us into direct contact with the hotel failed. (5) Fearing fraud we rang our credit card provider; luckily no monies had been debited. These various stages took a stressful three hours. Hyatt is an internationally renowned chain but on this evidence they are an inefficiently amateur company who should be ashamed of their inability to deliver the most basic of services. Naturally we have sought a more competent provider.

The room was nice, but I couldn't find the gym on which floor it was after searching around.

I recommend exercising caution when booking this hotel. We made our reservation through a third-party booking site that offered flexibility for rescheduling, as the flight into Manchester has a history of delays and cancellations in the past. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we needed to reschedule our stay for one day later. Prior to submitting our request, we confirmed availability for that date on both the third-party site and the hotel’s website. Regrettably, the hotel rejected our request without offering any alternatives or room for negotiation. Despite our willingness to upgrade our rooms and pay a higher rate, they maintained that it was against their policy. As a result, the entire booking was forfeited and we had to secure accommodations at another hotel. I advise being very cautious when considering this hotel, particularly regarding their flexibility with rescheduling. Additionally, our experience indicated a lack of customer service during our interactions, raising concerns about the level of service we might expect during our stay.

So much value for money. Cleanliness was excellent. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was tasty and fab for vegetarians. Had a lovely stay.

First thing first, the Hyatt House and the Hyatt Regency are within the same building. There is no parking onsite, you will need to park at the Car Park D, which is about couple mins walking from the building. 24 hours parking is around 20 pounds. The hotel is modern, clean and tidy. Also the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is around University of Manchester, there are limited shops or restaurants around. But you could walk to the downtown area within 20 mins. It is a tall building, you have a great Manchester overlook in the room.

This was the cleanest and friendliest Hyatt house I have ever stayed at.

Breakfast is so clouded and the one guarding the breakfast area makes sure only who has the reservation can get in. The ham is too dry. Overall quality is the worse compared to other Hyatt regency. Hyatt house to USA Australia and Hong Kong.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt house, the service was great from staff. Room was brilliant, extremely clean and well equipped. Had a great view from the room. Staff also provided us with cot for baby which was very accommodating of them. Furthermore great value for money. Breakfast was also excellent. And checkout was efficient and smooth. Parking nearby only 2 minutes walk. Would definitely stay again maybe get a better suite.

Room cleanliness was very poor. The bed was dirty, there were small insects, the bathroom basin was stained, and there was paste on the wall (probably the hair care products from the previous guest). The faucet switch on the washbasin was not clean, and there were insect-like objects on the ceiling above the bed. . . While enjoying breakfast in the restaurant, the waiter at the set table accidentally dropped a fork on the ground. After picking it up, he placed it on a tray with clean tableware. . . Then the clean dishes were put on the table, and the dropped fork was put on the counter, and they were transferred to other tasks. I was really stunned when I saw it. I can't imagine where that fork will be put by other waiters. . . The location is not close to the railway station, but it is not far away. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Oxford Road Station. There is a small supermarket near the hotel. Overall, except for the great view from the room, I really had to deduct points for everything else. I was very disappointed with this stay.

We stay in a king bed studio with free breakfast buffet. The room is 35 m2 very spacious and comfortable with equipped kitchenette and a Nespresso machine. The hotel is in the same building with Hyatt Regency Hotel and share same restaurants. Location is right in the heart of Manchester University and it is easy to take a cab to city center only 7 minutes ride.

我對這間酒店處理事情的方法極為失望，這趟旅程是我和朋友為了慶祝生日而來的，我們刻意訂製了一個限定蛋糕(需要提前數個禮拜預訂）並為此預訂了這間有名氣的四星級酒店作為生日拍攝佈景。酒店幫我們儲存蛋糕時，意外弄跌我們的蛋糕，但沒有告知我們並立刻棄置在垃圾桶。我們向櫃檯取回蛋糕時，他們說會幫我們送上房間，讓我們先上去，我們等了半小時後，才以電話告知我們蛋糕發生意外，並指出他們沒有責任幫我們小心保管財物，但是事前並沒有提及，還反問我們有沒有預備另一個蛋糕(難道我們還要特意準備一個蛋糕是為了意外發生？這是多麼荒謬的問題！)就算物件被意外破壞了，他們也不應該自作主張就棄置，亦沒有權利這樣做，若果今天破壞的是一個背包，是否也會這樣處理？我對這個處理方法極為失望及生氣，雖然酒店有作出少量的賠償，但不足以彌補我們這趟旅程被破壞心情。 我對這間酒店的員工處理意外發生的手法極有疑問，我認為酒店的員工需要重新培訓，避免事情同樣發生，影響住客住宿體驗。 這是我人生中渡過最糟糕的生日，亦對再次入住貴公司旗下酒店感到擔憂。
