Sister and mum are vegetarians. Ordered a veggie wrap, came in the wrong coloured box, asked why, were told they’d ran out by some hard faced girl. My little sister then opened it to check to see it was chicken!!! Complained to the girl and asked for a refund. Hard faced girl then refused, after backwards and forwards asked for her name to complain, she pulled her name tag off and refused. Asked the managers name and email address and where told she doesn’t have to give us anything and to basically f*** off!! Never again! Vile vile staff!

Dear Dominos Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your service on 19.8.23. To my utter shock and disbelief, your delivery driver arrived at my house at the outrageous time of 1:30 AM. This timing is completely unacceptable and disruptive to my household's sleep schedule. Moreover, this is not the first time this has happened despite me contacting the store, visiting the store and explaining to the drivers. I do not eat Dominos, I do not order from Dominos, Instead, your drivers deliver someone else's food to the wrong Address, my address, which is not even close to my location. If these matters are not resolved to my satisfaction, I will be left with no choice but reaching out further to your head office and sharing my negative experience with others, if this is to happen again all food delivered here will be discarded and your brand will be damaged by not only my feedback but another disgruntled person who has not got their food. Ahora entiendo que puede estar ocupado, pero tratar a un cliente con tanta arrogancia es terrible, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que estábamos esperando 2 horas por nuestra comida, que ni siquiera sabíamos si seguía llegando, ya que en justeat decía que había sido entregada. cuando no lo había hecho. It turns out I accidentally parked in the KFC section of great Homer street retail park- I was visiting McDonald’s not 1 meter away. Tiny signs up on a lamp post are supposed to be sufficient to prevent you parking here between certain hours, which by the way have been improved since I parked there. I was lumped with 2 parking charges from UKPC for this mistake and KFC wanted nothing to do with it when I contacted them for help and now I have debt collectors on my back for parking in a retail park and buying food. just a friendly FYI and reminder not to go anywhere near KFC in the great Homer street area unless you want to pay £170 per visit for parking

Horrible place. Full of Paedophiles stood outside trying to get young girls to come inside for ‘Fun’ as they said. All getting involved with it. Owner needs to take a long look at themselves

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Ordered bagels with bacon and hash brown. Bacon was undercooked and like rubber and hash browns wee soggy and fell apart along with the bagel!! Disgusting!!

If I had the option of giving 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. Worst mac n cheese I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money because it’s overpriced and the pasta was that dry it was probably made last year; it actually squeaked when I put my fork in it, it was that bone dry. The chef is probably terrified of seasoning because I couldn’t taste a single herb or spice in sight, not even a bit of salt or pepper.

horrible delivery drive. Was over two hours late and partly missing then took an hour to correct it. When I phoned up they was rude and unapologetic. This was a really good pizza place. I don't know if it is under new management but I am definitely not ordering again

We have used this chippy many times before and the food was good. Tonight we ordered sweet and sour prawns on the website at 6.30 pm. We phoned at 7.25 pm and was told it will be here in ten minutes. I phoned back at 7.54 pm and was told we had the wrong chippy. I phoned back at 7.57 pm and was shouted down and that we have the wrong chippy. They have taken £12.80 out of our bank. Never going to use them again!
