Africa 9JA in Liverpool

Ordered through food hub got texts to say order was being made, money was taken then followed a message saying we couldn't have the order but no explanation and a refund will follow in 3 days. Food hub also gave the wrong information to the opening times of the restaurant. Paying money out for nothing is highly unfair,will never order again and people should definitely consider ordering from here. I trust the refund will go in as promised.

I was shocked at the state of this cafe. This is a new Marks and Spencer’s store and what a shockingly unsatisfactory cafe. It’s tiny with just a few tables cramped together. Poor choice of food for lunch and of cakes too. What serious lack of planning. Also at the back of the cafe is one small toilet cubicle which everyone goes to as it’s the only toilet on the shop so people were queuing for the toilet through the cafe. Have you seen the cafe in Llandudno….Liverpool could have done a lot better.

The security at this place are horrendous not doing there job breaking protocol when removing people that was play fighting when explained they got even more aggressive and used forces that is dis allowed ie stragalisation attacking woman that try difuse the situation complaint put in.

Did not receive my order. It never turned up

horrible delivery drive. Was over two hours late and partly missing then took an hour to correct it. When I phoned up they was rude and unapologetic. This was a really good pizza place. I don't know if it is under new management but I am definitely not ordering again
