It turns out I accidentally parked in the KFC section of great Homer street retail park- I was visiting McDonald’s not 1 meter away. Tiny signs up on a lamp post are supposed to be sufficient to prevent you parking here between certain hours, which by the way have been improved since I parked there. I was lumped with 2 parking charges from UKPC for this mistake and KFC wanted nothing to do with it when I contacted them for help and now I have debt collectors on my back for parking in a retail park and buying food. just a friendly FYI and reminder not to go anywhere near KFC in the great Homer street area unless you want to pay £170 per visit for parking

The Irish girl didn't think we saw her her give us the finger. Unlucky. Maybe if you used that finger to actually type in what we ordered we might not have had to repeat it 4 times. ;-)

Ordered two mighty buckets at 6.49 each as advertised on their menu n posters using the drive through then realised they charged me 6.99. Complained they replied they have not had the new posters that shows the price rise. Very arrogant n unhelpful. Always check your receipt n change as they overcharge you.

Dear Dominos Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your service on 19.8.23. To my utter shock and disbelief, your delivery driver arrived at my house at the outrageous time of 1:30 AM. This timing is completely unacceptable and disruptive to my household's sleep schedule. Moreover, this is not the first time this has happened despite me contacting the store, visiting the store and explaining to the drivers. I do not eat Dominos, I do not order from Dominos, Instead, your drivers deliver someone else's food to the wrong Address, my address, which is not even close to my location. This experience has left me frustrated, inconvenienced, and questioning the professionalism of your brand. People rely on timely and accurate deliveries, and this incident has shattered my confidence in your company's ability to meet these basic expectations. I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt resolution that includes: An explanation for the wrong address delivery time and time again. A commitment to prevent such occurrences in the future. I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and address them with the urgency they deserve. If these matters are not resolved to my satisfaction, I will be left with no choice but reaching out further to your head office and sharing my negative experience with others, if this is to happen again all food delivered here will be discarded and your brand will be damaged by not only my feedback but another disgruntled person who has not got their food. So not in keeping with the rest of the store. It looks good but the menu is sparse, poor, expensive and slow. Would not venture here again.

Ordered through food hub got texts to say order was being made, money was taken then followed a message saying we couldn't have the order but no explanation and a refund will follow in 3 days. Food hub also gave the wrong information to the opening times of the restaurant. Paying money out for nothing is highly unfair,will never order again and people should definitely consider ordering from here. I trust the refund will go in as promised.

Got headbutted as soon as i walked in by a local, then we had four drinks for us all and the table wobbles amd put all four drinks on the floor, complained to manager and he was useless so we left 25 pound down no drinks would not return!!!
