Me and my work colleague called Wednesday we had egg bacon and sausage on toast and egg and sausage on toast I'm going to rate them 10 out of 10 my colleague said the same as for the staff they are always lovely thanks ladies

Just had lunch here with my son and daughter.I had panini and chips. Delicious 10/10. Could not fault it here and will be back again.

Overall I didn't feel like the price I paid reflected the hotel/room. The carpets were dirty, headboard of bed was dusty and the room felt quite average - certainly not "luxury" as the price tag suggests. The only difference I could feel in comparison to a more standard hotel room was the size of the room. We found the mattress to be very firm and didn't make for a comfortable nights sleep, both morning I woke up with back ache. The shower sealant in the room and in the spa was black with mould - in need of resealing. The changing rooms in the spa were littered with used towels and a pair of left behind mens underwear. The spa itself was the highlight of the trip, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant at breakfast was great but it was quite intrusive having the waiters ask if they could take your plate away at the very same moment that you put the last mouthful of your meal in your mouth. Usually in that setting I would have set my plate to one side which would have suggested to the waiter that I was done eating, instead of him removing the plate whilst I was still chewing. I would revisit the spa in the future for treatments but would look to stay somewhere else for accommodation. I think I could find a similar experience elsewhere for much less money.

We are just having our Easter Lunch aboard the Floating Grace. Absolutely fantastic! l We have had a lovely afternoon with our Skipper Mike and the crew Ben, Debbie. Nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely be visiting again. Maybe the evening cruise. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.

Used to be our favourite place but not be nice the last few times we been

Went upto Liverpool for Evertons final game at Goodison, The Saddle Inn was where we eventually ended up to watch tje game. There was a fiendly, welcoming atmosphere. The drinks were reasonably priced. Only gripe was the hand dryer over the sink, if not careful you exit the bathroom looking like you wet yourself 🤣

The was totally amazing leek and potato soup the bread were like door stoppers the butter was soft Not rock hard the staff very helpful and cheerful .my husband went to see the submarian so l stayed for coffee am very fussy about my coffee but they coffee is spot on well done guys keep the good work up

Just ordered Hawaiian pizza and garlic bread with cheese and onion and small chips with coleslaw really lovely all of meal was hot and fab order here again lovely deffo

Couple pints after checking out the new grounds. I'll be back.

We’ve been ordering from Pizza Palace for 2 years now. Great place, always clean and delicious 👍 They had some issues, but now it’s all good, me and my wife definitely recommend! Thank you for our wonderful evenings 🫡👍
