Had an absolutely 10/10 experience! Hotel upgraded us for free im not sure why but it was my husbands birthday (I didn’t even add that in the notes) so it was absolutely lovely that they did that. We got the love on the docks package so had a bottle of red waiting in our room. Room was MASSIVE and honestly the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I always judge a hotel by its shower and this was 10/10 amazing! ESPA toiletries as well ❤️ one comment - someone slammed their door at 5am waking me up I think the room doors could stand to be made soft close but that’s it. I’ve seen the comments below about the spa but if I’m honest it’s ridiculous, why would you not call and check availability for a spa that’s open to guests and public?? I actually called it check before I even booked the room surely that’s just common sense?? Also in my confirmation it mentioned about no flip flops provided (unfortunately we still forgot haha but that was totally on us). The spa was good for £20 per person, I did think the pool could have a been a touch hotter and the relaxation room is freezing as others have mentioned. Other than that it was good for £20 but I don’t think I would have wanted to pay more as there is only 1 pool and a couple of saunas/steam rooms. No jacuzzi is worth noting. Breakfast outstanding - best hotel buffet I’ve ever had! Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone.

Overall I didn't feel like the price I paid reflected the hotel/room. The carpets were dirty, headboard of bed was dusty and the room felt quite average - certainly not "luxury" as the price tag suggests. The only difference I could feel in comparison to a more standard hotel room was the size of the room. We found the mattress to be very firm and didn't make for a comfortable nights sleep, both morning I woke up with back ache. The shower sealant in the room and in the spa was black with mould - in need of resealing. The changing rooms in the spa were littered with used towels and a pair of left behind mens underwear. The spa itself was the highlight of the trip, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant at breakfast was great but it was quite intrusive having the waiters ask if they could take your plate away at the very same moment that you put the last mouthful of your meal in your mouth. Usually in that setting I would have set my plate to one side which would have suggested to the waiter that I was done eating, instead of him removing the plate whilst I was still chewing. I would revisit the spa in the future for treatments but would look to stay somewhere else for accommodation. I think I could find a similar experience elsewhere for much less money.

Here for a birthday surprise which started with the Spa and massage treatment. The spa is dirty and soulless, we weren’t welcomed or shown around. The lounges are broken and the dressing gowns need replacing and we should have been given slippers or flip flops as the floors are filthy and full of bits! The hydrotherapy pool was dirty and members were coming straight from the gym and in to the pool. The relaxation room is freezing. My treatment was good but overall we are extremely disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend the spa for someone looking for a lovely day guest experience. Total let down and we won’t be back!

Lovely hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were lovely and spacious. There is a spa, but we didn't use it. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good. The only thing about the hotel is the distance from the city centre, it's about a half hour+ walk. So not great if you are sightseeing and want to go back to the hotel regularly. Although the walk along the docks is interesting. We were only in Liverpool for one night so it was a trek or a taxi getting to and from the hotel. Taxis were about £7 each way. If you were in Liverpool longer for a more relaxed visit, or just wanted a destination hotel, this would be perfect. Having said all that would definitely go back to The Titanic hotel, it would just depend on what else I was doing in Liverpool.

It's always such an honour to photograph weddings as well as morning prep at the Titanic Hotel. As a Liverpool wedding photographer who has an interest in Liverpool history, I was delighted that these huge buildings, which made up a part of the historic docklands, were saved and renovated, retaining so much of their original features. Weddings can be held in the old Rum Warehouse, which is a large space perfect for big weddings, or West Bay, which is much more cosy and perfect for medium weddings. The streets surrounding the venue are still very urban and untouched, giving a gritty backdrop to couple portraits. For me the contrast between a newly married couple and the dark historic backdrop really makes the images pop. I love how dark the corridors are, really giving you a sense of what it would have once been like in the old warehouse, but the rooms are all illuminated by warm side lighting with a huge window letting in a lot of daylight. The rooms I have shot in have all had a view of the behemoth Tobacco Warehouse across the dock that is currently being renovated into stylish apartments.

It pains me to write a bad review for the place. I’ve been coming to this hotel for many years with my wife. Every time, we’ve stayed in the superior dockside corner suite. It is the best room besides the presidential suite. There’s a sudden service charge on breakfast. It never used to exist. If you get breakfast direct to your room you’re paying a £5 tray fee, which is understandable, that’s always been there as it’s room service. Now the Hotel have started to stick 10% of that price on too. £18 per person + £5 tray + 10%. You’re having a laugh!! It’s not about the money it’s the principle. Can the good people of the Titanic Hotel explain why are they charging 10% on the tray fee too if you’re not just trying to squeeze more out of the customers? Can the good people of the Titanic Hotel explain why this service fee isn’t printed anywhere on the breakfast menu? The tray fee is in bold plain words £5 tray fee but nothing about the service charge not even in small print. Upon check-out i queried this and they said take it up with the manager of the restaurant and dismissed me and passed the book. I already tried talking to the restaurant whom were very difficult to speak with the day previously; and this is my point. There should not be an opt out only option on service charges and speaking to people who don’t understand plain words is difficult at best. The hotel is expensive as it is, and I’m happy, more than happy with the price of the hotel and commodities; but hiding charges, not informing guests before and sneaking charges onto the bill is just not right. All service charges ought to be clearly stated for customers to see before purchasing anything and adding it initially then expecting the customer to ask for it to be removed is despicable. That is below the standard we had grown to expect from The Titanic Hotel. Absolute disgrace

I visited the Titanic Hotel on Friday evening with a few friends for some cocktails and mocktails, and we had an exceptional experience. Tom, the bartender, greeted us with such warmth and attentiveness. He took the time to listen to everyone's individual tastes and crafted the most delicious drinks. As a non-drinker and vegan, I was especially impressed that he was able to create a mocktail using non-alcoholic spirits, even adding a delightful foam to match the cocktails my friends were enjoying. It was a thoughtful touch that made the evening even more special. We will certainly be returning. A big thank you to Tom for ensuring we had a fantastic start to our night!

We've stayed here a couple of times now and although it was still an excellent experience we did feel that this stay wasn't as good On arrival we were in a queue of 5 others waiting to check in with only 1 person on the desk, we did comment on this when we were finally at the front and were told its difficult to time breaks which i can understand however the whole time we waited the concierge simple strolled about the entrance area giving large open mouthed yawns the entire time ..... could he not of helped out? On checking in we were advised we had been given a free upgrade (i think everyone is told the same) however we were in a lovely room but the bathroom was much smaller than previous stays in the same room type. Rooms overall are stunning however the cushions on the window seats shod be cleaned on a more regular basis as the was mould, dead insects & food crumbs that had fallen down the side in our room The evening meal was just OK. My other half had the burger and said it was very dry & the skin on fry's were so dry they were crunchy sticks also the restaurant was so dark we used the torch on our phones to enable us to read the menu and I had to swap seats part way through due to the lack of padding in the collapsed seat pads which was causing my back to hurt

Overall, the experience was very pleasant, with some standout positives and a few significant drawbacks. The staff and the overall atmosphere of the place were absolutely fantastic—truly top-notch. However, the breakfast was a major letdown. At £45, it was barely warm and tasted awful, definitely not worth the money. We stayed in a superior room, which was beautifully appointed, with a lovely bathroom, but the bed was a disappointment—two singles pushed together, which was frustrating. The highs were high, but the lows were hard to ignore.

Truly a wonderful hotel lovingly restored in an old Stanley dock warehouse, the old Tobacco warehouse is being converted into an apartment block, worth a visit if you can. The staff is made up of both locals and students from Liverpools universities, they are attentive, polite and always helpful, the concierge here are excellent and will go out of their way to help you, the uniform of denim and shirt with a Victorian era waistcoat is both welcome and aesthetically appealing. Rooms are very large and welcoming with large comfortable beds, the air con can be a little hot or miss especially when it’s very hot (Accrington stock bricks) the bathrooms are large and have both bathtub and showers (showers only in accessible rooms) The restaurant and 2 bars are fabulous with a wide selection of cocktails, beers and largest Rum and Gun selections I’ve ever seen! The menu is quite restrictive and if you’re on a package with dinner included don’t try to ask for substitutes as our waitress point blank refused to even ask the chef as my wife couldn’t eat any of the starters. That was rather disappointing but not unexpected! Overall you simply can’t go wrong at the Titanic Hotel bc Liverpool

Service charge of £4 on a self service breakfast buffet! Madness, me and my partner went for breakfast and we were told it was £39.60 for two people, I paid £40 cash and then without mentioning my change she walked us over to our table. Still waiting for my change i looked at the menu to read that breakfast is £18 so I should only have been charge £36, I double checked online and it too said £18. I went over to the lady that took our payment and mentioned this and was told that the extra £3.60 was a service charge to which I replied "for what service? I served myself" and then she said "ill go and get your change" and then got another lady to bring it over. You cannot charge a 10% service charge on a self service breakfast buffet, are you mad? Common areas were nice, aesthetically. The lifts are a nightmare, we got in one on the 4th floor and a man and his wife were already in it, visibly angry and told us they were staying on the 1st floor and just wanted to get to the lobby but had been up and down 3 times. You have to get your room key out everytime you want to use the lift which is just needless. For a 'luxury' hotel the decor is not that. I am a Professional Decorator and I can tell you with confidence the painting was botched, there is filler all over the bedframe, fancy plug sockets have had Stanley knifes scraped all over them when the feature walls have been papered, there was paint on the worktops next to the sinks and the towel rails still had paint covered masking tape around them and all walls were streaky 🤣. You find better finishes in an easy hotel. This was not done by professional decorators and if it was they should hang up there brushes. Car park adjacent didn't recognise my number plate on departure, so I had to walk back to the hotel and stand in a queue for 10 minutes to speak to a member of staff. It was sorted and the lady was helpful, however this was just a massive inconvenience and shouldn't be happening at an expensive hotel. Will not be staying here again.

Love the place, been staying there for years, since it opened and referred many friends there, was always welcomed by Johnny or Davy at the door, so friendly and helpful in every way, Johnny alone made that hotel experience 5 stars. Recently we advised some American friends to stay there in the expensive rooms and upon arrival, we introduced them to Johnny, they said Johnny made their stay at that hotel a 5 star experience, well they fired Jonny for being too friendly, what does that even mean, i won’t stay there anymore now he is gone. i and all the friends i refer there spend about £10k a year in that place, no more, bring Johnny back

But on this last occasion, I felt let down. We were told we were told we had been upgraded but found ourselves in a smaller room, and there was a generator or something similar outside near our window, and it was running all night. I recently visited the Titanic Hotel to attend a conference and was impressed by many aspects of the property. The ambience was excellent, the location is convenient, and the hotel was impeccably clean. The food was also very good, which added to the overall experience. However, my stay was slightly overshadowed by the reception staff's attitude. Unfortunately, they came across as rude and unhelpful, particularly when I asked for directions. A little politeness or even a simple smile can make a huge difference, and I was disappointed that this was lacking. Overall, the hotel itself is fantastic, but I hope management can work on improving the reception staff's approach to guest interactions. It would elevate the experience to match the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

I found staff abrupt and persistent on this and made night awkward. In stead of relaxed became long wait to get drink ordered 30 mins ago. Also meals for both myself not as good as previous times visited . Meal ordered on night the Grilled chicken was dry my partner order was wrong and then not cooked manner requuested. There are so many bland chain hotels around, but if you want something different, I can recommend the Titanic. The building and the rooms are fascinating (especially if you're interested in maritime history), and if you don't mind being a short taxi ride from town, the location is too. Kind of still gritty and commercial but with the Tobacco Dock being done up, no doubt about to transform. We were there for a wedding, and the hotel staff were charming and helpful from reception to the bartenders and the waiting staff at the event and at breakfast. Top marks. Large but dark (I know they have small windows due to original use) with a poor choice of wall colour. Beautiful vaulted brick ceilings would have been set off with white rather than dark grey walls. Attention to detail lacking. One awful daylight spotlight in the dressing area. Curtains not tacked to the end of the curtain pole. Broken window. Sticky back plastic type coating on coffee tables. If you are staying then dont miss the Spa, it is so relaxing and not too busy so you can really enjoy. This place is not to be missed at all, we enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Thank you to you all for your hard work and making this hotel one of the best.

What a Grand venue , absolutely loved it, this is the best venue for weddings and corporate events with huge gatherings, i attended a wedding in RUM WAREHOUSE which can accommodate around 300 people easily it seems, sufficient barriers controlled car park available for 1hr free but you have you pay after 1hr when you are leaving, very friendly and supportive staff, washrooms and bar inSide, lift access available, great docs out side area to chill , plan your event and make it memorable if you are near by Liverpool and looking for a great venue for your party!!!!!!

Stayed here for a wedding, the hotel looked amazing, the staff were super friendly and the food and drinks were great (shout out to Micah at the bar for the tips and drink suggestions) The room (101) was a great size and comfortable but was a bit tired looking, the bathroom was huge but the shower soaked the floor each time you used it and as a tall guy (6ft5) I couldn't make the shower head go high enough on the wall because the hose would kink and stop the water flow. To summarise: great looking hotel, friendly and professional staff but a bit disappointed with the room.

The best hotel experience I have ever had! I have stayed here twice now, once for work and once for fun. Both times, I have been blown away with their hospitality. The little touches are wonderful and the rooms are huge and full of character. Thank you for a perfect stay, I can't wait to return in November

I stayed at the hotel from the 15th to the 17th of July. The hairdryer was broken. When I went down to the reception and asked to pick up a new one after breakfast, the answer was, "I don’t know where housekeeping is, so I might not be able to fix that." I forgot my purse with my passport in it at breakfast on the 16th. I realized it when I came back in the afternoon at 5 PM and asked for it at the reception, the bar, and the restaurant. It wasn’t there. I had to cancel my dinner plans and spent the whole evening trying to figure out how to get back to Sweden without a passport. I also needed to report it stolen. When checking out the next morning, a happy guy at the reception informed me, "Someone found your purse yesterday morning; here you are." THEY HAD IT THE WHOLE TIME BUT DIDN'T TRY TO INFORM ME AND EVEN TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT. Conclusion: The hotel is really cool, but unless you are a famous footballer, don’t expect any service. It is more like a hostel.

Firstly thank you Caitlyn 😉 Everything was perfect, went with my bestie after a concert. Arrived early, but nothing was too much for Caitlyn or the team. We started with the Korean peach soju, great fun and snacked while trying cocktails. Perfect end to a perfect day!

Was a superb restaurant, I met Anto before he opened , he was in Liverpool looking for a location and found Rodney st .. unfortunately it has had to close , not sure why , it's a shame , I hope they sort out the staff if wages are owed, sad to see a nice place close times are difficult..much bigger restaurants than this have closed there doors. Hope the staff find jobs , Anton I hope you are ok , it's a tuff time ,
