Costa (Next) in Liverpool

Really lovely staff. First time in that Costa but definitely coming back. Donna and Lisa provide us a great experience, They are very nice, kind and also efficient doing their job. Highly recommended.

I am more of a Starbucks girl but I do visit this costa. The staff always have a smile despite being very busy and orders are usually pretty prompt. There is one blond lady that has been there for a few years now I believe her name is Lisa and she is always smiling and very pleasant. Hope she knows it’s appreciated and always noticed.

Get delivered small black coffee and I order large white... This is my last order there

Lovely little Costa. Visit regularly and the coffee is always good. Great location for shopping and never wait too long to get served.

I go to costa ( Next) a few times a week with my sister & Daughter. We look forward to this and love the food and coffee, The staff are friendly . Always a smile and very helpful. In particular Donna & Lisa they are both fabulous. Thank you.

I’ve been charged for the chocolate twist but it has not been delivered and the coffee has chocolate in it so I cannot drink it!!!

Literally just did not send me the food I ordered, instead just a half spilt iced tea which I only ordered in the first place because I was expecting food. sad times.

Always in here since I work in one of the other shops in the shopping park. Staff look really miserable. Bald fella in the front is really rude, doesn’t seem like he’s been taught any manners. I would be rude if I looked like him too. Store needs major help

All the staff are always helpful. Especially Nicole. I go most days and she always very helpful and friendly. Credit to Costa.
