The best restaurants in Gowy Cheshire West and Chester North West

We had my sister's baby shower here, they catered for 17 of us having afternoon tea and did seperate food for the kids. They were very accommodating with excellent service. The food was delicious, everyone commented on what good quality it was. Rather than having individual afternoon teas it was buffet style, which worked out much better! More room on the tables and you could pick food you actually wanted rather than it going to waste. Highly recommend. Thanks for hosting it for us it was brill xxx

We had a lovely roast dinner platter... It was delightful but the beef was slightly tough and chewy. Definitely return again

I really enjoyed my stay here. The welcome was warm and everyone I encountered (staff and locals) were extremely friendly. The room itself was large, clean and comfortable. I didn’t eat here but can highly recommend the banoffee rum!

Really enjoyed the mix of appetizer small plates. Service was impeccable. Food was very well priced. Will definitely call by again.

Was looking for somewhere after walking in Delamere. Driving past this pub, and stopped. Looked lovely from outside, and welcoming from inside. Accepted our dog too with a bowl of water and a few treats. He was happy to relax whilst we ate the lovely food on offer

Reasonably priced. Food was tasty enough but nothing special. Dog friendly. Good atmosphere. Over 30 min wait.
