The best restaurants in North West

This was the first time I've been, really welcoming staff, lovely friendly atmosphere and comfortable. Proper home cooked breakfast, also lots of history about it being an old church. Would highly recommend.

Lovely and clean I took my granddaughter and we enjoyed the delicious sausages She had them with chips and I has the mini breakfast Cooked hot and fresh to order and staff very friendly and kind We will definitely be returning

I celebrated my 50th birthday at AJs. Everyone had a fantastic time, the atmosphere was great the food was excellent with plenty to go round. The house band where great got us all up dancing. Couldn’t have wished for a better venue to celebrate thank you to Angela and the team for all their hard work making it a special night.

I have been coming to indigo for about 7 months, the staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful and are always very welcoming, the food, my lord the food is out of this world! The chef is fantastic, I highly recommend you come to indigo, you will have a marvellous time xxxxx

Just popped in with my wife for a cup of tea and a sandwich. Would highly recommend, great sandwich and choice of teas.

Lovely ambience and decor. Coffee and cakes all beautiful. Great staff. And on the day before they closed for a month for Christmas, were giving everything free! What a lovely gesture. Would have been happy to pay when it’s so lovely but that was a bonus! Well done to them and thank you ❤️

Such an great menu here, they have something for everyone and also very good for allergies. The Columbian breakfast is amazing and unlike anywhere else in Manchester

I wanted to leave a review as I couldn’t believe there was even one bad review on here! Really delicious breakfast and great service, we had the steak rosti, which was cooked to perfection with a perfect runny egg! It’s great that there are a few different breakfast options on there, which typically you don’t get in other places. We even overheard someone saying “it was the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had” as they were leaving, so I know what I’ll be getting next time :)

I wasnt aware of this cafe until recently and thought we would try it out today. We were welcomed by the very friendly staff and sat inside. There is an outside terrace which looked lovely but busy. I had the super green omelette and my husband had the full breakfast and a cappuccino each. We both really enjoyed our food. The salads looked great and the other food sounded good too. I was so relaxing for me knowing my husband wouldnt be worrying about what he could eat. We will definitely visit again when we come into southport.

My friend and I visited here for afternoon tea. Highly recommended, the two ladies are lovely, the shop and cafe is very well presented and has a great feel. The amount of food was phenomenal and the quality superb. Such good value, I can’t recommend highly enough. We will return.

Me encanta la comida libanesa y esto fue de primera categoría. Mi amiga es un cliente habitual, así que quería llevarme. Ambiente informal relajado, bonita decoración. La comida era sabrosa buen tamaño de porción y el pan era el mejor pan libanés que he comido. Hay una increíble selección de bebidas calientes y frías que tuvimos la bebida de rosa y limón. I used to live in Manchester and visited this place regularly. I moved away 8 years ago and decided to visit on the trip to Manchester this week but the shop was closed. I messaged on Facebook to be told they do collection and delivery only. They fit me in last minute and I am so grateful they did. They are honestly the best cupcakes I have had and would recommend them to anyone. If you are local or visiting then contact them and put in an order, you won’t regret it.
