Brilliant my go to place every-time, Wouldn't go anywhere else

Food was awful! Was 20 mins later than said but wasn’t overly bothered if we had of received nice food. Ordered pizza pin wheel which was just dry and tasteless. Parmo was absolutely rubbish, barely any bech, tiny portion and tasteless also. Terrible and won’t return. Also left the garlic sauce out I paid for and send incorrect drinks

Amanda has made all of my daughter's birthday cakes and she never lets us down. Can't thank her enough for all her efforts with the most recent one - a Thomas the Tank Engine theme. My little girl loved it 💕

It was OK. Well presented but the food lacked flavour and was disappointing. Staff were polite, helpful and the place was clean. Maybe I just went too soon before they had a chance to iron out the wrinkles.

Absolutamente inútil, la comida se arrojó y los pollos reales se cocinaron demasiado y se asfixiaron absolutamente en mayo, a uno le faltaba queso, pidió salsa para que le dijeran que estará en la bolsa, se olvidó de ponerla, y la coca estaba plana

I recently ordered from Dominoes Spennymoor.. pizza was fine however, we ordered some pepperoni dough balls too. These came and two did not have any pepperoni in at all and as some in the picture another only had a tiny piece. Instead of reviewing I went to Dominoes directly to see if they would resolve this for me. I was offered free dough balls again, however, this meant I had to pay for a full priced pizza and delivery again just so I can actually receive what I have already paid for.. I went back to say that this wasn't a fair alternative but just a way of getting more sales. I said, I would be happy recieving the full order 1 pizza and 1 side and there response was "did you return your order back to the store". Baring in mind I had paid for delivery and called to store with no answer, why would I pay for delivery when I could have gone to get it myself, why would I waste my time and petrol for your lack of quality? Dominoes did not do anything to rectify this without trying to line their pockets further, instead of actually sorting a fair solution. I haven't even kicked up a fuss about the missing sauce with the pizza. I will not be ordering from there again as this isn't the first time I have been unhappy with the food especially given the price.

Called at drive through and asked for a latte when I received my drink it nearly burnt my hand asked girl for sleeve to be told they-were running short and keeping them for extra hot drinks only and mine wasn’t hot enough well I’m sorry my hand did not agree think I’ll use costa coffee over the road from now on
