Ordered five big pizzas for my daughter's pool party. Spoke to a staff member on the phone beforehand who is very helpful and friendly as I had put the wrong order time online and he changed it and the pizza arrived at the leisure center bang on time and the pizza was delicious . big thumbs up and thank you to the delivery driver.

Went into this domino’s store whilst on a business trip with colleagues and was wanting to make a large order so I was taking my time working out how much food wold be enough, when asking questions about toppings (to fulfil dietary requirements and allergens) the boy at the counter said “I haven’t got a clue look online” (Which is alarming for someone who makes the pizzas on a daily basis) , a few moments passed and I was ready to order (I needed 10 pizzas and sides) as I looked to the boy at the till he said very promptly “I haven’t got all day , are you ready to order now or keep me waiting longer“ (It was midday and there was no one else in the shop I’d been in there for 5 minutes but for a paying customer I wouldn’t of expected the treatment I received) I proceeded with my order anyway and just brushed his comment off , the order came to well over £100 and they said I would only be able to pay by contactless due to covid I wasn’t allowed to touch the card machine , I explained to him that I wouldn’t be able to pay contactless as my contactless is limited , he then got rude again saying I had wasted his time , I told him that the way he was speaking too customers wasn’t acceptable and I didn’t want my order due to to this as I didn’t appreciate the way he was talking and left I definitely wouldn’t go back!

Ordered hours ago, when I rang they said one driver. Please order for collection or order from a different store, don’t expect to get your food sharpish.

Freezing cold pizza, about 5 potatoe wedges per box. When phoned up to complain staff and Manager didnt care and were arrogant and rude. Appauling service, overpiced pizza. Would rather eat my own eyeballs than order anything else from here!!!

I wont ever use Dominoes again!!! Ordered online and when it came it was not what I had ordered. I rang the premises and after the spanish inquisition they said they would send another out. After 1x hour of waiting I rang premises again and spoke with Ben who has no customer service skills whatsoever and he said they were not going to send another Pizza as it was my mistake. If this was a mistake made by a local village pizza takeaway then it would have been dealt with......Dominoes gets a big NO from me.

Tried to order through the app got told it was unable to carry out the order so we left it checked out our bank they had taken the money so naturally rang the shop to see what has gone on to be told of no order and the money will go back in within 5 days which I do not think is not good enough so no order but they essentially with holding my money for 5 days

Sort of ok if they get your order right but when they mess it up they dont have anyone with authority to process a refund AVOID!!

Food is always delivered very quickly which is great and is super tasty and doesn’t disappoint. The pizza’s have a thick but soft crust for those who have never bought from there before, the cookies are pricey but worth it and they do wraps too which i would definitely check out, they are beautiful 👌🏼

I've never had a domino's pizza so when we had a voucher for a free one we thought we would try one only thing I can say is that I'm pleased it was free because I wouldn't of payed for it , it was tasteless and limp spend your hard earned cash at your local pizza shop better value for money

Such lovely staff and pizza always hot on arrival drivers r always friendly and polite great work team

Food always delivered quickly and drivers always friendly any issues with order which happen rarelyare always sorted out quickly.

The service here is pretty quick. My wife can order in the car on the way home and we barely have to wait when we swing by. The food is decent but even on a deal Domino's is expensive.
