Como mi esposa asistió a un paciente ambulatorio en Bishop Auckland decidí no cocinar el almuerzo, pero usar el coche en local, (aprox. 3 millas) Pedí dos deliciosas hamburguesas de tocino, queso y Angus, poco más de £ 10 , para nosotros dos. Condujimos directamente a casa, a menos de 5 minutos para recibirnos con dos bollos brillantes cubiertos, uno con salsa por toda la parte superior, una rebanada exigua de queso, y un trozo muy pequeño de lo que supuestamente era tocino, dos bolsas de papas fritas, sin sal, hamburguesas a la misma temperatura que las papas fritas, una absoluta desgracia, rara vez usamos comida para llevar por esta razón y nunca consideraríamos la que tiene la gran M ni la otra tienda de pollos, ahora parece como si Burger King tampoco le pudiera importar.

We been going here for the past 4 years at least every Thursday & without fail get my order right every time. We now at the point of arrival they recognise who we are & remember our order off by heart. Excellent bunch of lasses, great customer service every time.

After buying a meal there was an offer to complete a survey online to get a free meal or food The survey can take5- 10 minutes to complete so not just a quick one Then you get a code to use next visit I returned and asked for the free burger or chicken royal but turns out you have to pay for the fries and drink £5-18 so it’s really not free at all The fries that came were very small Id say about 20 chips It was worth about £1 The drink small which again is worth about £1 Its a total rip off

Those pesky machines that infest fast food places really get my goat! They are difficult to use for people like me who have dementia and the user 8nterfaces are cluttered and not intuitive or user-friendly. Rant over. When our burgers finally arrived, it was obvious that the patties had been cooked some time before. They were dry and barely warm. The salad was niggardly and unappetising, and there was hardly any pickle or onion on my burger. Very disappointing as I am usually a great fan of Burger King. 😔👑

we always go to mcdonalds over the road always busy and great vibe but fancied a change and it was easier as on the same side of the road we where on ( its on a terrible roundabout ) first thoughts empty and uninviting cold anyway ordered which was a struggle i expected the same uniform quality that i get in most places WELL the worst uk burger king meal i have ever had in the uk and i travel a lot flat coke all 10 chips cold the burger was an insult nothing like the picture again cold one bite and went to complain only to be told thats how it comes so it went in the bin and i went to mcdonalds over the road a lovely burger twice the size and hot and a lovely friendly vibe I WILL NEVER BE BACK word of mouth can make or break a business and this one is broken i have been in local business for 40 years and i see a large investment that needs a change of management and a front of house ambassador to stop this happening if burger king want to react which they wont i am at rdudden@aol.com i suggest people keep away intil they see a relaunch as this place is not nice

Soggy onion rings. Gristle in the chicken fries. Bacon in burger was all fat. When returned they refused to put fresh bacon in it. Diet coke was tasteless. All in all an unpleasant experience which left us feeling a little ill. Staff were uninterested and manager even more so. Wont be going back. Not worth 1 star.

I HAD NOTHING TO EAT THAT WHOLE DAY, I THEN GOT A PAKC OF 4 SAUAGE ROLLS FOR ME AND MY FRIEND, WE ATE 1 EACH AMD THEN KEPT THE REST FOR ANOTHER DAY. HOWEVER THEY ARE NOW IN THE BIN, WE EXPERIENCED VERY BAD BELLY PAIN AND CRAMPS, AND ALSO GOT DIARRHEA, I WENT TO THE DOCTORS THE NEXT DAY AND THEY TOLD ME I HAD FOOD POISONING AND THE ONLY THING i ate was the sausage rolls , the woman there served us the ones from the back on a shelf not in the hot display ones at the front under the heat lamp. I have had cooplands before and never experienced this before! I wont be coming back! I'm switching to greggs! Shame on you woman!

Visited KFC today and was really disappointed with the service. Luke spent most of the time chatting with other staff instead of focusing on orders. My order—just two items from the Saver Menu—took over 12 minutes to be handed out, even though it was ready. Meanwhile, drive-thru orders were being prioritized, with staff rushing to get them out while ignoring customers waiting inside. Other customers were also left standing around while staff stood talking. Really poor service, especially when the delay was completely unnecessary. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a hurry.

I was hired as a delivery driver, but on my first shift, when I arrived at the store, I was told that I would have to handle all sorts of tasks, including cleaning the floor, washing items in the sink, and restocking the fridge with drinks. I told the manager that I was fine with most tasks, but cleaning wasn’t part of my role. it’s a cleaner’s job, not a delivery driver’s. They expect one person to do everything, which is unfair. If Domino’s doesn’t revise its criteria, it could negatively impact their standards. At last the most wrost thing is that manager showed me rota there was only mention shift start tome and i asked him when shift finish time he said in all shift manager tells go home anytime once the rush finish.
