Brilliant my go to place every-time, Wouldn't go anywhere else

New menu posted bout 3 week ago thought I would give it a go!!! What a mistake was, over charged 1st off, curry was greasy and tasted of nothing just brown nowt, also had ma lad now then I used to work for original creator of ma lad 14 yrs ago, and I can honestly say 🤢🤮!! Won't be ordering again that's f sure!!!!

This is dangerous and unhealthy take way. The inside full of dirt noticed. The kitchen man will do opposite what you ask. I ordered food requested not to put sugar and to make it spicy. When I brought at home the food was full sugar (dangerous to health). I complaint same day but was ignored.

Can't fault IKITCHEN they are always pleasant and very friendly the meals are always brilliant we order from here regularly and never been disappointed, we get our meals delivered to Spennymoor and never had too long a wait definitely 5 stars.

Expected Thai Red Curry with chicken but I got a standard curry with boiled chicken in the most disgusting jelly chewy outer layer with veg. Won't be ever ordering from them again nor recommending. Very poor after service when we told them it was inedible.

Ordered the mixed seafood starter and Yom tom soup and to say it was inedible is an understatement and I'm probably the unfusiest eater I know. Ferryhill - Unite and just say "no to bad food"

Ordered from here for the fist time on Wednesday night dips missing for rolls and I ordered crispy noodles which were soft this at first was disappointing but my husband and I have been poorly for two days with suspected food poisoning!!! My husband has been really ill and he ate the chicken and pork curry I believe cross contamination!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN 🤢🤮

Was best chineese going but my mouth is so dehidrate all i could taste is salt they said they would refund its gone from best to worst and 2.5 hours later still no refund

Didn't deliver full order paid 32.50 for the meals, phoned up and was told we too busy to deliver the missing items. Would give this one a wide berth, terrible customer service

We have been regular customers since they first opened,,we ordered tonight part of the order was missing so I rang up and was told they where to busy to deliver the rest of the order even tho we had paid for it !!! They didn't even offer a refund ,,we will not be ordering from here again!!!!

Don't know what's gone wrong but the meals used to be really good. Ordered sweet and sour chicken balls, Don't know how many times they'd been reheated, the chicken was disgusting, the batter was burned and rock hard. The chips tasted like they'd been cooked in old oil. The whole lot went in the bin. Never again.

Ordered from here on Friday. Would definitely recommend. And will most definitely use again.

Absolutely disgusting. My mother ordered from here a few days ago, not only wasn't the full order delivered but the meat was burnt. I only gave one star as a zero option isn't available.

Sunday night ordered a chips and gravy and fried rice with a portion of curry sauce could not eat as it was far too salty

We have been looking for a good Chinese in the local area ikitchen has a good selection, good service and great food with good portion sizes, went in and ordered not a long wait at all.

Waited 1 and half hour for delivery after driver left shop

Only Chinese I order from now. Friendly staff, very efficient and most of all delicious!
