Starbucks in County Durham

Called at drive through and asked for a latte when I received my drink it nearly burnt my hand asked girl for sleeve to be told they-were running short and keeping them for extra hot drinks only and mine wasn’t hot enough well I’m sorry my hand did not agree think I’ll use costa coffee over the road from now on

Upon placing an order for a latte, the member of staff proceeded to provide me with a hot chocolate instead. I'm not sure how the two can get mixed up.
