The best restaurants in London

Service was cold and unwelcoming, genuinely laughable at how bad it was. Waitress couldn’t have been less engaged with anyone who wasn’t her family. No opportunity to give feedback on food or experience and she obviously did not care. Food was mediocre - Barg was covered in butter, koobideh had no seasoning or flavour and rice was overcooked with a poor attempt at soggy Tahdig (embarrassing for a Persian restaurant). Definitely not the ‘best Persian restaurant in London’. (For the restaurant’s reference we came for lunch on Saturday 2nd Nov)

Went for Afternoon tea. Food was amazing waiters were very good. Clink staff however were quite rude to us and the waiters. Not a good look and put an unfortunate sour note on the day.

Second time eating Indian food in London (from the US) and it didn’t disappoint! If you’re new to Indian food like I am, highly recommend this place. Naz was great and provided top tier service.

After giving nora cafe a huge 5/5 last time, we crossed over london to go for brekky again. It was still a ok breakfast, but it just seemed a little rushed this time.. get you in, fed, paid and out for the next ones to seat, as soon as we picked the toast up off the side plate, the plate was taken. As a person who doesnt like people emptying tables whilst people are eating this annoyed me The portion sizes werent as good as before, the brekky was good. But just didnt hit like last time. Please dont lose what you had by rushing folk in and out

Nice atmosphere if a bit twee for me. Staff were lovely and service was quite quick despite it being very busy on a Sunday morning. Down side was that the pancakes I had were very dry in the middle and really hard on the rim. For that price - very expensive - I was disappointed.

We happen to pass this place and noticed the sign “halal”’and went inside. It was a very good decision. We received a very warm welcome from the staff. We loved the cosy nice atmosphere. The food was just delicious. I had ordered a fresh orange juice and a vegan breakfast and it was very filling and worth the money. The hospitality from all the staff, quality affordable food is the reason why I give this place a 5 star.

What can I say about this truly amazing restaurant,we came up from Brighton for a show and had a fantastic meal with a really good ambiance I would also need to mention the very friendly welcome which was really genuine a rare thing nowadays Thank you Efharisto

Good, filling food, for a decent price, friendly staff, quick service, recommended.

La Plata does the best steaks around. They are everything you could want in a beautiful piece of meat, cooked well. Why not five stars then? Well everything else isn't quite up to the same standard. Very good but the steak is the star. Would we come back again? Absolutely!

We had great service today and were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. They were also dog friendly for our little dog.

The owner/chef/server was so kind and the food was amazing. My partner and I had two completely different dishes and both were amazing. If you’re considering stopping here definitely go for it!

Excellent service, great food and really nice atmosphere. Food was delicious, service was fantastic, atmosphere was great and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
