Coopers in City of London, Westminster

Went in this morning, two of us for FEB, omelette, coffee. Very enjoyable. Nice atmosphere. High recommendation.

Brilliant staff, great food will 100% be back

I love this place - I visit most days and the staff are funny, friendly, and very welcoming. The sandwiches are lovely and reasonably priced for its city of London location, and loads of choice. I do feel like there’s some sort of tractor beam and mind wiping device set up at the door, because every time I walk pass the shop, I always seem to end up with a sandwich in my hand and no remembrance of how it got there 😂😂😂. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Just started working in the area and a colleague recommended this place to me. Well well...I love the food and being greeted with a smile 😃 a good place to visit when you are hungry or in a bad mood. 😅 thank you for always treating me well. 🥰

Best value lunch in the area. Always popular during the lunchtime rush, but no matter how long the queue is, you'll still be served in a few mins max. VERY friendly vibe

Coopers is a great asset to this district. Sandwiches made to order, with the facility to eat in or take away. Quality is always top notch and the service delightful.

So nice to find a traditional sandwich shop, in a city of terrible chain lunch places. Service couldn't have been friendlier and warmer, and my chicken baguette was excellent as well - thank you!

Had a Full English and some vegs, the portion was very generous and the toasts were just perfect, vegs were fresh. All sandwich fillings at the till looked very fresh.

Very enjoyable meal, healthy and fresh, exactly what I asked for and left a clean plate! Polite and friendly service, great atmosphere amongst the staff feels very homely and family orientated! Prices are the best you’ll find around central London for sure! Highly recommend!

First time I’ve been to coopers for some food & honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Crafted excellently by who seemed to be the owner/manager, great friendly gentleman. Will be returning! 5*

Just got a lovely jacket potato, staff were extremely friendly and will go above and beyond, excellent customer service and great pricing/generous portion sizing compared to its local competitors will deffo be paying more visits regularly

Quality family run business! Fresh food everyday and prices which will keep you coming back, way better than these mainstream chains! My spot for my morning coffee and lunch break for sure!

Would not even think about using this place. I was very desperate to use the loo and male server said for customers only. I said I was very desperate, but that didn't phase him. It was very quiet in there and now I know why. I'm not your usual lay about just a hard a working citizen just needed a pee that will not use this place at a time of hunger. There loss not mine.

Quality food with 5* service, as you step in you instantly feel part of the family. Must visit if in the Holborn area, my office adores this place, always our go to.

Absolutely love this place!! I worked on this road from 2001 to 2003 and it has always been the same lovely family of workers. Every time i ever have to visit London, I make sure I try to go in there and visit the lovely team! and to grab a baguette and delicious soup :-) Coopers! a place I have always recommended.

I absolutely hate go into the office once/twice a week, BUT my motivation is knowing I'll be having Coppers for lunch! Since Jan 2023 I've been going here. When you walk in, your greeted with a warm welcome and a burst of energy. The best part is that they remember me and know exactly what my order is (it really does make me smile). There's a food market across the road but who cares!!! The team at Coopers will have you feeling loved and stuffed.

Really nice people, making really nice sandwiches. Went for the first time today and the smile this sandwich shop put on my face. The bread and ingredients are all so fresh and quality. Highly recommend! Also loved the Italian football banter about Napoli.

Stupid prices for basic sandwiches. Ordered the mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes and basil baguette. Charged extra for the baguette but didn’t even bother warming it up. Having cold and soggy mozzarella, with cold sun dried tomatoes and dry basil is not exactly a nice lunch. Won’t be going there again

Suggested by my colleagues. Basic sandwiches but well-priced, generous, and taste nice :) The lovely staff make it feel even more worthwhile spending money there. Will definitely be back.

When in London.. get off the beaten path. We were in the mood for a sandwich for lunch and definitely got what we were looking for. My peer got an egg salad sandwich which he ate within 5 minutes as it was so good. I got the roast beef. Got it with butter on the bread, mustard and horseradish. it was awesome. Great little place!

Went following a craving for a jacket potato and did not disappoint! As older reviewers point out: the food is great, service is fast and people working there were really nice :) Posting a more recent review for those wondering if place is still open - and it is!
