The best restaurants in Upminster Havering London

I've been coming here since they opened and have been getting their takeaway afternoon tea since lockdown which has always been lovely. I have always received 4 slices for each of the sandwiches however I'm really disappointed that they have now cut the sandwiches to just 2 slices of each, so basically just 1 sandwich per person instead of 2. For £34.00 to collect, it's not really worth it now unfortunately. Also asked for no currents in the scones but received ones with them so they couldnt be eaten. Still tastes lovely though.

The chef's creativity is truly showcased in every dish. Remarkable!

Only been using this place for a short while as I’m a bit fussy with takeaways. The food is delicious and nice and hot. Great value for money.

This is a cake shop that makes eggless cakes. Its amazing and excellent desserts. They made my birthday cake- black forest and it was delicious. its located on the main high road so parking is tricky.

Absolutely amazing, got myself the Nasi Goreng with fried rice and Lychee Fruit tea with jelly. Also a spicy bag to take home. It was a fantastic experience, the food was not dry and the seasonings was a 10/10. Great prices, good atmosphere and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I would say £15-£20 per person would do the job.

Disappointed..... On arrival looked dirty, like a messy garden storage area. In cafe staff chatty but hygiene was poor, girl with long dark hair standing behind counter with bright green/ yellow nail extensions was picking between her teeth and mouth then picking plates and using the till! Absolutely disgusting........ Really grubby low class feel to the place, Ashame as good outdoor space when warm weather, but won't return.

Great experience as usual, Zuber is a good friend with brilliant service - 10/10 here

One of the best purveyors of Fish n' chips locally. Use 'Just Eat' to order and so far we have never been disappointed in both the delivery or most importantly the food!

Upminster is so lucky to have this fantastic Italian restaurant. Authentic Italian dishes. Great service.

We had the most beautiful meal Penang curry and Thai green curry prawn starter's with the lovely staff that where attentive.thanks guys we will be back

Do not go to Fete Bar. We booked a table for 4, but when we arrived, the entire venue had effectively been taken over by a hen party. They were mid-quiz, shouting across the restaurant and completely dominating the space. Good for them and I don’t blame them at all—but it wasn’t possible for an extra table of 4 to have a nice drink in there because it was all so loud and took over the small space. We were shown to the only other table, right in the middle of the party where we would be facing them all, I told the manager I didn’t think it wasn’t acceptable and asked to cancel our booking that night as we just wouldn’t feel ok about this, but he refused. They shouldn’t have taken 1 extra booking for 4 guests and they should have booked out the whole place for the hen party To make things worse, they’ve now charged me a no-show fee—even though I showed up, explained the situation. Really disappointing experience.

Wow…newly decorated tearooms really look great, even new outside furniture. The food was excellent, the lady sure does know how to make an excellent Eggs Benedict!! Service and staff so friendly, what a delight. Will be back very soon.
