The best restaurants in Bruce Grove Haringey London

The worst pub I’ve ever visited. There were only TWO draught beers available, so was served a warm, flat Guinness in a plastic pint pot, by disinterested staff who were literally texting whilst pouring my drink. The place smelled weird, so went outside to the ‘beer garden’. The smell got worse. Didn’t dare order anything to eat. Avoid.

***UPDATE*** My young son went here, trying to order using the app, and found it a bit tricky. Fortunately he got LOTS of friendly help from a member of staff called Tessy who took time out to ensure he got the right pizzas at the right price. So, confirmed: great pizzas, exemplary/excellent service. Thank you Tessy and Domino’s! — Review previously left, in 2023: I’ve never had any issues here, but have only ordered 3/4 times. They’ve always been great. True, there are often stray ingredients we didn’t order (which may well be a serious issue for religious/ethical reasons) but it doesn’t detract from my experience. I order through the app for “2ingredient large pizzas” which are always under a tenner. Bargain. I wouldn’t pay the full asking price (£20+??) for one large pizza, but then I never do.

pizzas were awful cold and dry and the wings were hard and dry also. order was also missing all my sauces that I paid extra for. such a shame

Nice and hot but the both the chicken and pork were dry and hard to chew have had better for the price increase

Las alas son significativamente peores de lo que eran hace un par de años. Esperé 45 minutos por mi pedido. El miembro del personal omitió el descuento para ayudar a comer fuera hasta que se lo solicité. Ella procedió a preparar incorrectamente mi pedido y al menos otros dos. No volveré

Visitamos Alamut en noviembre. Había 10 de nosotros y nos lo pasamos genial. El restaurante era muy agradable, acogedor, bien decorado y limpio. La señora que cuidó de nosotros fue muy agradable y amable. La comida era deliciosa, todo el mundo disfrutó de su comida. Estábamos visitando Londres pero si estamos allí otra vez sin duda volveremos a disfrutar de otra comida aquí en alamut.

Ordered Jerk chicken and salt fish fritter for a weekend lunch treat. Big portions and very tasty. Just the right amount of spice. The pineapple and ginger juice was a highlight. The staff were very friendly - this place is simply awesome.

Sushi were teeny, the smallest I've seen! The food is nicely presented but doesn't taste like authentic Japanese. There's not much charm about the place. Sorry to be negative, but honestly the sushi place down the road is run by a lovely Japanese lady and is so much better

Excellent dinner, burgers and chips were tasty and fresh!

Delivered just not to the right place...

Everything was on point, deep fried butterfly prawns.. yum. Salt & pepper ribs.. spicy. Pork dumplings was lovely - was not a fan of the sauce it came with though but good all the same. The sweet & sour chicken was cooked to perfection with a lovely crispness to it, yum. The Singapore chiw mein was spicy and the egg fried rice wasn't too bad. We had some lushious fresh juices to wash it down with. Will definitely go back again.

I ordered 4 pizzas, they were undercooked and 3 of the 4 had hairs on which brings into question the hygiene levels in this restaurant

Shocking service from the cafe and very rude owner. Would avoid at all costs, not worth your time or money.
