Nice and hot but the both the chicken and pork were dry and hard to chew have had better for the price increase

Curry sauce did not smell right had to through it, think it was turning bad. Rice had hardly any meat in. Chicken and mushrooms was nice as well as the ribs

Really nice food. The spare ribs in BBQ sauce were amazing and the curry sauce is delicious! Reasonably priced. They also do free delivery, which is so rare these days. Will definitely use again!!

Meat with rice is awful the pork and duck are hard and not fresh The batter for prawns is weird

Stayed 30mins. Delivered 1.5hrs later for a 3mins trip. The restaurant was extremely rude and unhelpful.

The rice of the roast chicken and roast pork was very salty

Food has gone down hill, prices have gone up quite abit. No prawn crackers give and the 1/4 duck I ordered was just full of fat and unedabile not what I wanted or expected for the £9 I paid for it. Basically chinese nothing special anymore used to be the best in leytonstone!

How a takeaway Chinese should be , respect

The food was just plain blank, we have to add an extra seasoning on it. Not sure if its real chinese tbh.

This could be the best Chinese on earth and I'd never order again. Two hours for soup and chicken balls. Original delivery time was an just over an hour which was then amended and was still late.

A truly superb place for agood quality food. Main sever was attentive and even suggested some mix veggies. Their prawn in black bean sauce is the best I had. The place is clean, personnel is wearing masks compairing to the next door fast take away place (which isnt good). I cannot recommend this place - Mayflower enough. Its food is priced well, they even do deliveries. The food variety is amazing and tastes grand. You can always ask for dishes to be more spicy...only if you like. A truly, lovely helpful staff.

Mayflower is normally amazing. Unfortunately, the cucumber for the crispy duck had disintegration and was inedible and the spring onions were looking worse for wear. However the rest was good.

Delivery was on time but it took a hour and a half to arrive, most Chinese restaurant are 30 to 45 minutes Delivery time, won't be ordering again.

The food was good but the delivery was long. It came on time but it took 1.5 hours for the food to arrive from a restaurant that is 25 mins walking from our house. Next time we won't use just eat.

Really bad experience. Delivery took over an hour and half of the food was inedible. In particular the Chow Mein and Prawn Toast, i literally couldn't eat them, the prawn toast was horribly over cooked and somehow managed to taste of neither prawns nor toast, just grease. Complete waste of money. Never again.

Amazing tasty food! Delivered early! Every dish was fresh hot and super delicious, best I’ve had in a while! Only small thing is that we got another rice dish instead of the chow mein we ordered but the restaurant were quick to deliver the outstanding dish without any extra fee or quibble. Highly recommend this as my new local Chinese!!!!

This is our 6th order from this takeaway and have been very satisfied with the food. However, they did forget to send us one item which was a can of 7-up. I would still order again.

The rice was way TOO mushy and soft for my liking - it was all clumped together. I had to throw it away and make my own rice. The mixed vegetables was tasteless and very bland! However, the spring role and seaweed were nice.

My order was 35 minutes late, I wasn't informed, I checked through the app, i had to make my elderly dad something to eat, when it finally arrived the food containers had leaked all over each container, The food was tastless and warm, needless to say I won't be ordering from them again!!!

Probably the worst experience from Mayflower I have had. The food is normally alright here but it was cold, the rice was brown as, rice should not be this colour. The food was below par and the only thing worth eating was the chips.
