The worst pub I’ve ever visited. There were only TWO draught beers available, so was served a warm, flat Guinness in a plastic pint pot, by disinterested staff who were literally texting whilst pouring my drink. The place smelled weird, so went outside to the ‘beer garden’. The smell got worse. Didn’t dare order anything to eat. Avoid.

No es un lugar agradable para tomar una copa. El personal es grosero, la cerveza es limitada y rancia. Atrapado en una era diferente.

4pm and tye only people in: the lady behind the bar and two small children running free. Appaling decor, smelly, disgusting toilets, expensive. Even though it is loca to home, I won't be going back.

Absolutamente asqueroso, la comida es sombría y los dueños del pub no tienen ningún respeto. La comida sabe a chicle, a las mesas donde estaba sucia, la comida no estaba bien hecha nunca en mi vida.

It is many years since I've been in the Elmhurst and was a bit worried it might have closed or even worse, been changed to a trendy gastropub. Called in there today for a birthday drink with the family. Delighted to find it was still a genuine no nonsense pub. Great atmosphere, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome, top class beer, what more can you ask - highly recommended.

Top class place, 2 pool tables, lovely garden, friendly staff. Candle lit in the evenings, will put on any music you want and the food is spot on. I once mentioned i was hungry and it was over heard by a staff member, within 5 mins i was given a lamb stew for free! Has changed in the last few years and now is a lot more trendier. Will defo visit again!

The Elmhurst has amazingly friendly staff - some of the best in London. And a foosball table and a beer garden and booze. What more could you ask for?

This place had a great balance of work and play. Staff was amazing and drinks were on point. The location was a plus for me. Being that I'm not from London and barely use the train or bus when I'm in America. So finding this place was s peace of cake. Definitely going to stop by again on my next trip to London. Keep up the good work.

We fell in love with the Elmhurst the moment we walked in. We were greeted by a friendly gentlemam who showed us to our room. The rooms were a real plus, warm and comfy. The service was brilliant, with a choice of seats in the bar or garden. Great selection of drinks and the food was excellent. We have fallen in love with this place and will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the stuff who made our stay enjoyable.

This is such a cool little pub. Came here years ago but it's changed so much. It's got that Tottenham meets Shoreditch feel to it. Very cool decor, some quirky features, plus pool and foosball table. And there's a nice garden out the back. Give it a try - makes a nice change to some of the football pubs around the area.

The Elmhurst is a beautiful Victorian building with amazing original features. It's very quirky with its style. Large variety of craft Ales and a massive garden with a marquee too if it does pour down with rain with typical English weather. The staff are really friendly and can have a good laugh

Drinks are fairly priced with a pool table but the interior is out dated and tired for a pub of its size its not really utilised to its best.

Visited the pub on the way to the football and cannot really fault it. Beer is nice enough, football on the big screens and average prices for London. Only needs to add food to the place and it'll be great. Friendly staff as well

I came here for a Sunday roast on the recommendation of one of my friends - but the roast was probably the worst I've had since I was at school! We both had roast lamb which was fatty, tough and rather tasteless. Extremely disappointing and I won't be visiting again. The outside area at the back is quite pleasant.

If you’re after good food, beer and live music, then this is the place. We happened upon this place through our son. Had a great Friday night with an original menu and real ale. Suitable for all family ages.

A rare offering as chippies disappear in the city. This was in North London. Anyway, very comforting but something tasted funny, not sure if it was the sauce of chips but it got masked away when you ate it together.
