Tuvimos un té de la tarde encantador - deliciosos dulces y grandes selecciones de tés. Tim, nuestro servidor era fantástico y atento e hizo toda la experiencia aún mejor!
The place is busy so there’s a small wait for a table and they have time limits on tables to ensure everyone gets served which is fair. The food is gorgeous both in taste and presentation. The hot drinks were delicious. The meals were well priced given the location and ingredients. The service was good. I’ll try and visit again next time I’m in London!
I hold my hands up in regret!
My apologies Young Vegans for earlier posts which I have or will now delete.
Your pies are delicious and well worth the money.
Best pies ever.... and I honestly mean this!

One of the most incredible pasta dishes I’ve ever had was here in London. kudos to the chef for crafting such perfection!
The entire experience was unforgettable, with a charming ambiance that elevated the meal. The cheese they use is absolutely divine, and the impeccable service truly stood out.
For anyone passionate about pasta, this spot is an essential destination.
Rude staff member.
Last Saturday morning I ordered a coffee and another item to eat in. Initially when I saw the bill, I thought they charged me twice for the "eating in" fee, so I just asked them to double check. Then this female staff member with orange hair came along with a bad attitude telling me I was not overcharged for anything, but it was the angry tone she said it in that was not appropriate. She was even crumbling paper and throwing it to the ground aggressively which I thought was unnecessary. I then saw the price of everything, and it was correctly charged so I didn’t say anything else.
A couple of minutes later I see a man laying his hand on a glass container at the bakery, basically asking his son if he wanted any of the items inside the container. Then the same lady told him in a horrible tone to stop pushing the glass as he is going to break it. I saw the man got annoyed and said that just touching the glass is not going to break anything (and I think he was right, he was touching it not pushing it).
This is a horrible way to treat customers and won’t be coming back to this place.

One goes out to have a drink or five different reasons - out of joy, sadness, loneliness, hyperactivity. Usually, people prefer pubs for the comfort there. They'd go to have a cocktail or three to a specially designated bars in order to feel, well, special.
Now, this is a place that makes you feel special, yet you feel the comfort of a local pub. The right service is expected and received. And most importantly, at least, to me, clean toilets. Which is a relief after cramming the KTForum ones.
Highly recommended if you want to be pampered and feel nice and special.
El restaurante está un poco alejado de los caminos trillados, pero vale la pena caminar.
Tanto la comida como el personal eran excelentes. El raro pho de ternera era mi plato favorito.
