Great view for a Sunday early evening and no busy at all. Mushroom soup is so creamy and tasty and the bread is great.

After an initial wait in the lounge to be seated, service was very good and quick. Atmosphere was also good. Not the tastiest Indian meal I've had though, despite having the waiter's recommendation, and the rest of my party felt the same. That said it is obviously very popular & as with most places in Hertford you need to book at the weekend.

Sadly missed off one of our meals. Refused to rectify and said we should get a refund from Go-getters. The food we got was average. Not sure I will use restaurant or Go-getters again. Disappointed

Sadly, after trying a few of my favorite dishes, the food is not as good. They call the rice dishes "fried" but they aren't. It just looks and tastes liked boiled, lukewarm rice.

Friendly service, peaceful atmosphere, and great coffee. I came in on a very rainy day for a coffee, ended up staying way longer than intended partly because of the sandwich, mostly because it was so calm.

Ordered through Uber Eats. We have used Uber Eats for a while and love the service. When our order came it was missing the chips we ordered, so our family meal was disappointing. Oh my Cod should have checked the order was correct before handing over to Uber Eats. We called Oh my Cod to allow them to rectify this and we were told we have to take it up with Uber Eats and they couldn’t do anything unless we come and collect the chips (which defeats the object of using Uber Eats). We are disappointed as it is not the fact we want our money back, but we just wanted to have the food we ordered. Would have expected Oh my Cod to order an Uber Eats to come and collect and deliver to us as it is their mistake, regardless to the cost to them. Very poor customer service.

Vegan options are incredible. Can’t recommend enough. Chicken satay skewers and the chicken chow mein are incredible!! So incredible to have vegan chow mein. Have vegan crispy duck

I visited this store a few weeks ago. My son ordered a hot chocolate which usually comes with marshmallows. When it arrived without marshmallow I asked the man working there where the marshmallows were, he said hot chocolate never comes with marshmallows. I said that’s strange as whenever I’ve ordered it before it has always had marshmallows. Once my son finished his hot chocolate the man come over with the marshmallows…. As a kind gesture. It was really strange behaviour. It’s also very dirty in there, especially the area of the back with a bit of carpet also long wait for drinks. A new member of staff started recently (around September 2024) he seems friendly and pleasant.
