The best restaurants in Highwoods Colchester East of England

We needed a cup of tea and happened to be close by so popped in and browsed the books etc and had a superb cup of tea. Pot of tea for 2 with a biscuit £3 cant go wrong and for a good cause.

Such a relief to know you can buy clean, healthy meals which taste great and the macros are listed on the menu. Thai green curry is my favourite so far!

Very good service, I had forgotten to mention one of our party was in a wheelchair and they were able to change our table accordingly. Attentive staff and speedy service. Thank you!

Got a HOT CHOCOLATE to find it was only warm I thought when advertising HOT that meant HOT

We booked the private dining room at this lovely venue for my husbands 70th Birthday dinner. The staff were so incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough to make our celebration extra special. The food was amazing and many of our guests were talking about returning for meals. Thank you for making a special birthday extra special. Would definitely book for a special event again without hesitation and will be booking to return for some more excellent food , service and lovely atmosphere in the near future.

Went in to get a post workout drink, which was not bad. I thought I’d sign up and make it a regular visit as you could pre order. I downloaded the app and put £15 on my account. Sadly then COVID hit and everything closed. It has now permanently closed but the app has no information about this or how to reclaim money back from the account other than a phone number which is not answered. I’m sympathetic to their cause but I could do with getting my money back. Be mindful when signing up to such things.
