The best restaurants in Theobalds Broxbourne East of England

My boyfriend and I have been here twice before we watch football games at the nearby pub. We’re mostly healthy but it’s good to get a cheat meal in every now and then😉. Glad we picked this place, tasty food, clean dining area and extremely friendly staff. You’ve found some repeat customers. Keep up the good work lads! ☺️

Fabulous little restaurant to have on our doorstep -great value, wonderful food, lovely atmosphere and brilliant service. Would definitely recommend for a chilled, relaxed evening. Its even nicer if they have live music - it's not too intrusive and really adds to the ambience. So important to support our local restaurants!

Pretty much a great place to have a cooked breakfast!!! Try the Olympic Special if you have a BIG appetite!!!!

New Take-away - opened February and HAD to close in March due to Covid 19 !!! Just re-opened and popped in to grab a coffee but ended up getting Milkshakes as it was warm weather. Not disappointed !!! Bought the After Eight Premium Chocolate Bar Milkshake and it was yummy !!!! Owner is a really happy & friendly guy ! Not tried the food yet but the other 5 customers were all purchasing food......

The rice box chicken is very very hard and overcooked. Not nice at all

there was hair all over the pizza and some suspicious white liquid in the stuffed crust. they then asked me to smell their fingers.

Ordered from Golden Phoenix a few times and the food on a whole was ok . I'm sure they're are better Chinese takeways around ..The guy on the phone has always been very abrupt on the phone but we move on . when we didn't receive the whole order we had to phone back . The guy on the phone was extremely rude to my partner and made out like it was her fault. Customer service and phone etiquette lacking . Won't be ordering here again!!!

I am delighted to say as always the chicken teriyaki Bento box was delicious. Thank you so much for delivering it. This box ticks all the boxes, it’s arrived on time with the lovely lady who delivered it. Best Japanese Bento in town -Best wishes and thank you to the guys and the ladies Liz xxx

I really had a bad experience, delivery time say 30-35minutes and it took a whole 1hr 30 minutes to get my order called the restaurant and the person on phone was not even kind enough. Very bad
