Pepe's in Broxbourne

Unfortunately not all items was delivered, when reported to just eat had no response back. Not to get what you paid for is unacceptable.

driver sat in the same spot for 30 minutes, didn’t contact me to ask for directions and eventually put that it had been delivered when it hadn’t!

The box that arrived was sweet chilli, not mango and lime. I do not like this unfortunately

Do not order the loaded fries biggest waste of money cost £7 for sloppy wet chips with a couple of jalapeño dashed on top

Burnt lamb burger, never have sauces this place is terrible. We now drive to Hoddesdon. Terrible.

The customer service is no where to be find by the asian guys in store! Waited 10 mins for the order to be taken! Short staffed as well!

Delivery time kept going up and up. Was meant to arrive at 7:35, finally arrived at 8:20. Arrived with the pitta missing, 1 pot of sauce which was incorrect and 1 order which was wrong - ordered a chicken pitta and a chicken burger arrived. The peri peri salt on the chips was minimal.

The chicken we wanted drumsticks made that clear but gave us breast and put peri peri salt on chips when we said no! Took over an hour to deliver and horrible service!

The quesadillas were loaded with Jalapeños & the burger tasted bland. They ran out of pitta bread so I just said give me in a bun instead.

Food is not only for hunger, it’s also for satisfaction of mind. As I ordered full chicken, I have requested them to cook half chicken Hot peri peri and half chicken mango & lime flavour but they didn’t care about it. The chips was so cold like the gave from the freezer. Very very disappointing. They don’t care about customer’s preferences.

even though the food was delivered on time, food was cold, chips and mozzarella sticks were hard. we paid extra for piri chips and there was hardly nothing on them, it's happening constantly now and I think it's time we move on cause £33 for two meals and 3 mozzarella sticks is a joke

Walked in at 21:41 and asked for a chicken quesadilla meal and was told "sorry we close soon" asked "what time do you close?" Response was "9 44 we close" both Google and the app say 10pm.

10/10 provide a alternative source to a good customer when you don't have the dank sweet Chile sauce 😀

Thanks for informing me that there was no sweet Chile sauce, but you didn't provide a sauce to substitute which to be honest, is jarring. you should have rang me anyway to resolve this.

Lack of understanding, does not listen to the customers order properly.

I just went to Pepe's Piri Piri in the Cheshunt branch, and their service was terrible. I ordered a chicken rice meal, but the lady staff member only gave me rice. When I asked about the fries and drink, she charged me extra for them. After all that, when I asked for a menu, the male staff member with glasses rudely told me we don't have a menu. Go and search on Google. If someone don't have Internet in his phone how can he seach for menu?

This Pepes used to be OK but recently they have raised their already inflated prices above what the rest of the Pepes chain charge!! The same meal at the Hoddesdon Branch a few miles away is over £2 more at Cheshunt Pepes. Why is this? Are the positions bigger? Is the service better? I can tell you, they aren't. Absolutely disgusting charging even more in a cost of living crisis !!

The estimated delivery time was 9pm and it arrived at 9:26pm. The location was very close. Was very unhappy with the delivery time.

I didn’t receive my order. Had to re-order again and submit a refund request. Driver didn’t make an attempt to call if unsure about address. Very unacceptable

half of the items were missing I called the restaurant and he said he had no drivers to bring it to me and he told me to come collect my self I ordered for a reason I don't have how to collect, this is not the first time they did this, good food but bad service and bad representation of the pepe peri peri restaurant to bad because if only workers that take care of their work space and see to it everything is done properly, this restaurant lacks of.

I am so disappointed I was really looking forward to receiving my order however it’s been marked as delivered when I haven’t received anything.I will be expecting a refund or a replacement meal.

Had Pepe's many time but this time not good . Chicken seemed flat ,cheap and not nice at all . Different to Broxbourne and ware branch

food was unseasoned and the meat was uncooked. Not only the chips had 0 seasonings but they didnt deliver my garlic mayo sauce.

I ordered food yesterday and it was perfect. We called in and spoke with Mohammed who took our order. He was super friendly and respected our personal requests. The FOOD was so fresh and amazing and we had no issues whatsoever.

Arrived 30mins late even though we made the order over an hour before we wanted the food

so the wings were so tiny and it was the biggest mistake that we made.

Food prices are extremely high, and chicken wasn't cooked like other Pepe's you guys need to send your chef on training course. The other Pepe's I visit are much nicer and worth the price unlike this one.

Food quality has gone down but most importantly you have increased your prices massively compare to the other nearer stores. Hoddesdon store is much cheaper will order from there from now on.

the food is great- fresh and well seasoned. I do however feel that it is totally overpriced considering the size of the portions.

This place has a lot of potential, when the food is done properly it is nice and my favourite place to eat. But when they are lazy the food is bad. Burnt wings, food not heated properly ect. Just employ a proper chef that knows what they’re doing and your business will thrive, because at the moment the price doesn’t warrant the quality of the food.

The only reason my family and I choose to dine there occasionally is because we sometimes get a discount through Uber, and it happens to be the only halal restaurant in our vicinity. The service at Pepes started off on a rocky note when they first opened, but it seems they are making efforts to improve. However, they still have room for improvement. There have been instances where they have not been consistent in reading the order, resulting in missing items. This becomes frustrating, especially when Uber charges for the missing food, claiming it has been sorted out. The exorbitant prices become even more apparent when ordering a family meal for take away. Estimating around £60 to £70 for a family meal feels excessive and unreasonable. Despite the issues with pricing and service, the food itself is delicious. The flavors are perfect, and I hope Pepes continues to expand its menu options, providing even more variety for its customers. Food is lovely always is but I found a bone in my chicken and rice

Food always delivered hot. Not had an issue with soggy chips, uncooked chicken or missing parts of the order for nearly 4 years of using them. I would say its become quite expensive.

Didn’t ask for peri peri chips just 3 sachets but both portions were covered in it.. so one portion went in the bin. The chips were very greasy as was the chicken burger. Not the best meal

They did not deliver the extra x2 chips that I orderd and the restaurant said we cant deliver as we dont have any drivers and said it was just eat drivers fault.

The chicken tastes lovely and good sized portion on the half chicken, very nice chips. I’ve also had the chicken burgers previously and again great quality.
