Good food, fast service. The staff were very friendly and helpful with explaining options.

Walked in at 21:41 and asked for a chicken quesadilla meal and was told "sorry we close soon" asked "what time do you close?" Response was "9 44 we close" both Google and the app say 10pm.

chicken wasnt grilled properly. so much extra sauce in the bag. bad experience

10/10 provide a alternative source to a good customer when you don't have the dank sweet Chile sauce 😀

Thanks for informing me that there was no sweet Chile sauce, but you didn't provide a sauce to substitute which to be honest, is jarring. you should have rang me anyway to resolve this.

I just went to Pepe's Piri Piri in the Cheshunt branch, and their service was terrible. I ordered a chicken rice meal, but the lady staff member only gave me rice. When I asked about the fries and drink, she charged me extra for them. After all that, when I asked for a menu, the male staff member with glasses rudely told me we don't have a menu. Go and search on Google. If someone don't have Internet in his phone how can he seach for menu?

Lack of understanding, does not listen to the customers order properly.

This Pepes used to be OK but recently they have raised their already inflated prices above what the rest of the Pepes chain charge!! The same meal at the Hoddesdon Branch a few miles away is over £2 more at Cheshunt Pepes. Why is this? Are the positions bigger? Is the service better? I can tell you, they aren't. Absolutely disgusting charging even more in a cost of living crisis !!

The estimated delivery time was 9pm and it arrived at 9:26pm. The location was very close. Was very unhappy with the delivery time.

half of the items were missing I called the restaurant and he said he had no drivers to bring it to me and he told me to come collect my self I ordered for a reason I don't have how to collect, this is not the first time they did this, good food but bad service and bad representation of the pepe peri peri restaurant to bad because if only workers that take care of their work space and see to it everything is done properly, this restaurant lacks of.

I am so disappointed I was really looking forward to receiving my order however it’s been marked as delivered when I haven’t received anything.I will be expecting a refund or a replacement meal.

Had Pepe's many time but this time not good . Chicken seemed flat ,cheap and not nice at all . Different to Broxbourne and ware branch

food was unseasoned and the meat was uncooked. Not only the chips had 0 seasonings but they didnt deliver my garlic mayo sauce.

I ordered food yesterday and it was perfect. We called in and spoke with Mohammed who took our order. He was super friendly and respected our personal requests. The FOOD was so fresh and amazing and we had no issues whatsoever.

Arrived 30mins late even though we made the order over an hour before we wanted the food

so the wings were so tiny and it was the biggest mistake that we made.

Food prices are extremely high, and chicken wasn't cooked like other Pepe's you guys need to send your chef on training course. The other Pepe's I visit are much nicer and worth the price unlike this one.

Food quality has gone down but most importantly you have increased your prices massively compare to the other nearer stores. Hoddesdon store is much cheaper will order from there from now on.

the food is great- fresh and well seasoned. I do however feel that it is totally overpriced considering the size of the portions.

This place has a lot of potential, when the food is done properly it is nice and my favourite place to eat. But when they are lazy the food is bad. Burnt wings, food not heated properly ect. Just employ a proper chef that knows what they’re doing and your business will thrive, because at the moment the price doesn’t warrant the quality of the food.

There have been instances where they have not been consistent in reading the order, resulting in missing items. The exorbitant prices become even more apparent when ordering a family meal for take away. Estimating around £60 to £70 for a family meal feels excessive and unreasonable. Food always delivered hot. Not had an issue with soggy chips, uncooked chicken or missing parts of the order for nearly 4 years of using them. I would say its become quite expensive.

Didn’t ask for peri peri chips just 3 sachets but both portions were covered in it.. so one portion went in the bin. The chips were very greasy as was the chicken burger. Not the best meal

They did not deliver the extra x2 chips that I orderd and the restaurant said we cant deliver as we dont have any drivers and said it was just eat drivers fault.

The chicken tastes lovely and good sized portion on the half chicken, very nice chips. I’ve also had the chicken burgers previously and again great quality.

Order included a paid for dip that leaked as the container was not properly closed. It leaked all over the drinks and was wasted.

Ordered 2 chicken burritos and 2 garlic mayos. Received a chicken sandwich and piri mayo instead one of burrito.

So we buy food from here regularly and generally there customer service is great. Food is normally great too, however today I decided to purchase something that I have not purchased before and this was the steamed vegetables. They smelled weird to begin with and I thought I will try a little and tasted odd too. So chucked all the vegetables in the bin sadly. The chicken is amazing but vegetables are not recommended.

Driver did a fantastic job in the cold weather, snowing in fact. However I believe that a driver had to be reallocated due to the first driver cancelling. As a result the food came long after it was cooked resulting in my chips being cold but it was ok, I understand and can relate to the difficulties you face especially in these weather conditions.

Love Pepes so regularly but from them. We like our food spicy so get the hot. What was delivered was nice but not hote. We spent more that £40 so we're disappointed when we rangvup to be told by the lady that she's sure she used hot. Two different people are 100% they didn't. No apology. We're just eating our non spicy chicken

Sorry but the chicken pitta I ordered was horrendous. A small bit of chicken slapped in some pitta with a bit of lettuce. A tiny pot of coleslaw that cost nearly 2 quid. Awful.

Portion size for wings and strips are hilarious. Nugget size strips for 7.99 - don't bother.

I ordered two tropicana orange juices and got J20 also I ordered an extra hot dip and got garlic mayo instead, surely not that hard to check the order properly. Also they need to put more options for the kids menu, my child does not like fruitshoot and there was no other option.

I did leave instructions asking for a extra sauce, but thank you anyway, money well spent
