The rice box chicken is very very hard and overcooked. Not nice at all

The food was delivery late and the delivery man left the food at my neighbours doorstep.I wasnt notified that the food was delivered at 19:12,and I collected it at 08:00,the chips are already cold.Poor service by the delivery person

The food was nice and hot and there was lots of flavours

Worst branch, recieved my order wrong tried to call them several times (10) to speak to them but no one picks up the phone I can't be expected to go all the way there to speak to them.

Beautiful food best Indian takeaway we have ever had.

Avoid!! Absolutely disgusting…. Ordered from Pepe’s Cheshunt and received inedible food. Called to complain and Pepe’s refused to send another platter or refund. I hope they go out of business. They should not be allowed to sell to the public.

Yet again food was perfect but 2nd time I've paid for peri chips and got plain chips and it's really getting frustrating

I ordered in advance for collection only to get there and it wasnt ready! Then they got the order wrong. And on top of that they said I had to get money from a cash machine as their payment machine wasn't working, this the guy could've told me on the phone when I placed my order. No wonder its gone down hill there's one person cooking and one person doing all the online and customers coming through the door! Head office need to sort this asap

Visited this place today. First thing first no card payments were accepted so have to order via app. Very disappointed at first interaction. Secondly the guy at the till had a attitude problem not hospitable at all. Food was good. I asked him about the time for food & guy didn't responded at all like he was not even bothered about the customers waiting. Do something about it. We visited the place at 6 o clock at 5th march.

Great food really nice amount of chicken the rice was really nice , chips were freshly cooked and the hot sauce super hot very nice great place would 100% recommend.

Always hot and freshly cooked. Chips stay crispy as packed well. Had the sticky toffee pudding for first time and oh my. Expensive for it's size at £4 but best one I've ever had

Chicken was chewy & rice tasteless (reminded me of uncle bens microwave rice). sweet and sour sauce spilled everywhere.

I complained to the lady put the phone down on me! PLEASE PLEASE AVOID! I will be complaining directly to peri peri head office Monday morning.

Foods gone down hill. Dry, no sauce and lack of fillings in burgers and wraps. Tasteless! Order from hoddesdon instead! Response to shop reply: no thank you, I got my money back from Ubereats. Your prices have increased too much and the quality is awful. I just buy from hoddesdon now.

Unfortunately not all items was delivered, when reported to just eat had no response back. Not to get what you paid for is unacceptable.

driver sat in the same spot for 30 minutes, didn’t contact me to ask for directions and eventually put that it had been delivered when it hadn’t!

Do not order the loaded fries biggest waste of money cost £7 for sloppy wet chips with a couple of jalapeño dashed on top

Delivery time kept going up and up. Was meant to arrive at 7:35, finally arrived at 8:20. Arrived with the pitta missing, 1 pot of sauce which was incorrect and 1 order which was wrong - ordered a chicken pitta and a chicken burger arrived. The peri peri salt on the chips was minimal.

The customer service is no where to be find by the asian guys in store! Waited 10 mins for the order to be taken! Short staffed as well!

The chicken we wanted drumsticks made that clear but gave us breast and put peri peri salt on chips when we said no! Took over an hour to deliver and horrible service!

Food is not only for hunger, it’s also for satisfaction of mind. As I ordered full chicken, I have requested them to cook half chicken Hot peri peri and half chicken mango & lime flavour but they didn’t care about it. The chips was so cold like the gave from the freezer. Very very disappointing. They don’t care about customer’s preferences.

Delivery time kept getting delayed and restaurant wouldn’t answer the phone.

The quesadillas were loaded with Jalapeños & the burger tasted bland. They ran out of pitta bread so I just said give me in a bun instead.

even though the food was delivered on time, food was cold, chips and mozzarella sticks were hard. we paid extra for piri chips and there was hardly nothing on them, it's happening constantly now and I think it's time we move on cause £33 for two meals and 3 mozzarella sticks is a joke

Walked in at 21:41 and asked for a chicken quesadilla meal and was told "sorry we close soon" asked "what time do you close?" Response was "9 44 we close" both Google and the app say 10pm.

10/10 provide a alternative source to a good customer when you don't have the dank sweet Chile sauce 😀

Thanks for informing me that there was no sweet Chile sauce, but you didn't provide a sauce to substitute which to be honest, is jarring. you should have rang me anyway to resolve this.

Lack of understanding, does not listen to the customers order properly.

I just went to Pepe's Piri Piri in the Cheshunt branch, and their service was terrible. I ordered a chicken rice meal, but the lady staff member only gave me rice. When I asked about the fries and drink, she charged me extra for them. After all that, when I asked for a menu, the male staff member with glasses rudely told me we don't have a menu. Go and search on Google. If someone don't have Internet in his phone how can he seach for menu?

This Pepes used to be OK but recently they have raised their already inflated prices above what the rest of the Pepes chain charge!! The same meal at the Hoddesdon Branch a few miles away is over £2 more at Cheshunt Pepes. Why is this? Are the positions bigger? Is the service better? I can tell you, they aren't. Absolutely disgusting charging even more in a cost of living crisis !!

The estimated delivery time was 9pm and it arrived at 9:26pm. The location was very close. Was very unhappy with the delivery time.

half of the items were missing I called the restaurant and he said he had no drivers to bring it to me and he told me to come collect my self I ordered for a reason I don't have how to collect, this is not the first time they did this, good food but bad service and bad representation of the pepe peri peri restaurant to bad because if only workers that take care of their work space and see to it everything is done properly, this restaurant lacks of.

I am so disappointed I was really looking forward to receiving my order however it’s been marked as delivered when I haven’t received anything.I will be expecting a refund or a replacement meal.

food was unseasoned and the meat was uncooked. Not only the chips had 0 seasonings but they didnt deliver my garlic mayo sauce.

I ordered food yesterday and it was perfect. We called in and spoke with Mohammed who took our order. He was super friendly and respected our personal requests. The FOOD was so fresh and amazing and we had no issues whatsoever.

so the wings were so tiny and it was the biggest mistake that we made.
