If you want a proper pizza, this is the only place to go, always perfectly cooked with generous portions of tasty toppings -won't go anywhere else now!

Great food, friendly staff. Step access at the front is a little difficult but well worth the effort

We came here as a reward for doing a long stretch of the Bure Valley Path walk. The staff here are lovely – cheerful, helpful and very friendly. The tea is good and strong, and the lemon drizzle scones have to be tasted to be believed. And you can watch the fabulous trains come and go as you eat and drink. Highly recommended.

We visited for a mid week anniversary meal. We had passed by many times on dog walks but this was our 1st time to come in and eat, it lived up to expectations. I had the mackerel dish and my partner the smoked haddock, followed by fruit crumble and the sticky toffee pud. Our meals were delicious and we came away feeling very well fed. The members of staff were all lovely and we were well looked after. We will definitely be back.

Let’s get the cons out of the way first.£10 for pie and mash in a school dinners style with a good pie but cold lumpy mash and veg with a slight. taste of washing up liquid. left on plates. Staff ok but ready to go home with a little bit of attitude .Small confusing set up on entry and not for anyone with mobility issues imo. However Pros it’s cosy nice atmosphere ok for tea and cake and light snacks.Friendly .

Aylsham is a cute market town where I had digs 40 years ago. So, we went on Market day for breakfast and loved this smashing cafe - full of life and bunting. We had full English breakfasts and coffees with toast and were set up for our journey home. The cafe is about 100 metres from the main square, is dog friendly and is wonderfully welcoming with a wide choice on the menu.

My visits have been made easier by having refreshments in little cafe in the grounds.Lovely Lesley looked after us consistently with delicious well prepared food.Personal care for Tobys requests and lovely chats.I had no need to venture into Alysham and I don't think I could have improved.Lovely cakes all prepared by her own hands. The bakewell tart is best I have ever tasted whole fresh cherries.Right I think I've said it all oh no all though I am not coffee drinker her fresh coffee is one best.

I had been looking forward to trying Bread Source. Their window display of fayre always looks delicious. On a cold day, this is possibly not the place to go if you're looking for hot food. There was a limited selection at the time (1:15pm). Nothing is made to order. Working out in the cold, the only thing available were toasties (of which there were only two left). They took a really long time to cook, which was inconvenient. They do not have a microwave for savories- something to consider possibly. There were at least 3 staff members behind the till, none of whom seemed to have any sense of urgency. That's not brilliant when you're stopping for a 20 minute lunch break. The food was on the expensive side and boxed up with no way of containing any heat. Having said that, the sausage roll was delicious even if it was served cold and the jam donuts were praised on site for their filling. The atmosphere, waiting for a long time, for two simple toasties was dull in what is a large space with little interaction. It's the little things. The shop is not the best for traffic flow with the till directly at the point of entry/exit. You feel compelled to rush your choice to get out of the way. Whether eating in or taking out, perhaps the focus should be on the service. It disappointed me. Perhaps that's not usual practice.

Absolutely spot on. Plenty of parking, interesting decoration as you enter which underlies the Thai cuisine available. The staff (many quite young) were excellent, they all provided great knowledge and superb service. There is a lot of seating with varied feel, snug, open plan & outdoor. There is also an excellent outdoor children’s playground. The food was delivered fast and was all cooked to a high standard, we had a mixture of traditional pub and Thai cuisine and no one was disappointed. Their Ales: they offered 5 real ales the biggest choice I found in the area and all were served well and in excellent condition. I found the meal and drinks to be good value as well as excellent quality. There was a varied clientelle all seemed to be very happy and satisfied with their experience. My only complaint is I wasn’t able to revisit this excellent hostelry as I was only on a short visit.
