Terrible service, very slow & everyone that works here has an awful attitude

Said on the way in on a sign if paying with cash place order at the desk. Got to the desk I was told abruptly by the employee who obviously needs of further customer service training. I needed to use the display units to order. I explained the sign said to place my order at the main counter if paying by cash. Won't be using kfc bulwell again. Poor customer service and rude staff

Shocking place to have food last time I ordered from here I had under cooked bacon I thought today 22/04/24 I'd give it another go and I wish I didn't bother me and the Mrs had burger and chips half way eating my burger found hair wrapped around my burger taken it back to the lady at the checkout and told her what I had found she was very apologetic and I had a full refund but clearly the igene is not up to standard here

Fuimos a almorzar allí, la comida estaba bien. poco de una opción de menú. asientos un poco incómodos mientras cena. No recomendaría la cerveza pero una pequeña selección de vinos, así que todo bien

I ordered food from this papa johns, and they had trouble finding the house on the estate, instead of taking my help to verbally direct them and walk to them if they stayed in one place, instead the shop put the phone down on me, refused initially to connect me to the driver to direct them, and when i finally was put through to the driver 15 mins after they originally marked it as delivered, and when i was, and telling him the direction, he then put the phone down. Finally got the pizza, stone cold, after we had to go find the driver by foot and grab them ourselves. Absolutely awful service this time, we don't usually have a problem directing the drivers, but this time the customer service was truly awful.

We ordered 4 chicken strip, signature fries,water extra fries and 4 bbq strips We received only 3 bbq very small strips no extra fries When I rang the assistant said I could have the missed items if I fetched them We paid over £20 for the meal which was disgusting actually This is the second time we were short on the order and I am very reluctant to use again I tried to call kfc head office to no avail there seems to be no way of contacting them to complain
