Visited bulwell KFC thought it was the best one. Not after today will never visit again Staff member rude and spoke to customers terrible with attitude. The place looked dirty and tables full of rubbish. We all had to order on the machine even though a older lady asked for help she didn't get any from the abusive staff member.

Been in here quite a few times foods pretty average i get the boneless banquet each time and each time i have been they dont have the garlic mayo dip even though it is offered. The service can be abit slow at times so i would recomend going to the one on nuthall road instead as they do everything correct. Just opened my gravy too and its literally like cement spend £40 on meals just for it to come out poor dont go here.

It's ok fried chicken. Cleaner than some.

Order at 757 and only order a 4 piece boneless order and it took 24 min to get it. Won't be going back here the service was stupid and staff very slow

Very poor. Manager and area manager should be ashamed of themselves . Restaurant and toilets absolutely filthy. No customer interaction at all now you have to order on the screen only. Got my refund and will never return, KFC need to keep up as there is plenty of other good chicken chains around nowadays.

Just bought 14 peace chicken bucket worth £20.99 at 22.20pm order number 10175. We reached home and it is cold horrible bucket full of leg piece only and it seem chicken is left over and was so cold .because they are closed now so no where to complaint or change order. It has more of skin than actual meat. it was one of most horrible food which i am not going to eat. Chips small 4 portion were soggy and it has not more than 5 chips each bag…so we decided to order mcdonald now instead of getting sick eating kfc.

Delivery was fine but the taste of the food was horrible. I bought £24 worth of chicken and chips and it was like they re fried the chicken and fried the chips in dirty oil, the food had a smell to it nothing like fresh fried chicken, the chicken was dry the chicken wings wasn't hot just dry the chicken legs had more skin the meat. It was terrible! Because my young children were hungry I didn't bother to return it I had to try and give them the best parts and one of my children woke up with an upset stomact this morning I had to keep them off school. This is unacceptable.

This review has been a long time coming. This is without a doubt the best KFC in the country, I travel all over, but this one in my hometown of Nottingham is number 1, always fresh hot food, always quick and friendly service, you guys set the standard, other KFC should follow your example 👌😋

Disgusting customer care service. Had each car waiting nearly 7 to 10 minutes at the driver thru speaker yet there was one vehicle at the collection point at every given time. Never seen such poor practice. The restaurant was virtually empty.

It took a while to be acknowledged for till service when we arrived, but the food arrived very quickly once the order was placed. Portions seem to be getting smaller?. .. but we will definitely visit again.

Awful. Tried to enjoy a family bday treat only to be disturbed by 2 children running around screaming. Parent did nothing. Staff said nothing. Complained to KFC care team who said " thanks for your complaint, please leave a review" well here it's is.

The food was ok and the staff didn't really interact The drink was like water and they told them the post mix was running low and they were hesitant to change the drink. A lot of people and kids just walked in and sat tables didn't order food just messed about it came in for a warm I think. Felt quite unsafe tbh with the about of people just walking in and out.

KFC was quiet when I visited. The staff were helpful and the place was clean. The food was delicious and hot. Close to a bus stop.

Had an Uber delivery today it was at 46° In other words.... inedible.

The place is not too big and generally clean. There is enough parking space.

I ordered from Just Eat. Order wasn't even close to being right, the fries were pathetic, 6 to 8 in a box, cold an inedible, and the chicken was dry but the skin oily. Disgusting. Because they use subcontractors for delivery, they can't replace or correct, just put it in a "replacement" book. The only reason I ordered at all was because I'm sick and can't leave the house. Lovely staff, but not a working brain cell between them.

Just ordered food via uber eats, the food was the worst quality I have ever received! The food was luke warm at best hot wings felt like they have been hanging around for a while, the fries were old and stale and the warmest part of the meal was the gravey. I have already boycotted macdonalds in bulwell for cold food, hope this one won't be my second.....

Chips are over cooked and when you buy meal deal they don't pack everything inside

Ordered kfc threw uber Eats there was a mix up with the delivery , great customer service when I rang up they explained how to sort it and apologised and re sent out my order .

Ordered the veggie burger and chips as a meal..Was informed that didn't include a drink, when it arrived the amount of chips I counted 6.. For over £7 that is not exceptable. When i asked about the chips i got a flippant answer, Will not be returning...

Terrible experience missed 3 items off the order rang to ask them to redeliver missing items jaycee then put the phone down on me so I drove down to the shop to collect the rest of my order which was what they are apparently paying the just eat driver for and when I got there jaycee was happy to comply after obviously giving it bigun on the phone and putting the phone down didn't expect me to pull up at the sho did you ducky

Very disappointed with the ordered placed this evening. I've ordered 2 meals from KFC and a bottle of drink and the drink didn't arrive. The Uber driver said he did not get it from KFC. I've called the staff from KFC Bulwell and said they can't send another driver and I have to go myself to collect it. So unprofessional and disrespectful was this lady on the phone. So I've asked if I will do another order do they have a driver? She said, yes. So I've paid delivery for my order and they can not deliver. Never ever order from KFC Bulwell!!

Improved since three years ago, has had a refit and a change of staff, attitudes and service much improved. Food is still mediocre, but what do you expect. Check your orders though, still forgetting items, that's 1.99 I won't get back and I'm not travelling back down for that, lesson learned, but you ought to be able to trust people.

We always order from this KFC through deliveroo and there was a mix up with the orders. I phoned the store and spoke with Sarah who was lovely and got our order fixed right away. Sarah is a credit to the team and we appreciated the effort she went to to fix everything.

We ordered, my Wife and I, 3 drumsticks, we received 5, 2 wings we received one, 2 breasts we received none and finally we ordered 3 ribs and what did we get, NONE, we wondered why there were hardly any customers there, well now I know why, not just because of the price but the quality which is zero, well there will two less now, never again will we go to any KFC takeaways. P The young lady who served us was very pleasent.

Ordered via just eat. 2 mash, 1 chicken, 2 fries and bottle of coke missing. This has happened a few times from this branch. When you phone them "get a refund from just eat". Why don't you just get the order right KFC, surely its not that difficult. To be fair, the one near gateway Hotel is by far much worse

They don't care what they are serving to cusotmers, run by some less experienced staff who don't give a dime. Ordered Wings drive through and they gave all over cooked dark looking wings , not even using common sense to serve a over cooked product to a customer.

Avoid this shop, they NEVER give cutlery even when you takeout food with a sauce, you never get salt napkins or wipes, even while waiting for my food at the window i woman came back because n cutlery had been given.

I've just had an order delivered through deliveroo. I have never used Delveroo or KFC I certainly won't be using again. Food quality poor, food standards poor couldn't eat the fries has they was a mush on the bottom of the brown delivery bag, pop corn chicken was for my child with autism his popcorn chicken was spilled out on to other food, that's a massive No, No meltdown thanks KFC. So I wasted £20.99 No chicken it was over spiced bone. Sending food out like that to customers is absolutely shocking.

Awful ! Burger tasted of nothing, chicken was tepid it'd obviously been cooked hours before and the coating was soft and bland, tiniest portion of chips Ive ever seen ! The only thing that tasted as it should was the coke but that was flat !

I've always used the drive thru without any issues, until today. I went to order a bucket of wings, which I had ordered before about a week or so prior, and wasn't aware it was a promo and had ended. Because I had only gone with the bucket of wings in mind, and an idea of how much I wanted to spend, I did ask the girl taking my order, twice what else they had and how much. And my "mistake" I asked about the bucket again. At no point was I rude nor did I raise my voice. I was just trying to figure out if I wanted to order something else instead, also I had my children in the car with me so I had to quickly ask if they still wanted something from there. I was literally at the order point for about a minute. This girl started raising her voice while explaining to me what else they had and you could tell she was getting annoyed. Anyway I ended up ordering something and when I went to the collection window, you could see her talking to another member of staff, while rolling her eyes. Now, I'm a grown person and I can tell when someone is being rude. If you are going to be rude to a customer who is genuinely asking something because they need your help then why are you even there?🤨

please do not order from this place, my order was placed after 1:30 hours and when I call to the restaurant to ask for my order, the customer service hung out the phone absolutely rude.

Ordered a Zinger Tower Burger on its own, had to wait 8 minutes for it in the Car Park waiting zone (not a problem). Specifically asked at the Drive Through window to ensure that they put the red Zinger (spicy) Sauce on it (as I have been to other KFC’s who saw fit not to put any on - which defeats the name ‘ZINGER’ in ‘Zinger Burger’. Drove off and got home to find no Zinger Sauce (what a surprise) but instead they had put on ‘Tomato Ketchup’ 🤬🫣 Very Poor, maybe rather than tell me they hadn’t got any Zinger Sauce when I ordered at the window, when I asked them to ensure they put ‘Zinger Sauce’ on, maybe they thought I wouldn’t realise it was Tomato Ketchup…. Unbelievable. Couldn’t give no stars so will reluctantly have to give one star.

Keep ordering meals but don't get the drinks

I am only giving this one star as you are not allowed to give none! Service is disgusting. There is no such thing as fast food here! Drivethrough takes over 40 mins to get through and the food is rubbish! Avoid at all costs!

This Kfc is absolutely rubbish. I ordered a few times from here via deliveroo. Items are always missing. Avoid them!

I will NEVER order from this place again because they use Deliveroo to do the deliveries and I did not receive my £28 order. Not a good service from both parties especially when trying to make contact. You cannot r4ach anyone or no one gets back to you. I would not and will not recommend kfc or that rubbish company deliveroo to anyone I know.

Went yesterday for lunch with my mom and stepdad for a quick meal . Asked for a pot of gravy and the workers chucked it in our bag and it spilt all over the bag causing it to leak and dripping all over the car and clithes. Food was also cold. Always ran out of cookies. Step up your game kfc.

Every single time we order half the order is just missing. Never answers the phone never any help. Do not bother ordering from them.

Extremely slow despite the food being cooked already and maybe 1-2 other customers in. Got an apology for the long wait time but it was simply down to staff casually preparing the food nothing else

Food isnt always fantastic and the customer service often has alot to be desired but there is 1 member of staff that has been there a few times now when we have ordered who has amazing customer service and makes you feel different about the place. When we have seen her Louise is always polite and bubbly, seems very friendly and finishes the conversation with a lovely "have a nice day"

Absolutely awful place. No mayo on the burger and terrible customer service. Forgot half the order eg no chips or wrap. Then there was the tinest portion of chips given.

We called in last night about 8.15 pm placed a order on the self order board, it wasn't busy 1 driver waiting and 1 customer in front of us, I said to my husband I was nipping to the toilet once entering the ladies 1 cubicle door was open well the toilet was disgusting it looked like someone had had chronic diarrhoea went to get some tissue from other cubicle as I felt nauseous but there wasn't any I went out to tell a member of staff to be told they already knew about and she still did nothing about it. To say it has just had a major overall the staff need training on cleanliness ad well as the toilets threr was rubbish all around and tables needed a good wipe down. Not a happy customer.

We went and waited about 20 mins to be served in the drive through and then we ordered crushams and then once we paid it turned out they didn’t have the Oreo one so we ordered two malteser ones instead and then had a Malteser and milky way one and even worse one of the drinks came without a lid on it and when we asked for a lid they said they have ran out so not only did they give us the wrong crusham they also gave us a drink with no lid which made it very hard for us to carry everything without spilling it, won’t be going there again was very bad service

NO STARS WOULD BE GIVEN To who ever it may concern,I am so frustrated with the bulwell shop,not only do you que up for 25 mins to finally get served.but then forget things from the order AS PER USUAL!.so when I drove home 8 mins away to open the bad and my 6 year olds daughters meal ain’t there when she said it’s all in the bag,so I drive back to get the rest and I was greeted by a young girl! Saying I was swearing because I said you forgot my meal etc,and to make it better,she fount it near the window to give me cold! Finally got given my order but with no apologies from anyone including management,not even a ice cream for my daughter as a sorry!!! P.s This isn’t the first time either. My opinion is that all you really care about is the Uber/just eat ordered! Absolutely terrible service! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!

It is a good place and it handy but the problem is that everytime I order from there I've never had my complete order . I have paided for the items but sometimes they miss something but when you order for delivery it's a chance you take .
