Didn’t deliver all of the food. The food that did come was cold. Would not recommend.

Enjoyed our night out here. The high amount of flies did anoy us. Food was good quality and a very good amount. Bit disappointed to see the rather large gratuity put on our bill, I would rather decide what I would like to leave depending on service, etc.

we went as a group of 8 on a bank holiday and they were nice enough to seat us straight away! pornstart martini was really good. i had the chicken tenders (hot) and french toast. the french toast is like brioche burger buns but made into french toast it actually worked really well. the chicken tenders were massive but they were so oily its as if they took them straight out of the fryer and put them on the plate. i had to use napkins to wipe my plate and soak up the grease from the chicken. that being said it was super flavourful and crispy not very spicy though but id definitely recommend

Ordered from this place for the first time via Deliveroo. Was told the order would be ready for pickup at 19:39 so showed up at the restaurant at this time (was not immediately aware that it was located in Red Dog saloon so this could have been clearer). When I arrived I was told the order was not yet ready and I then had to wait 25 mins until it was. When the waitress eventually brought me my order, she asked that I mark it as picked up on the Deliveroo app. As I had never had to do this before when ordering for collection I was unsure how to do it and was trying to figure it out with her when another waitress, who may have been the manager, came over and very rudely told me to hurry up as the restaurant was busy. I was shocked by this and told her I had been waiting here for 25 minutes and she said she didn't care. She then ushered the other waitress away without even a hint of an apology either for making me wait for so long or for speaking to me in that fashion. While the food itself was actually pretty good (once I eventually got it) the absolutely appealing service provided on this occasion has put me off from ordering from here in future. I unfortunately did not get the name of the second waitress but she should be sacked for speaking to a customer like this. In summary, don't order from here. No takeaway is worth getting shouted at by a stranger for.

Great places for food and nices relaxed atmosphere. Whent on a Sunday afternoon, family's were present and good friendly service's. Food was great value and tasty. Will defo go again on Chicken wings wendsday.

The chicken wings are fantastic and well seasoned! But on the other hand the strips where not great I think they should have been seasoned to also they was dripping in oil and the fries where cold.

Well we ordered from deliveroo and ordered a decent order at what I consider high price, after 1 hr of waiting the order it came wrong and the main part of our order wasn’t there(we order the main chicken pieces called the whole coop, and loaded fries), the driver explained he even argued with the staff at louies chicken that wasn’t the whole order and they said it was, so when we also rang up to explain we paid for a whole lot more then what was sent the member of staff on the phone said that they had realised they hadn’t sent the rest of the food and would immediately send it on another driver,(either they hand even cooked this food or now it had gone cold) after 1 more hour we received the rest of our order which wasn’t hot or crispy chicken but soggy chicken and it did not taste of anything but plain. Overall we couldn’t enjoy the food and we won’t be ordering again .

12 chicken tenders used to be about £17, but now the option to order 12 tenders are no longer available and if I were to order 4 tenders x 3, it would cost a whopping £24, which is a £7 increase! That is very unreasonable. I hope the management will look into this and adjust the price.

Had this place quite a few times but tonight food was disgusting. 1. Much smaller portions than our last order within the last 30 days. 2. Burger literally dripping in red liquid which looks like food dye, disgusting. 3. Burger seems undercooked 4. bacon on the burger floppy and like cheap plastic. 5. Phone number doesn't even work to contact them.

The food was incredible especially the Louisiana chicken and the brisket sandwich. The service was also excellent very friendly staff

Really salty, burned on the sides of the KC burger, not the best buns, the chicken itself was not meaty just a thin sheet and I didn’t get the strawberry milkshake, and both ubereat and the restaurant was just pointing fingers at one another not taking up the responsibility. Not worth it. Looks can be deceiving.

Normally fine and the food is pretty great but today they've sent me the wrong order through deliveroo and then after reordering it took over 3 hours and I had to cancel. Poor service on this occasion.

Bit disappointed. Given the reviews thought the food was well seasoned. 🙄 Not every one is accustomed to seasoning. The burger was very mushy. I couldn't finish it and chucked it. Ate the inside of the chicken but left the outside. Hadn't been fried long enough. Well, I tried it. Next!

Disgusting. Just ordered via uber eats. Everything was a big soggy mess. Ordered the LTB burger. The chicken tenders were extremely soggy. All the batter was mushy and had to be discarded. The cob was extremely soggy. Not sure if it was an off day, but this was awful. Won't order again or recommend.

Louie's has quickly become a personal lockdown favourite of mine, they regularly advertise beautiful food over their social media platforms and when their food gets to your door, trust me when I say it doesn't disappoint! I took a punt in ordering from Louie's a few months back having gotten a little tired of ordering from the usual fried chicken spots and haven't regretted it after the 155712th order since. I usually go for the "hot" chicken sando (which contains a chicken thigh the size of your head) and three wings. Both of these served in a beautifully crispy batter, seasoned generously with dry louisiana spices a top of thick sliced bread and pickles (Brownie points). In summary, if you're looking for something comforting yet a little different to what you get at most fried chicken establishments... Pick Louie's over the Colonel!

Amazing chicken we ordered the whole coup the wings and the tenders especially were out of this world,super tasty, really recommend it.

Oh Good God, this is the best fried Chicken in town .. Ordered by the phone, chicken and pancakes for my girlfriend and the cesanity chicken burger both mild hot level. (Very good value for money) their portions are HUUUGE and really tasty food! What is Nandos when you have this? IT IS TO DIE FOR ! Definitely will be back for more 🙌🏻

Tasty chicken. The server was very accommodating that I was in a rush. The prices are quite high though.

Amazing flavour, ordered extra hot and was that hot! Will order it again, recomend tenders dipped in buffalo sauce.

Ordered for collection. Xtra hot coup definately worth the money so much to set my eyes on. Definately juicy and filling.

Got some tenders and a ‘boozy’ shake via deliveroo. Tenders had good crunch and the batter good flavour but very very salty and I ordered them hot but I’ve have had hotter hot wings from KFC. The meat itself was also very bland. Probably a stranger to marinating. The ‘boozy’ shake didn’t taste of any booze but then again one shot of liquor in a whole shake may not be apparent. Wouldn’t try again.

Ordered a take away, wasn't sure what a potato roll was, but went with it as filling sounded delicious. It turns out a potato roll is a brioche bun, a little misleading, just state its a brioche and not something fancier. That said the chicken was scrumptious, crispy and seasoned really well. Fried gherkins were delicious too and so moreish. The only disappointment was the portion size of chips for the price, it was very poor and not worth £3.50. If the description of the food had been better, we would have ordered differently.
