when I received my order it was cold and king prawn dish didn't taste good but rest cold we had to warm it up soon as it delivered am sorry

I haven’t ordered for a while due to the quality of the food but my kids wanted Chinese as china garden as shut. Again the food was poor quality as it was not fresh. The rice was mushy the prawn black bean sauce was runny and prawns were bland. The prawn crackers were all crushed.The chips were old too Just absolutely poor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ORDER FROM CHINA GARDEN BELLS LANE INSTEAD AS RESTAURANT QUALITY !!!

Absolutely Awful..Pancake rolls under cooked, salt and pepper chicken wings had half inch of raw batter around them, took this Awful food back to lucky star and I felt embarrassed, didn't apologise so defensive, gave me half of my money back for the pancake rolls and half back for the wings, so after spending £17.20 on rotten uncooked food I got £5.20 back...what a joke..never will I eat there..STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..😱😱😱

Food wasn’t great. Fried rice was stodgy, chow mein was very greasy and the prawn crackers didn’t tastes as they should.

Driver arrived. I opened the door and he was stood there with. Cigarette hanging out his mouth holding my food. He then exhaled the smoke through my door! f f s ! If this happens again I will refuse the food and any payment. Where are The Food Hygiene standards? And just as importantly what sort of image does this give to the customer and how much they are valued? I now have to deal with the smell of cigarette smoke in my hall. I am not impressed 😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered - the Fried Chicken with Cashew Nuts in Yellow Bean Sauce. Unfortunately it didn't have any Bamboo shoots nor Water chestnuts - as listed on the menu and the bean sauce was brown and a bit too sweet. The other items were okay.

Ordered because our usual was shut. Food was lovely and really good portion sizes however experience slightly tainted by our food being late. Was told it would be there 35-50 mins for delivery and was well over an hour and half by the time it arrived. Good snap but would make sure you leave it in plenty of time to arrive!
