Queued 25 minutes, expensive, dogs on sofas, dirty tables everywhere, understaffed, overcrowded. Been here before many times, this is the worst it's been. Just not very impressive for the price, location, setting etc. Either be premium, or mediocre, but don't try both please. Kids said it wasn't better than Gregg's, but it was cold and double the price.

Very busy in the main cafe where you can sit inside but we queued .male was serving at till 3 girls making drinks but more chatter than concentration. Got our order wrong....understand its busy and mistakes can happen but we ordered two hot chocolates and got two coffees when we took them back to replace it was the staff's attitude and how they begrudgingly changed the drinks like it was our fault. Think in the future we will use smaller places or elsewhere for our hot drinks as this experience put us off

Set in the old police horse stables. Now a very pleasant cafe where we all meet up on a Thursday. Dungeon Club reunion group 1960's

Used to love coming here. I would often drop in for a coffee after work until Nottingham City Council got incredibly greedy and stopping the incremental parking charges and replacing it with either a whole day or nothing. Absolutely ridiculous idea. I will not be going back to Wollaton until they reverse this nonsense.

Despite asking numerous times, on several occasions, our coffee cups have only been half full. This has happened again today even after asking for full cups. I'm sorry to sound petty but for £3.50 a cup we're literally getting half the amount we should be getting...adds up over a day!

Come every Sunday and have hot drinks... never ever do you get a full cup . You ask to fill it up . And it's like you have committed a crime .3.50 per cup .

We visited the cafe on 14/10/2023. The white young staff was very rude and racist. I hope the management of the Park/Cafe can review the CCTV and investigate the incident. It’s a shame that there is an employee like this working in such a beautiful park.

Relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff and nice cakes. Average coffee. Unfortunately not sustainable, still using single usage plastic lids, and no facilities to recycle paper packaging 😢

There is good coffee and biscuits there but everything is overpriced. The staff there is far from being polite. They serve hot drinks in paper mugs which is not only crude but also is a threat to the environment. Who with the right mind could have invented this? Over 20 million trees are cut down each year to produce single-use paper cups. The loss of millions of trees means less carbon dioxide is absorbed from our atmosphere and as a result, our environment becomes more polluted and our ecosystem is irreparably damaged.

Sit outside in courtyard in the hundreds of years old stables block of Wollaton Hall - out of wind but mostly shaded. Handy for toilets, museum, gift shops and the knick-knack charity shop

The cafe has never been cheap but £3 for a paper cup of tea is a total rip off! I'll be bringing my own food and drink next time.

Visited the park with some adult special needs learners. I purchased my food and paid £15 by card. A few seconds later I was shouted back by the woman and informed she had not charged me enough and I now had to pay an extra 50p, this was in front if a queue of people waiting. I was totally embarrassed. Then a learner who was trying to pay, with cash, for his goods, but was informed she had very little money in the till. I asked how he was supposed to pay, to which she shrugged and said with a card. I explained that he only had cash and she did absolutely nothing to help, so I paid using my card, making sure I was being correctly charged this time. Very expensive and very poor service, will not be back.

Beautiful peaceful little corner of the world and despite the unforecast rain,it is a pleasant experience, UNTIL that is, that we were charged for cream and a shot that wasn't served with the coffee! At 50p per cream and £1per shot that's not to be sniffed at in the current climate!!!!! The queue was 45 minutes long and seemed to be just 2 staff, so no complaints were made.

Been a few times and enjoyed cakes and tea, hot chocolate and coffee. Compared to other outlets it is reasonably priced for the location and easy of getting something to eat and drink. Quality seems to vary depending on days and times we have visited and can be a long wait at weekends. Overall it is a nice place to get something whilst enjoying walk and has public toilets.

They are handling social distancing well. Currently operating as take away only but there are an appropriate number of tables in the courtyard to keep groups separate. There are plenty of other places to sit throughout the grounds should all the tables be taken. We went on a busy day and didn't struggle at all. They have a one way system in place inside throughout the stables and a good queuing layout separate from those on the way to the toilets (only one member of our group went in to order so I can't comment fully on that bit). Similarly the toilets have clear markings for where to queue. All the coffees and cakes were good. They had Crimbles macaroons for the coeliac who hadn't expected to be able to have a gluten free treat.

Nice little cafe but really only saw a small bit of it due to this pandemic. Nice cake though and a decent cup of tea. Could do with some more outside seats though.

Extremely unprofessional. Walked in at 15:45 and asked for a chocolate milkshake and a slice of chocolate cake. I was given cake thrown in a little box and chocolate milkshake (which I’m not sure even was milkshake) in a coffee cup. Everything was being packed away. It clearly does not close at 17:00 as stated on the opening hours (have submitted an edit to these). Was not worth the £11
