Have to wait for too long for the food. I’m furious.

Dirty saucers, had to get my own drinks as they was just left on side waiting whilst staff just slowly walked around, staff touching food with there hands on your plate at table as food nearly fell off plate.... not very hygienic...vanilla milkshake..just milk, for the price would not recommend or be back.

En primer lugar, quiero decir que la comida aquí fue increíble. Todo lo que vino a nuestra mesa fue disfrutado. Los rollitos de koti son deliciosos y le dan un toque agradable a la cocina india habitual. El plato de muslos de pollo a la parrilla todavía estaba húmedo y bien sazonado. Así que vale la pena visitar la comida, sin embargo, el servicio es más que lento. Esperamos 25 minutos para recibir nuestro pedido. Pasaron otros 20 minutos antes de que recibiéramos nuestro pedido de bebidas y la comida llegó 15 minutos después de esto, por lo que es una hora antes de que comiéramos. Personalmente, creo que el problema fue la falta de personal de camareros, ya que parecía que solo un camarero estaba tomando pedidos. Creo que el camarero hizo todo lo posible para un ajetreado servicio de sábado por la noche, pero puso una decepción en la experiencia para nosotros. Espero que los camareros reciban apoyo adicional / miembros del equipo avanzando porque parece que el lugar tiene mucho potencial.

We've been regularly ordering from the Athenian for the past few years and boy did this place get trash fast! Via Deliveroo tonight they took nearly 2 hours before ringing us to tell us a driver who was meant to collect our order had done so but not signed off on it, then told us we needed to cancel the order even though this is something they need to do on their end. Deliveroo's crappy customer service aside it was finally cancelled and we were told this was done and the restaurant "couldn't make us another order" which actually reveals they didn't have the stuff to make the order to begin with. Guy on the phone was pretty disinterested and tbh I'm so disgusted we won't be ordering from them again.

Just sat down to eat my fish and chips! The fish is RAW! Uncooked And Cold! The chips was like cardboard, the mushy pea was like water and that’s the same for the curry sauce, Please do not order from this place! I’ve tired to ring them and tell them and no one is answering! I tried to contact them over 16 times, they need reporting to trading standards! They need closing down! We could have got seriously ill if we ate that! especially my children!!! Absolutely disgusting service! I’ve sent just eat more pictures of the fish and other items.. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE
