The best restaurants in East Hunsbury Northampton East Midlands

The service was awesome, the food was delicious, the staff were amazing and the place was clean, atmospheric and had nice decor. We had the burger and the lamb shank and they were absolutely delicious! 😋 The owner of the bar was very attentive and friendly and we really appreciated chatting with him. Really nicely decorated, just like a traditional sports bar in the US 🇺🇸 Highly recommend a visit if only for the food! 😊

En primer lugar, el nuevo salón de comidas. Por favor, por favor, ¿quién soñó que necesita un dulce olor a chocolate impregnando todo el salón de comidas y más allá en la tienda principal? También sienta pena por el pobre personal que tiene que soportar todo su turno en la caja. No puedo ver ninguna razón para esto. Ciertamente no es para mi beneficio, preferiría que estuvieran sentados. Prefiero tomar un café en la cafetería de abajo. Todo el personal es amable y trabaja duro.

I have been going to this chip shop for many years and always find the food good quality, friendly staff, service times can vary depending on time of day / year you go in. I would always recommend our local chippy and East Hunsbury wouldn’t be the same with it in our community.

Only ordered 2 sandwiches but weren't served for 50 mins. Once highlighted the food arrived quite quickly and a round of drinks given in compensation. Would return as the food was amazing.

Get rid of the screens. Stupid gimmick that makes waiting times x20 longer, and you can no longer customise your sandwich - the screens are blocking the counter so you can’t even see/talk to the employees making your sandwich. Utter woke nonsense. All of the people in the photo are waiting for their sandwich for 30+ mins.

The worst customer experience ever. Had pizza delivered which was burnt, called the store straight away to complain. Had to bin it, was offered a free pizza the next time we fancied one and now got told there is nothing on their system! Even offered to prove I had one with a screenshot of the receipt and confirmation email. Lewis is the store manager who was as useful as a chocolate teapot. He couldn’t answer one question and even when I asked him who I could escalate this too he wouldn’t give me the area managers name.
