My sister order a 3 footlong meals one for me, her and my gf. We got the meals but we only got footlongs. We tried calling the shop not a answer and the food wasnt even done probably looks like its been tucked around. Outstanding shocking its still running.

Absolutely shocking! Ordered a delivery, took over an hour to get here. When we received our order not only was all the food cold but we were missing an item, a whole entire foot long sub. Rang the shop multiple times, no answer! Contacted Deliveroo, couldn’t offer me a refund and refused to send out the missing item. Disgusting!

The new menu is so much easier to navigate

Don't think the service could have been any slower if they tired and the to top it off when I get to the front of the que they put an order infront of me. Like this Every time I go in.

Really bad business practices, didn't pay or call my 17 year old nephew after a 4 hour trial shift. Franchise owner and manager are disgusting should be ashamed of themselves. They also don't train new staff properly who knows what they do behind the scenes. Soggy sandwiches aswell. Would not recommend

Never order from this place off of Uber eats as they’re a joke! Ordered 1 footlong meal a six inch meal and some sides the six inch was the only thing to turn up with 1 side they put what I ordered in the footlong into the 6 inch and the footlong never turned up the whole place is a scam

Most painful experience ever. I don’t think they could have been any slower if they tried! Took 30 mins to be served and there were only 3 people ahead of us in the queue then I had to repeat myself 50 times as they couldn’t seem to understand what I wanted. I swear the guy doing the salad put the olive in one ant a time! I wanted to scream it was so frustrating! I think I could have baked the bread myself in the time it took. Also when did the menu change?! It’s rubbish now.

Ordered a few times before on deliveroo and have had problems with not receiving the drinks I ordered and crisps , yet again I received the wrong drink and no cheese in my sandwich but they managed to remember to toast it when the whole point of toasting the sandwich is to melt the cheese, I’m not sure why it’s so hard to make a basic sandwich but obviously for this subway it is, will not be ordering again

Terrible service this lunchtime!!! The staff were arguing between themselves, fed up waiting, management didn’t care. I was fed up waiting Omer 10 minutes. Left them all to it

Soooooo slow! Long queue, no sense of urgency, two servers no one could understand…added to the frustration! Nearly gave up!

Bought cheese salad 6 inch sub which was tasty, the italian herb and cheese sub is really nice. Bought a foot long ham and cheese for my son. Popular place, long queue.

It's your run of the mill Subway. Just what you expect. Nothing bad here, it's a decent branch. I think I prefer a subway to McDonald's these days.

My opinion I think this is over price for what you get. I pay £8 for a foot long with packet of crisps and a fizzy pop. I think that a bit expensive for lunch for a sandwich & packet & fizzy pop. There was nothing special about it. I felt ripped off. It first time in long time I be to a subway. Also member of staff doesn’t change the gloves when serving different customers and there keep the gloves when touch the equipment which is not safe. Also didn’t ask me if had any food allergies.

Sadly, Subway is not what it used to be. Disappointed with the sub and I felt poorly a few hours after eating. Staff are miserable like they don't want to work there. A smile goes a long way! Won't be going back!

We visit Subway often! The staff in this branch are really friendly, I would recommend it to anyone.

Horrible service on till, left waiting for 5 minutes with food ready to pay, as the girl was need chatting with colleague about lunch. Then I ask to pay separate for meals I order, to be ask rudely what I want, was need to repeat few times. Then when I was going to sat down she was shouting loudly that I need to do track and trace. Well if she would pay attention to the job she would knew that I all ready done it. Been regular customer never had problems like this don't be back here soon

Visited today. Three members of staff, no hello, smiles nothing, rude and subdued. Customers should feel welcome, this was far from it. Bought five subways for family, three went in the bin, the bread was stale and inedible. Disgusting. Will not use again

Just as fast food should be, very clean shop, quick service and the usual subway quality sandwich. As a bonus they do gluten free bread now, which isn't falling apart like a lot of GF bread.

Lovely subway, enjoyed it as always, nice staff, maintaining safety, only 6 people allowed at once, options of making own subway, love hash brownies option, healthier options as salads, vegetarian. We do love coming here for quick subway, never disappointed, very nice oreo muffins

The subway was good but it was very cold in there

Asked for basil on my sub but was told it was actually spinach. Okay, no big deal the leaves look the same. Then the staff member continued to mock me, laugh and ask in what language it was called basil. It was actually quite humiliating for someone with anxiety issues.

Always reliable for a quality sub and service, the trainee did an amazing job and nothing was done wrong. Only thing is the seats are a little uncomfortable but apart from that it's a great Subway

Youth club with more food on the floor than in the sandwiches Groups of teenagers eating their own food and drinking their own drinks while staff with poor English scowl at customers for needing to repeat themselves to make themselves understood. The food was OK but the surroundings are hazardous.

Toilets are filthy, The service is slow and the last time I went the salad looked like it had seen better days. Don't think they rotate the stock properly. I have given up with subway you just don't get a very good service in them anymore.

Worst I've ever been to, dirty and impolite staff.

Only problem is this a franchise one so if your child wants the kids box but one of the other bread other than plain white or plain brown. You have to pay for an adults.

Not unlike any other branch of subway, but unusual by the surprisingly large quantity of indoor seating. Could have used a push round with a broom and then a mop over when we visited last but there seemed to be only one girl working and it was all she could do to keep up with the orders. Will go again I'm sure.

I've always loved subway but this is the 3rd time it's happened, I always show my sub card they scan the code they say it's fine and the card has gone through but I get no points.

Can't really fault it. Make your own sandwich for a reasonable price. Would have been 5* but lady on the till tried to charge me the the next persons sandwich aswell as my own.

Decent size venue, good amount of seating. For the amount of people queueing, I felt the staff were not very attentive and were slow to react and prepare food. Overall good though.
