Fantastic service and great food. Last night, the 6th of September we visited this McDonalds for a meal, and the experience has been extraordinary. The food we received was of the highest standards, i might say that was the best burger and fries i’ve eaten in a McDonalds in the past 10 years. Had some issues with using the app which got sorted straight away, and the staff was focused on trying to help. I am aware that there is a bit of waiting time in getting the order, which is totally understandable. Thank you, and keep up delivering the same great service guys, we appreciate it 😁. I’d give 6 stars if possible.

Had the breakfast saver meal, mcmuffin and coffee for £1.99. Everywhere was clean, staff were nice and helpful.

Food cold, food looked like it was thrown together

1 star is all you deserve!!! After 30 minutes of waiting had to ask for refund because we had enough. Then another 5 minutes took to shift manager to process the refund! He didn't even asked why we wanted money back. I quess he doesn't give a s..... Well done McDonald!!!

Food and drink smelt and tasted like chemicals it tasted horrible evry thing was way to over cooked

Nothing special, but convenient as you'd expect. As always the staff are working so hard but the food remains quite average, and as always the milkshakes aren't available or are half frozen.

Good quality well cooked food. Clean and tidy a Nd friendly restaurant. Only poor point was that many of the children's tablets were not working or stuck at funny angles so couldnt be played with.

Im sorry who ever made my burger today needs a pay rise, 11.30am 22/7 it was 10/10 perfection this is by far the best mcdonalds I have ever been to in my 22 long years of life. This burger unlocked a level of satisfaction i didnt know was possible, my eyes have been opened to the true master class of a burger.

Lazy stuff took them more than 15 minutes to prepare order just fries and chicken mayo burger, restaurant was almost empty only one more customer but instead of working they preferred dancing on back plus they load fries with bare hands no hygiene

Unfortunately we were scammed during a large order. 4 cheeseburgers were missing. No one checked the bags, and at home it turned out that they were missing🤷

Ordered over the app. Somehow lost our order, which is fine. Accidents happen. However, when served by Malachi rolled his eyes at us constantly, handed wrong order multiple times. Rolled his eyes at us and got arsey when handed it back kindly suggesting it is wrong. Told him 5 times our order and still gave us the wrong drink in the end. Wrong order being three items: two drinks and a burger (nothing special). How Malachi dealt with that situation was terrible, and his customer service was extremely awful. Acted like I was the problem, considering you lost the order? Kindly suggest, malachi re-trains on how to deal with members of the public.

Oh dear!! When your one job is to put a burger patty in a bun and they can't get that right. I had to check I'd ordered some sort of veggie burger. Nope. Just missing ingredients. Staff didn't care and management were even less bothered. Word of warning. Check everything if going through the drive through. 1 hour wasted returning for my correct order without as much as an apology.

Star rating is for fast food restaurant. We didn't eat here, just popped in for a coffee. I was amazed. Lovely coffee. Great service. Clean tables and seating - and floor! Clean, well stocked toilets.

Food was actually hot. My children enjoyed playing on the kids tablets at the table and the slide area outside was actually open, unlike alot of other mcds restaurants.

Sat in drive through after ordering our meals for 25 mins to be told the till they take money on was down ! So we ha to leave with no food. Upset our children

Second time I’ve visited this McDonald’s and both times have been a disgrace the service is diabolical I waited 15 mins in the drive thru for my food!

Foods always looks rough as well as the staff. Never very helpful with dips. All in all just the typical low standard for mcdonalds.

Don't think the kids that work at McDonald's have ever learned to count as high as 20 😡never got the full 20 nuggets that I pay for. Place gets worse , today once again less nuggets than I paid for and a lovely long hair in my granddaughter's quarter pounder . Won't be coming here again 🤬🤬

I've been here a few times now to use the drive through at various times (morning, lunch, evening & late), every time has been very slow serving, considering they are 'fast food' it's not fast at all - a few times I've placed an order and have waited in the queue for a good 10-15 minutes with no movement whatsoever, by the time I've actually got to the window it has been a good 15-20 minutes after placing the order.. i'd understand if it's in peak time of the day but I went the other day at around 9pm and still extremely slow!

Don’t bother! Waited 10 mins in the drive thru on a Sunday afternoon, no movement. Reversed back, parked up & went inside to find 20 odd people waiting to collect food & all the screens full. The slowness is not acceptable for a “Fast Food” restaurant. Sort it out!!

normal mcdonalds but just wanted to come complain about the server running from me after handing my food but all i wanted was to ask for a napkin - you know who you are. edit: she's found my details and threatened to hurt me

Very rude service from the staff. Thrown our food down on counter no good customer service what's so ever.

VERY busy (Bank Holiday). Some people's orders were wrong and there was a huge queue waiting to pick up.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in Northampton! There is no urgency from staff in getting orders out quick. Everyone looks half asleep! The Drive-Thru is more like a Drive-In Cinema because I sat there for 10 minutes enjoying the scenery as nothing was happening at the ordering station or at the windows where you collect food!? This is not fast food! McDonald's WAS a fast food restaurant chain many many years ago! Not anymore!

The service is quite slow in the evening. Sometimes, it is closed, and it is not updated on McDonald's app.

Absolutely disgraceful. Waited half an hour through drive through whilst staff in the restaurant hardly done anything, just to receive all my food in the bag in a big mess. Burger isn’t wrapped or in a box properly. My fries were thrown into the bag with no care. Nobody in there seems to know what they are doing and seem to prefer twiddling their thumbs and not caring an ounce about customer service instead of doing their job. Whole place needs fixing and an area manager needs to also be doing their job !

Good old maccies ennit. Some areas are off limits and cordoned off currently dunno why.

So, no number or receipt provided for the order..fine. ordered a chocolate milkshake which I thought would be CHOCOLATE not flavoured ..I mean, what happened to it? It used to be chocolaty not this..white stuff. That's not..no!!!

Worst customer service I have ever received from a McDonalds. Went to the drive through. Didn’t receive any sauce. Asked for some and was told I couldn’t pay on my card and would need to go to the back of a long queue to order a sachet by which time my food would have been cold and I would have added an extra 20 minutes to my day. Ended up having to go into the restaurant and by time I got back to the car and my food, the food was cold and McFlurry had melted. Incredibly rude staff. Deeply disappointed.

This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been too. And it never get better, I was left for over 5mins just waiting to order at the drive through. Disappointing, I travel a few extra miles to go to the only in sixfields.

i ordered a galaxy hot chocolate and i received a watered down average hot chocolate. then i went and told the worker i received the wrong order and she brought me back the same cup with some whipped cream and sprinkles and said heres your galaxy hot chocolate. she lied to my face and i am outraged. i noticed the whole time i was here people going up to the counter and complaining about their wrong orders.

Nobody at the window to take payment. Had to drive around again and allow other people to get served before me when I had already ordered. Not good when I'm trying to get to work on time. Also...You are charging money for ketchup? What is going on? I am from Wembley and there is no charge for ketchup! Ridiculous! I will stick to Burger King or another breakfast restaurant.

Food was freshly prepared and hot when received at the establishment- Northampton ( st James retail park). Had a bit of a wait as was very busy at the time in the evening. Tasty good nevertheless _kg1production.

Drive thru. Very busy waiting in drive thru and traffic is busy . So annoying when you order your food drive home and they give you wrong burger in a wrong box. Too tired to drive all the way back. Frustrating 😒

Asked for sources and they wanted to charge me and I just spent £19.25 the first time I’ve ever be ask pay for sauce at the Big Mac was not mc Donald’s in the uk not any more

Was alright, sure the breakfast muffins are getting smaller, and I had a cheesy bacon 🥓 flarbread, which once opened noticed how much bacon had bin put in could have got away with it being a vegetarian flatbread

Exactly the same as before Same favourite Chicken burger....! Chicken Meal! Fries was cold so I asked them to replace it and they did.

Annoying winding route into the place, then they cordoned off most of it inside forcing me to sit at a dirty table, and as I left noticed they'd opened all the other areas. The bin was overflowing and the smell sure helped me enjoy the food.

It's mcdonalds- always good.... except 9 times out of 10 when I ask for no cheese or other stuff on burgers they will still put it on. Had to start checking et the counter because I would get home to realise I wasted money and nothing to eat either

Ordered wrong breakfast roll by mistake was changed quickly and without any extra charge. Staff were friendly and efficient.

This place is much like the staff.. scruffy and lacks anything to desire. Avoid this place and go somewhere slightly more up market, like a homeless soup kitchen would be a decent upgrade.

Whenever I go here it's normally due to a very long day at work and needing something quick. The drive thru always takes longer than normal and the food here never seems to be fresh and the food just is never right or you get the wrong order.

Not for the first time at this place. Order 5 chicken selects going through the drive thru. As mistakes have been made in the past checked my order whilst at the window all appeared correct including a box that has 5 chicken selects written on it. Get home to find that that said box contained 20 cheesy garlic bites. If it contained nuggets would have accepted this a replacement. Drive thru service is very poor will jit be using this branch any more.

That was a good meal staff just forgot about to give us cutlery. It's not difficult to eat salad by the hands but you know for have best experience It's better to have fork. I'm just joking like me all the time. Thank you, guys, for everything. Hopefully, I'll see you soon

As expected, quick easy lunch on the go. Clean, pleasant environment.

What could possibly go wrong when making a McDonalds breakfast? Well, the Hash Browns were soft and greasy, the flatbread had been overcooked on one side and maybe not at all on the other. All three of the muffins/roll looked as though they had been thrown into their wrappers

Not the largest of restaurants but was clean all around. Service was very quick for a lunch time too!

The service is well organized, the service is very nice, and the location is in a good location. The facility inside (and bathrooms clean) and the outside is clean.
