Great food, excellent value, friendly and helpful owner and staff. Best little cafe in Lincoln. Hidden Gem. Quality of ingredients superb and far better than you’d get for a much higher price elsewhere

We have been meaning to try Bab to go for ages & finally got around to it tonight. We got a bowl each & dumplings to take away, & some Kimchi to try to. It was so beautiful - I cannot decide what my favourite part of the dish was! The lady who served us was so friendly, knowledgeable & passionate about the food. We cannot wait to become regulars!

I booked afternoon tea to celebrate our wedding anniversary. What a thoroughly lovely experience. It was already set up for our arrival and looked absolutely amazing. Everything was freshly made and tasted utterly delicious. There was so much, we had to bring some home. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this little gem of a cafe. It feels so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

Fantástico chippy, chicos geniales... sensibles a las necesidades del cliente. Tengo alergias al trigo. Cocinaron mi pescado cubierto de harina de maíz a petición mía. Todo se fríe por separado, preguntamos. Buenas porciones, la comida sabía fresca y no era demasiado grasosa como muchas tiendas de patatas fritas. Excelente lugar, y recomendaría a cualquiera. ¡Recibieron una calificación de higiene de 5 estrellas hoy!

Amazing place! The owners are super friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. I had potato pancakes, crispy and fluffy inside with a well seasoned hungarian sauce. Pork chops and liver dishes also were very highly praised by my group. Great prices and a cozy place. I would 100% recommend!

Después de 2 horas de espera, 4 llamadas al negocio y 2 correos electrónicos, hemos perdido la esperanza de recibir nuestra entrega. Se llevaron el dinero. Y solo estamos en Allenby cerca, justo en el camino tan poca excusa para la entrega

We enjoyed another three course lunch at Sessions. We began with a cocktail each, a Negroni and a Espresso Martini, both of which we excellent. The starter we chose, a mousse from Lincolnshire blue cheese was the dish of the day for me. The sharpness of the blue was at exactly the right level. My wife chose the Masala mackerel for mains while I opted for the boeuf bourguignon. The dish was rich, with succulent pieces of beef and a delicious red wine sauce. We both had apple and blackcurrant crumble for dessert. Portion sizes were perfect and the students worked hard at getting their heads around everything. Well done to Josh for great service to us. Two 3 course meals and two cocktails, £35.

Hoy fuimos al Lincoln City FC siguiendo a Charlton. Yo y el niño tuvimos el sabroso pollo tika masala y experimentamos comida genuinamente buena de gente genuinamente buena. Recomendaría totalmente a todos los fanáticos del fútbol a visitar👍

A small bite for lunch, really nice staff, quick service & good food & drink!

I ordered food for my birthday and they came through so wonderfully! The food was great and my guests were very happy with it. I would 100% order from them again. Thank you Magy.c!

The most stunning freshly made cannoli I’ve ever eaten! Service was absolutely impeccable. I popped in after seeing cannoli mentioned in the window, there weren’t any in the display case so I was about to leave disappointed when the server asked what I would like, I said cannoli but there weren’t any, to be told how many would I like? They make them fresh throughout the day and we’re making another batch right then and could make some exactly how I’d like them! I ordered two and while k waited the gentleman gave me a little bit of another dessert they had which was divine (yes I did take some home). I had just eaten lunch so I was kicking myself as they had an amazing array of arancini, pizza slabs and cured meats available for savoury tastes. They even had a vegan arancini which I was very impressed by! While I was there several Italian construction workers visited for their takeaway lunch, so it is obviously popular with the local community and I can see why. I can’t wait to go back and have a proper lunch there!

I have not been yet 🫣 BUT, I spoke to a member of staff , ref a band that are going to be at their place soon , and the member of staff that took the call just could not have been any more helpful, she took her time with me and was so cheerful 😀

Amazing fish and chips shop ..food so delicious ,big portion ,fish out of plate how big was.. staff amazing, feels welcome.. definetely will be back ..thank you very much ♥️
