Ordered delivery through Deliveroo and it was absimal. It took over 3 hours to be delivered, but we waited after reading sparkling reviews. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and can’t believe for the amount paid that they had the audacity to send such a small portion with about 3 small strands of shredded chicken in it. Absolutely crazy, it’s a bloody salad, why would you skimp on the ingredients that are so cheap to begin with?! We also ordered the bruschetta, for one the bread was completely wrong, served on FRENCH baguette, and the topping? Mainly tomato with one small piece of red onion that was so outweighed by the tomatoe you couldn’t even tell it was in there. The pizza was soggy when it got here, we ended up just as hungry as before we started. AVOID!

Went in to order. Don't accept card. Tried to order online to collect and the prices are more expensive than advertised in store. Didn't order and left

Food was okay shame because we’ve eaten from here before and returned as it was so nice, so hopefully was just a one off, however your delivery driver had no change and walked off without handing my daughter any change granted it was about 20 something pence but it’s not the point they shouldn’t just assume it’s theirs to keep 🥰

This place has a lively atmosphere and the staff are friendly, my second visit and both times had to wait a long time for service, drinks and food, which took the shine off the evening. Waited 20 mins for some water, was given a bottle and no glasses. Had to catch a waiter to order drinks and food. Drinks took 30 mins and food over an hour and when it came out they’d missed a main dish so I ended up just eating some salad and rice. They were apologetic then asked for our table because we had run over the time but it was their fault. They’re nice people but I think it’s overrated.

Lovely friendly staff 1st visit yesterday lunchtime had a cooked breakfast staff cheery and friendly and cater for likes/dislikes they swapped some menu items such as beans and tomato for extra toast was no trouble for them I will return they have large varied menu for all tastes

Good atmosphere, but that's it really about the positivity. The Cranberry juice made of some kind of dirt cheap squash, which was the first warning sign and massive disappointment. The steak was overcooked and cold with plenty of hard and chewy bits in it and the overpowering chargrilled flavour made it such an awful experience. The chips are dead and oily, no crispiness, or crunchiness, whatsoever. The whole place is overrated and overpriced with no reason. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, even some local pubs are delivering much better flavours and quality than this place!

I would personally say that this chip shop is possibly the best in england with professional chefs, great service (quick and simple) and it is overall amazing. Another thing that i would like to mention is how beautiful the pizza is.I would certainly recommend it. Overall, this is a great restaurant based in Leicester, Branstone.

Tried this place for the 1st time... but we only stayed for 10 minutes and then had to leave after my partner found 3 hairs on his plate! It was disgusting and completely put us off. They can’t even get drinks out to you on time which is just lame, the food arrived faster then the drinks!!!! The prawns I ordered smelled horrific and pretty obvious they weren’t fresh! We left instantly, didn’t pay a penny for anything because we hadn’t even touched the food. Now I know why this place isn’t busy!!!

Orders no tomatoes because of allergy and my burger came with tomatoes, had to throw it away as I carnt eat tomatoes.
