Lezzet mezze mangal in Leicester

Tried this place for the 1st time... but we only stayed for 10 minutes and then had to leave after my partner found 3 hairs on his plate! It was disgusting and completely put us off. They can’t even get drinks out to you on time which is just lame, the food arrived faster then the drinks!!!! The prawns I ordered smelled horrific and pretty obvious they weren’t fresh! We left instantly, didn’t pay a penny for anything because we hadn’t even touched the food. Now I know why this place isn’t busy!!!

First time to this restaurant as a party of 7 for a works get together. It was absolutely fabulous! I couldn't fault t. The service was excellent, and the food was incredible and amazing value for money! Waiting staff were lovely. Without a doubt I plan to return!

We chose the yogurtlu chicken shish, lahmacun and adana with rice. All dishes were very tasty and on par with other Turkish restaurants in area. Staff were attentive throughout. Meals are priced ok and portion sizes good. Would recommend.

Everything was great! The food tasted great, the portions were big and what's more they even offer on the house a taste of 4 mezes at the beginning and turkish tea with a dessert in the end! We already plan when to visit again!

Food is brilliant and great value, very friendly staff who offered us some free sides and tea. Have been recommending to people ever since.

We wanted to try this as we noticed this new place while driving past Narborough rd. Within few minutes we had a bad feeling of this place as the fresh orange juice came unnoticed with a fly in it. we ordered mezze and holoumi for starters which was delicious. Falafel and combo shish for main course was average. Veg guvej for main course had no flavour and lacked something special. Overall the food was average but wat let's us down was the service. We had two people serving us with drinks and food. The lady was very good and did apologise when we sent back the fruit juice with the fly. The guy however was quite rude, dropping the plates on the table and dint seem very happy clearing the plates. This place has a long way to go in terms of service and for that we definitely would not go here again.

Great Food, Good Service and Excellent value for money. Just a shame that you can't have a glass of wine with your meal because that would round it off perfectly.

Went last week on Thursday as previously this restaurant was called Sultan. Went only based on 2 reviews but weren't disappointed. The food was great as you would expect from Turkish, it's HMC Halal as well. The service was good, we were 7 of us as really enjoyed our food. If you need to pray just request the manager and he will arrange it for you! Overall great experience, massive portion size, good customer service and lovely food.

A restaurant isn't just about the food, its about the overall experience. The food was exquisite btw. The service, the staff, the room temperature, etc. Spot on! The Turkish tea, the bakhlava type dessert, the beautiful smiles from the staff that worked there - brilliant!

I was impressed by the attitude of the staff, the food was good and the quantities excellent. It definitely is one of the better Turkish restaurants in Leicester.
