Called the restaurant to check on an UberEats order I had made, the little nerd on the phone said “buddy we’re closed” and hung up before I could speak twice. Very angry. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Providing pizza with an affordable price.And at the app there is always some vouchers offered. Considered it price,it is nothing to complain. Really recommend thin and crispy base and Italian style base.

I ordered a pizza the first time, but wasn't full so I wanted to order more chicken. Then, the staff member informed me that chicken orders could only be placed online. I used to order chicken and only chicken to go home. They don't seem to want to sell goods or services.

Ordered once with friends to eat. The pizza never arrived and when I contact the support team they did not even respond to me. I paid 30pounds and got nothing. And I went to the store and the staff were super rude. At the end nothing happened, I did not receive a refund or my pizzas. Save your money people worst franchise pizza ever. If I could put 0/5 stars I would!

I came from India where we prefer to have little spicy and flavourful food, plus vegetarian. My family here used to order from here & it comes out what we were expecting. It remind me my homeland food specially on my birthday. They customized pizza on basis of our choices & I like ittttt!!!!

Yesterday, I've been here around 10:00 PM ish. When I entered and said hii, I was looking for menu and I am amazed that person have asked me straight away with out any greetings is it for delivery? I was like no. Then another person took initiative and showed me menu. I felt this behavior as rude as well as impolite since I wasn't carrying any bag nor any hand bag. I could understand they must be tired, however they must greet their customers and speak in proper and professional way with the smile. This was worst customer experience I ever experienced. I was in shock. Pizza was absolutely yummy and well cooked and garnished. Thanks alot for it.

Ordered 2 Pizzas from Dominoes Leicester - De Montfort. had issue with one. Phoned them and explained. The manager came round personally, apologised & replaced my pizza very quickly. Now for the made for TV review. I had an issue with the pizza, the manager came to the door, took me in his arms and begged for forgiveness, I’ve let you down he said, let me fix this...he gently stroked my hair from my eyes and walked swiftly to his car, retrieving a piping hot replacement pizza, good job my man. As a 14 stone man I appreciated the personal touch ! Great Service !

Today I travelled on foot for 20 minutes to collect a burnt pizza. This wasn't my issue, my issue is the customer service. It is disgusting. I rang 5/6 times in the space of 10 minutes. No answer. Eventually I get through to an agent, who was abrupt and told me she wouldn't replace my pizza if it had been touched. This is disgusting, it's a Monday night, I had to wait in traffic from the football to replace a burnt pizza that I had been indirectly accused of lying about. Their customer service is a disgrace. Don’t even want to give one star but I have to.

Although the food was delicious, I was disappointed to find that my garlic bread had no garlic on it at all. Additionally, my order took longer than expected to be delivered, and I encountered an issue with the app indicating that my order had been delivered when it hadn't. When I called the restaurant to inquire about my order, the customer service representative I spoke with was quite rude. Overall, while the food itself was good, the customer service experience could use improvement.

Had our pizzas done wrong in the first place , then told they have built them again and are in the oven and will be ready in 5 . Waited an other 25 min just to get some rushed poor quality pizzas filled with grease and not cooked properly

I do not recommend, they do not properly was knifes between orders!! I would give 0 stars if I could, my garlic bread stunk of onion and had a piece of onion between slices, got a replacement to which manager states "I checked it myself...the staff sanitized the knife" to find a piece of onion right on the top How they have any food rating I don't know And before you say I've already sent a message to customer services as this is not meeting ANYONES dietary requirements and is dangerous

They say they have a policy that they don't call out orders?!! Waited 30min for some cold, frozen pizza. Should have just gone Iceland.

Most terrible experience. Left waiting for 40 mins for a small order whilst there’s no one in the shop. When I initially came in they called out for other customers to give their food whilst they decide to leave me waiting with the food just sitting there at the counter not even alerting me like they did the others. When I confront them they tell me it’s their policy to not call anyone to collect. So why discriminate against me specifically? Not only that but they didn’t give me a receipt. Dominoes don’t want to address the complaint without my receipt… excuse me but your service is so terrible and you blame me for this?

Basicly some of these restaurants will tell you there not open and still take online orders the food is OK when you actually ask for lighter suace say but if you get it normally dripping grease ball

I ordered the cheese bites, I took a bite out of them to only then realize it was pepperoni. I follow dietary requirements so this was very appalling for dominos!

I ordered a vegetable pizza and they told me after 10 minutes and after 23 minutes I asked for pizza they told me after 5 minutes but I received the pizza after 34 minutes . طلبت بيتزا خضار وابلغوني بعد 10 دقائق وبعد 23 دقيقة سألت عن البيتزا قالوا لي بعد 5 دقائق ولكنني استلمت البيتزا بعد مرور 34 دقيقة

Pizza was amazing, bonus points for the student deals, however we did have to wait 35mims

I would give a zero if i could. I am 4 months pregnant and was in dire need of the toilet. I went in and asked if I could use it and said I was pregnant but I was met with pure disgust by the male member of staff behind the counter. Looked me up and down like I was something he'd just found on the bottom of his shoe and denied me access to the bathroom. He needs some serious training in customer services and to learn some compassion. I'm now stuck in traffic to get home and praying I don't soil myself on the way. He should be ashamed of himself. What a horrible man.

I was waiting for my pizza inside of the store. I was the only customer at that time and after 30 minutes of waiting for my pizzas employee acted surprised that I am inside and my order was done in 10 minutes. What a bunch of lazy guys that do not care to look over the counter lol Pizza was nice by the way

Excellent service. Our driver, Mansur, was very friendly, and returned after with ice cream to apologise for being late.

Will either never update the app that it’s done, or will say it’s done and then make you wait in store 20 minutes because they haven’t even started.

Delivery driver "stood outside for 5 minutes" before resorting to (god forbid) pressing the doorbell, and that's apparently my fault lol

Best place to have chicken pizza here

Firstly, the delivery was quick. But pizza was completely difficult for me to eat. It's just came without cheese as i chose vegan cheese alternative which is miss leading as cheese alternative for me mean others available option, but never knew it would come without any cheese. Also for dome reason this veg pizza is certainly spicy and just can't eat. This is my very first time in city and maybe I've done something wrong placing order. Rest order was alright as it was just drink and wedges

This is the second time I have ordered from this Dominoes. Fast service, delicious food. However, I thought delivery meant too my door. I had to walk up the road, in the rain too the delivery guy.Who may I add, was nice and dry in his car. My pizza was luke warm by the time I got home as the box was saturated.

Always great food. Shame about some of the delivery drivers. I'm aware there is no vehicle access for non residents in the car park of my apartment building. Its not my problem quite frankly... Park nearby and walk through the carpark and to the main entrance of my building and deliver my food. Use your initiative and do what you are paid to do. Dont tell me to come out of my home and walk all the way through the car park to the main road for my food and then have an attitude when I say no.

Terrible service. Pre ordered 3 Pizza's with sides at work. Turned up 20 mins late, and only had 2 pizza's. Driver swored blindly that there were 3 pizza's there. I can count to 3 and there were clearly only 2 pizza's there! We all tried to call them, but no answer (on a Friday afternoon). Avoid this place!!!!

I've not been to too many different dominos pizza places but I do know the food at this one is very good. Also very good deals. If this one is to go by I'll have to visit dominos pizza places more often.

Pizza was full of bubbles! Took 26 minutes to wait for collection. Asked for 1 sauce and was told i need to pay 49p. When i said no it's ok and started to walk off, i saw a couple of staff members laughing. Not happy with the service.

When the branch first opened about a year ago it was so delicious but now the pizza is dry and dull

I've ordered for collection and delivery and on both occasions the food was prompt, hot and came with well mannered staff. The staff however were eager to make us leave online feedback and that felt a little bit pushy. I was even thanked by the delivery man for being polite myself which makes me question the clientele but all in all, a great Dominos.

Terrible service, items missing off the order. Manager hung up on me without fully resolving issue and the double decadence base is practically non-existent and very dry!

Great service, the staff were very welcoming and the pizza was ready in minutes. Will definitely be ordering again :)
