Our food delivery was unavoidably delayed, so they didn't charge us. Food was amazing too, as always.

Amazing !!! Absolutely delicious food so tasty and fresh , chunks of beef that were so tender delivered hot and within the time given highly highly reccomend

Got here for a 2 night stay. was 30 minutes early. got told by very aggressive woman at reception to pay £10 if i wanted to go to my room early. i declined. had to take all my bags back to my car . quit a struggle as a disabled person. i have used premier inn for years, all over the uk . never had this problem before. won’t use again!

A very big thank you to Gail,Laura,Eilie, Elsie, Kristie and the kitchen,who looked after us,coping admirably with our large family group of twenty.Everyone agreed the food was excellent in presentation,flavour and value.The staff were very friendly and helpful.The children's play area was enjoyed by our Grandchildren.No hesitation in recommending Telford Lodge and we will certainly use this location again for future family gatherings
