Got here for a 2 night stay. was 30 minutes early. got told by very aggressive woman at reception to pay £10 if i wanted to go to my room early. i declined. had to take all my bags back to my car . quit a struggle as a disabled person. i have used premier inn for years, all over the uk . never had this problem before. won’t use again!

The staff were super polite, and one of the reception staff named Anca went above and beyond during our stay. Super accommodating and welcoming so thank you :) Room temperature was an issue, windows not opening far enough in 30 degree weather meaning no airflow.

As a disabled solo traveller using sticks, it's very difficult to manage bags. The reception is the opposite side of the carpark to the disabled access rooms so I found it a nightmare. Thankfully, the lovely older gentleman receptionist helped me with the bags otherwise I wouldn't have coped. Most Premier Inns are the same sadly. I enjoyed my stay immensely. WiFi and phone signal is a major problem. Even when you pay for premium WiFi it constantly drops out. In my room I had emergency calls only throughout my stay. It needs sorting especially when charging for premium.

This is a very good hotel Room comfortable Delicious meals But the internet is really bad It’s okay if you use a paid network. It would be great if the network quality could be improved Lived here for a month The more people there are, the internet will start to slow down and get disconnected easily. There is poor reception on the mobile phone network in the room This is unimaginable in Taiwan

We stayed here for a funeral and the staff couldnt have been more helpful and sensitive throughout our stay. Even moving us rooms so that we could stay closer to other members of our party. Its little things like that which make all the difference at such an awful time Thank you.

The rooms were the normal Premier Inn standard with a really comfortable bed. However, the girl ar reception when we booked in didn't seem that interested. She gave us our key but there was no eye contact, smile or anything. The restaurant in the pub next door where breakfast/dinner is served, looked a bit grubby and the toilets were disgusting.

This place is very grubby now. I really feel for the bar & restaurant staff, they are so understaffed at all times, they hardly get chance to clear the glasses & tables.

Poor wireless in extension part, but it does say that on the website apparently... work booked it. No good coverage with 4G/ 5G either, so working was challenging!

this was a very horrible stay. The only thing that i felt was ok was the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows looked dirty. No WiFi even the phone signal was soooo bad .. that every time we needed to make a call we had to walk far out to get a signal... And it was freezing outside!!! The menu is different to normal premier inn food... the cafe area usually is a nice premier inn setting with clean tables but this one is like a pub where it's open to anyone. And often loud that you really can't hear someone sitting next to you. sticky tables and place smells of alcohol obviously. Food was not great I didn't really eat much and had to waste most of it. And the staff seem so passive aggressive when u ask them things. they don't feel polite enough to answer you. I wouldn't ever go here again!!

I've just ordered a Take Away from Red Rose. The food was still piping hot, plating up at home. The chicken was cooked to perfection 👌. The honey Naan wad absolutely addictive. Friendly. Good value. Amazing food. Highly recommended X

I had a bad experience in Kettering. The lady who takes the order is arrogant. I gave the wrong order and she tried to convince me badly that I ordered that food even though I am a regular customer and I know for sure what I prefer every time. I am very disappointed .The money has not been returned to me either.

Good place for a reasonably priced lunch/early dinner and the Meal Deal is especially good value for money. The choices on this menu are not as wide as when we first started visiting but the meals that are left are sufficiently varied so I'm sure there would be something to suit everyone. We do occasionally order from the main menu depending on when we visit but our favourite time is during 12-6 Monday to Friday when the Meal Deal operates. Our server yesterday was Louise who makes you feel 'special' even when rushed off her feet and cannot do enough for you. When time allows she will always stay and have a chat which is quite refreshing these days and much appreciated. We'll be back shortly so looking forward to another reasonably priced meal and with any luck we'll be met by the friendly face of Louise once again. Can't wait.
