Despite booking months in advance be prepared to be called the night before your stay to query if you really need the accessible room you have booked.

Very good stay and warm room good heating and lights in the room

The wifi is that bad it wouldn't allow me to write this negative post about it I had to come down to the car park. It's as useless as strength 1 rated cheese. P.s nearly costed me a new phone. We live in 2025 now and wifi is everything call virgin

I have been a regular guest to Kettering Premier Inn for the past 15 months (2 nights/week). It is an excellent hotel with superb access from A14 and into town All members of staff are very welcoming and helpful. I shall continue to stay at premier Inn Kettering for the foreseeable future. Thank you all for making my weekly stays super comfortable and safe

Good place for a quick breakfast or lunch, access from A14 is not too clear, junction can be very busy in rush hours. Poor selection of real ales but good varied lunch menu.

Very friendly, clean, and everything you would expect from a premier inn.

Staff are friendly , rooms are tidy , food is not that great though , location is at the top if a busy roundabout so if u get allocated a room on that side , depending on how deep a sleeper u are chances are it's broken sleep

Leak in bathroom ceiling wasn't fixed, just mopped up with a towel. Iron wasn't great. Breakfast was cold.

As with most of the premier inns, a good stay with good staff, you couldn't ask for more.

Very weak internet and no mobile signal inside the hotel

Very friendly receptionist on reception made to feel very welcome when we arrived. Rooms clean, tidy and spacious.

Had a great experience at this premier inn, I had an email before my stay regarding checking in early if needed which was handy as I was coming down for my sisters wedding. The receptionist who greeted me was more than welcoming and even changed my room to accommodate my request. Room was spotless with extra amenities such as tea/coffee/milk available at reception. Will definitely be back again when visiting family.

Excellent service, room would have been 5 star with exception of found cold shower on 1st morning, that was resolved by returning in the evening. My location was for work. So easy to find.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Rajat was exceptionally attentive and promptly resolved our Internet issues. The entire staff was also very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

Great visit everything was absolutely great.

Rooms good, clean and tidy. Unfortunately the restaurant was having supply problems so choice was limited. No problems with food that was available.

Absolute shambles handling the fire alarm this morning Everyone had evacuated the building apart from my wife and I, no staff present, and my sister was allowed back into the building to check on us as we were getting ready to evacuate just after 0500 Doors to the building were left wide open, they should be closed in the event of a fire Eventually two young staff arrived and entered the building, and turned off the alarm and told us it was a false alarm No fire brigade presence

Receptionists bit ill mannered and dismissive got woke up at 5.30am with people talking really loud outside bedroom corridor

Warm and friendly welcome, good rooms with comfortable beds. Plenty of free parking spaces.

The location of the hotel near Kettering General Hospital. Large car park facilities and such a big pub. Room was clean and clam. Room rent also cheap. Should be a complimentary breakfast.

Got here for a 2 night stay. was 30 minutes early. got told by very aggressive woman at reception to pay £10 if i wanted to go to my room early. i declined. had to take all my bags back to my car . quit a struggle as a disabled person. i have used premier inn for years, all over the uk . never had this problem before. won’t use again!

The staff were super polite, and one of the reception staff named Anca went above and beyond during our stay. Super accommodating and welcoming so thank you :) Room temperature was an issue, windows not opening far enough in 30 degree weather meaning no airflow.

As a disabled solo traveller using sticks, it's very difficult to manage bags. The reception is the opposite side of the carpark to the disabled access rooms so I found it a nightmare. Thankfully, the lovely older gentleman receptionist helped me with the bags otherwise I wouldn't have coped. Most Premier Inns are the same sadly. I enjoyed my stay immensely. WiFi and phone signal is a major problem. Even when you pay for premium WiFi it constantly drops out. In my room I had emergency calls only throughout my stay. It needs sorting especially when charging for premium.

This is a very good hotel Room comfortable Delicious meals But the internet is really bad It’s okay if you use a paid network. It would be great if the network quality could be improved Lived here for a month The more people there are, the internet will start to slow down and get disconnected easily. There is poor reception on the mobile phone network in the room This is unimaginable in Taiwan

No phone signal, WiFi may as well not exist. Want you to upgrade to better WiFi.

We stayed here for a funeral and the staff couldnt have been more helpful and sensitive throughout our stay. Even moving us rooms so that we could stay closer to other members of our party. Its little things like that which make all the difference at such an awful time Thank you.

The rooms were the normal Premier Inn standard with a really comfortable bed. However, the girl ar reception when we booked in didn't seem that interested. She gave us our key but there was no eye contact, smile or anything. The restaurant in the pub next door where breakfast/dinner is served, looked a bit grubby and the toilets were disgusting.

This place is very grubby now. I really feel for the bar & restaurant staff, they are so understaffed at all times, they hardly get chance to clear the glasses & tables.

Poor wireless in extension part, but it does say that on the website apparently... work booked it. No good coverage with 4G/ 5G either, so working was challenging!

this was a very horrible stay. The only thing that i felt was ok was the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows looked dirty. No WiFi even the phone signal was soooo bad .. that every time we needed to make a call we had to walk far out to get a signal... And it was freezing outside!!! The menu is different to normal premier inn food... the cafe area usually is a nice premier inn setting with clean tables but this one is like a pub where it's open to anyone. And often loud that you really can't hear someone sitting next to you. sticky tables and place smells of alcohol obviously. Food was not great I didn't really eat much and had to waste most of it. And the staff seem so passive aggressive when u ask them things. they don't feel polite enough to answer you. I wouldn't ever go here again!!

Great rooms, very clean and tidy. Kettle in room with plenty of refreshments.

The Premier Inn accommodation is good. The Beefeater breakfast was not so good.
