Visited on Friday for lunch with my partner & children the children had the burgers & we’re satisfied we opted for small plates and they all came out brilliantly! Thank you Louise for the fantastic service we will be back on Friday!!

Veggie food like cardboard 😟 Sunday carvery. Veg lovely but the meat alternative looked and tasted like it had come off the bottom of someone's shoe. Very unimpressed. I mean, would you eat that?

I arrived with my friend and 4 children, the gentleman was very nice and showed us to a table, there was no one else in our vicinity. The children who are 8,3,3 and 1 were excited santa is coming in 4 days. Our 8 yr old is autistic but was very well behaved, we were laughing the kids were enjoying giggling along with us , when a lady came and pointed out the children were rather noisy and if wanted we could go to the play area! We hadn't finished eating I ended up paying for 2 croissants and a cup of tea(£8.99) some unlimited breakfast that was! Hence I won't return!!!

Our visit today was lovely, we met up to have a festive meal, but unfortunately it wasn’t available, due to a issues with the food supplier’s but managed to have a enjoyable meal which was lovely, food came out lovely and hot, followed by a nice dessert, a big thank you to Louise and to all the lovely members staff who couldn’t do enough for us, which made our visit enjoyable, happy Xmas to you all

Came for a childs birthday. Menu was limited due to a technical issue. We had already received an email making us aware. We were a party of 12 we all managed to find something we wanted. Staff were very helpful and I'm sure fed up of explaining the amended menu. None the less they were extremely helpful and accommodating explaining as many times as we needed. Thank you Anna and Gail for your help and patience

We were booked into Brewers Fayre Telford Lodge and upon arrival, we were told a few things would not be available. They gave us a list to photograph and we spent time going though deciding what we all wanted. Then everyone paid me their money and I went to the bar to order, only to be told they couldn't serve anything from the Festive Menu. I said we had not been told that upon arrival and the manager showed me the list that included 'Festive Menu' (but in bold so it looked like a heading) and it was a different list to what we had been given anyway. The manager was very rude, didn't apologise and wouldn't even let me speak. He just said everyone had been emailed, which we hadn't, and it wasn't his fault. He shut me down everytime I tried to speak and had a real don't care attitude. We tried to look at the menu and place another order but then as WiFi was so awful, I couldn't transfer people back their money and the manager was consistently rude to each of us, so in the end we cut our losses and left.

Hi went for lunch on 2 June with my 2 kids lovely meal and dessert very good value good customer service from Louise very polite and friendly lady will be bk again soon teresa x

Visited this Saturday for a meet up with some family staying in the hotel. If I’m honest I wasn’t looking forward to it, (as I have had bad experiences on every other day other than carvery!!) but what a surprise. Food was good value, quick to arrive and very tasty. Highlight was the service however. Bar staff were efficient and polite, 2 girls who bought our meals out were great and the manager running around all night stopped several times to check up on us... Great night thank you

Sat here with a few mates to watch the FA cup... two TVs two different games. Nice enough bar area, good selection of beers. Place needs a bit of TLC but cant mark the guys there Down... I very much doubt they decide when a refurb is done!!

Brewers Fayre is adjacent to the premier inn so it was a typical self service breakfast, on offer was the usual array of cereals, cooked breakfast, pastries, toast and crumpets. If there was anything you needed cooking that wasn’t out then it could be ordered and cooked for you which was nice. The reason that I only gave 3/5 was that it seemed very under staffed as plates were not cleared away during our visit, the restaurant in general seemed unclean and messy. It was very busy this morning due to the man in the big red suit being there but surely that is more of a reason to ensure you have plenty of staff and are keeping tables clear and tidy.

Great meal last night, had the new festive burger. Didn’t realise they’ve added BT sports into the bar area, so was quite busy with people watching. Great visit all around

Popped in today for a quick bite to eat... was great! Really impressed with the speed my meal came out as well as the quality (I expected 2 for £8.99 to not be great!) but was surprised!! To top it all off the manager gave me by one get one free vouchers on my way out... a really nice touch! We will be back!!

Breakfast selection was varied and fresh, staff were clearly busy clearing tables etc. Scarlett was very polite and friendly, ensuring that everything was okay with our breakfasts, making sure we had everything we needed :) Thankyou, shall definitely be back if in the area again.

If you want to have a meal without the kids getting bored , this is the place to go. They have an indoor soft play area for the little ones ! You can finally have some peace whilst having a meal out.It's a win win for any parents.

We have been here a few times before, so we decided to come get breakfast before heading down to the beach on Wednesday morning. We got 2 adults breakfast and got our sons breakfast free! Very impressed. Big selection of hot food, they even do poached eggs and scrambled if you want them. So much food to choose from! And unlimited Costa was perfect. Wasn't too busy but the staff were lovely. Very smiley. Food, I cannot fault. The presentation was beautiful, everything was hot and everything just kept coming. Very cheap and amazing food! Decided to come back up again as we do love this place, to see there is a new menu. Very impressed! My son loved the cheesy flatbread. Good size too. I ordered the black and blue burger. Lots of cheese. Tiger fries too was a hit! There is a big range of food here, more choices of salads as its warmer outside. We tried there new gin cocktails too and weren't disappointed!not much of a drinker but this was lovely! Unlimited refills for the Pepsi machine. Always nice and clean inside too. Toliets are clean aswell. Nice friendly staff as always. Lots of parking too, have to enter your reg at the bar now though! Great prices here and they usually have vouchers or offers on. Lunch time is very cheap! Didn't have to wait long at all for our food. Service was quick and polite. Made sure we had desserts! Had the chocolate fudge cake. Definitely a win on food. Coming for breakfast soon

Absolutely love it here. Staff are so polite and welcoming. We were greeted by the manager when we walked in, and got a table by the kids play area. It can get quite busy but it's well worth it. Seems very popular. Prices for the carvery were a tenner for unlimited all you can eat. Tomato soup and bread rolls are included. We paid £2 more for desserts! So cheap. Meats are turkey, beef and gammon. They do cook the beef more if asked. Chefs are very polite. Roasts we're the best and the selection of veg is great. Kids enjoyed it so much. Play area is free and there is loads of parking. Recommended!

Came here as we wanted a nice Sunday roast without breaking the Bank.and we got a 3 course this time. Lovely food as always, such nice staff this evening. Very kind in helping my nan with her carvery. Chefs were very polite and cheered up my son. Smiles everywhere which was so nice to see. Great prices for delicious food. Good for a quick bite but it can get very busy as we did experience. This place is very popular!! Didn't realise how busy it can get. Worth the wait though as we ordered some starters too. The goujons are lovely, and cheesy garlic bread went down a treat. Big range of food. So much to choose from. They did do a voucher for by one get one free. We used that. Play area for the grandkids which they loved. Planning to come for breakfast as its very cheap. Shame about the decor, could do with updating. Lots of parking too. Would recommend to anyone, but be prepared to wait if it gets busy.

I regularly stay next door to this restaurant for work use. And over the past few months I've noticed that breakfast changed when I stayed this week. It was still the massive delicious hot ray of food that I do enjoy. It was presented alot better. I did order poached eggs and noticed how much better looking they were. I don't know if it is a new chef but thank you for my lovely eggs. It was a nice and quiet morning so I well enjoyed the peace. This place is great for value for money. I rarely get to stay for lunch anymore but I recommend this place with kids or not. It can get very busy at times. Everywhere is usually clean and tidy. Even the loos are well stocked and hygienic. Staff are friendly and welcoming to everyone. The menu is quite big so lots of choose from! I do recommend the breakfast to anyone. Great if staying near by too.

We decided to go out for Christmas this year as we have never done it and usually I'm the one cooking. But it was such a nice surprise to be treated to a 3 course (4 course if you count the second helping) carvery. We did a pre order a few months ago so we all decided what we were going to have. They did a good selection of starters and desserts. I had the pate and my husband had a prawn cocktail. The best part being the after eight sundae! Carvery was beautiful, best I've seen it. I usually come now and then on Sundays but it's never looked this good. There was so much veg on there too. We felt so comfortable and food got served quickly. The staff as always seemed lovely and very welcoming. The chefs were very polite to us and ensured we were having a great day. Generally the best Christmas we have had, lots of wine helped too to make it that bit merrier. I know where we are going next year!

We visited on Sunday 16th for Breakfast With Santa. The restaurant was very busy and everyone was enjoyning the food and drinks. When it was our turn we were called in to see Santa. The kids left very happy and were thrilled to have met the man himself. I hope my kids next year will still be able to enjoy this magical time of year. Santa was great with the kids and knew all his reindeer names.

We visited today for lunch and it was very busy so were very glad we booked in advance.

I visited this pub for the first time with my boyfriend, didn't expect alot as its just a pub.. But I was pleasantly surprised, service was excellent, a man named Dean on the bar was wonderful. He filled us in on how everything worked here n was very helpful and my partner couldn't decide what he wanted so Dean recommended the sloppy Joe burger and my partner loved it. Food was out within 10 minutes and piping hot. Will definitely return!

Was a quiet night when myself and my family visited I am used to seeing this place packed. Its always excellent and quick. Staff are friendly, we were served by Dean on the bar. Was very friendly n joined in with out banter which is was nice! Great experience as always. Highly recommended

I visited this morning for breakfast with my family as they were staying with us for the weekend we decided to eat out for breakfast to save cooking until much later.

I visited today with just my wife and we both had the Carvery option. Its an all you can eat offer which is noce as i love to have 4 or 5 yorkshire puds as they are my favourite part. I know some other places only let you have 1 pudding?

I visited this morning as they open at 6:30am and I needed an early breakfast to help get me set up for a long business meeting later. There was plenty to choose from and the buffet was hot and plentiful. The restaurant soon filled up with hotel guests and the staff didn’t fluster one bit. Everything remained fully stocked and fresh. My only problem was finding a parking spot as I guess the hotel was full and used most of the car park.

Absolutely love this pub,such great value for money. The burgers are delicious and quite a few to choose from. Kids eat free so was even more better value. They have a indoor soft play too, can get busy but still very good. Very affordable and they usually have deals on. Signed up to the email and got buy 1 get 1 free on our mains. Recommended booking a table as this place can be very popular! Didn't realise they did curry nights, which we will be returning to try!

Visited with a group of friends on Thursday for breakfast, Jo, Martine and Sammy were great hosts making sure the food was constantly topped up, great value for money with kids eat free and free play area will definitely be returning

What a great breakfast deal they offer at Telford Lodge Brewers Fayre. Not only is it an all you can eat offer, kids also eat FREE. The is a wide choice of many different breakfast items and something for everyone.

We visited here this week for breakfast and found it to be great value for money. 6 of us ate for less than £20. With kids eating free for breakfast this is probably the best value breakfast in the area.

Having recently moved to the area we thought we would try out the Carvery at Telford Lodge.

Been here a few times now, and really enjoying our visits! We came for the Burger night which is a big buffet they do. we came just as it started , so much to choose from my son was over the moon building a burger of his own. It unlimited to you can eat as much as you want for 8.99 i think i paid. burgers, chicken burgers, hot dogs , beans are a few of the items on the display. Easy to fill your family up. There is also salad and cheese and sauces. the food was very hot and displayed nicely. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Will be popping down again to try all the buffets out! recommend this place to anyone wanting a big selection of foods to choose from.

I visited last night with a couple of work colleagues for a drink. This place is by no means a London Gin bar but they did have a nice selection of a few Gins to choose from. My personal favorite was Sipsmith while my colleagues had Gordons Pink. They were all served with plently of ice and our choice of mixer. It was a great end to our working week being able to have a drink in a relaxed bar that is not overrun with drunks. We popped over to the next door hotel and they were more than happy to call us a taxi for the journey home.

We visited last Sunday after the trading post had a 40 minute wait, best decision we ever made! The meat was delicious and such a great range of choice for a great price, the service was excellent our waitress Sammy was brilliant with our children and helping us sort out desserts without hassle of queuing at the bar, will definitely be visiting again!

Came here on Sunday, as my family wanted a Sunday roast. Surprised at how cheap it all was for unlimited food was brilliant. £9.99 for a standard carvery. Loads of veg and meats, plus soup and rolls for a starter. Ended up talking with a young female chef, Alex who sold me and my family the carvery straight away and I'm glad she did! Everything was very hot and fresh, the carvery chef was very helpful in explaining what everything was. We were stuffed but there's always room for desserts, which we received by a young lad Connor, who was very polite and caring asking if we would like any more drinks. Service and food here is fantastic. Was recommended this restaurant by my sister and I will definitely be returning! Thank you Telford Lodge for our lovely Sunday roast.

Horrendous customer service from the manager , my mum who is a pensioner was using the toilets ,when someone stuck...

I visited on sunday and it was extreemly busy which made me feel glad i had booked. We all chose the Carvery which includes free soup as a starter which is a nice touch and all the veg selection is eat all you can unlike someother local places that say just 1 plate.

This was our first year out for a meal on Christmas Day &we wasn’t disappointed, the food was great we all loved the Carvery & baileys profiteroles was delicious, & all the staff are amazing,

I now visit Telford Lodge most weeks as it offeres exactly what i need for a good value meal out.I have just visited this morning for Breakfast With Santa with the family.The breakfast is buffet style and was hot and fresh and is also an all you can eat offer so we never leave hungry.It seemed busier than normal this morning so im so glad i had booked in advance.The kids were called in to see Santa after breakfast and they are still young enough to enjoy the experiance which is good. Sanat was cheery and chatted to the kids and we were allowed to take as many photos as we like for free. Some place charge extra for pics which is a shame but this place let us take as many as we liked which is a nice touch.

I visited last week on a Saturday night and opted for the all you can eat buffet option. We were able to be seated straight away and were able to eat at the buffet also. There was a good selection of curries and also chicken options. All for £9.99 each its a great offer i will most certainly be back for.

We visited a few months ago and had a brilliant time then and was not disappointed today! Carvery is definitely a hit here, price is really good for the selection. Fed the whole family so cheaply. Food was very hot and tastey. My son actually ate all his veg for once! It's becoming a monthly visit here, kids love the big indoor play area so we keep coming back. Staff here are friendly and very attentive. Manager was lovely! and sorted us out a table in the family area. Was quite busy but I can see why . If your looking for some lovely food with entertainment for the kids, here is a good spot! Only downside is it looks a bit old fashioned inside but none the less still a lovely place.

I have been Ban from this place ( Telford Logde Kettering )because i put a bad reveiw on here.Its not my fault i was given a cold meal.Most of the staff are great its the Manager of the place.When i asked why i was banned i was told it was because of my review i put on here.Be aware of the manager. So if i go in with my Family i would be asked to leave.

We didn't expect much when we came here but we was pleasantly surprised. My partner had the Lamb Shank, and I had Katsu Chicken. Both generous portions and nicely presented. The food tasted good and fresh. Pub was busy, but still only took 20 mins to get food. Only complaint would be having to wait to be seated. Not sure why this is needed, as similar places like Brewers Fayre pubs allow you to sit where you like. We would recommend.

Four of us came down on Sunday as we tried Hobsons but received burnt food and cold chips. We were greeted by the manager, lovely welcome and got us a table near the play area for my son even though we hadn't booked. Three of us had the carvery and my daughter had the ribs. The carvery was fantastic, unlimited soup, rolls and veg. We paid a couple of quid for the large and was definitely worth it. The chef was lovely who carved and even got the beef cooked more for my wife to her liking. The female chef was very helpful and kept my son laughing. The play area is brilliant, there was one outside too . My daughters food was piping hot. The JD sauce is yummy! Our waitress got us desserts, which were great but had to take them away as we were so full up. Over all one happy family, will be coming back for the carvery again!

This is the place to go for a Sunday Carvery. There is a choice of roasted meats and all you can eat yorkshire puddings, stuffing and veg. Most places I've been to limit Yorkshire puds to 1 each. My kids love puddings and normally have 4 or 5 each and at Telford lodge that's not a problem.There is also a small indoor soft play which is very busy but does keep the kids amused while us adults are chatting. Sundays would not be the same without a tasty carvery.

I always go here for an all you can eat breakfast. The food is nice and you can choose whatever you want. Also with a kids play area does come in handy.

We go to Telford Lodge for breakfast most Sunday's. All the nice ladies are so helpful, kind and welcoming. Martine always has a smile and will do anything to make your breakfast experience a good one. They work so hard. Food is lovely. Thank you. Ethan

I've been here many times now and recently saw the breakfast with santa offer. This morning I decided to take the kids to see santa and they were so happy with everything from the breakfast to the free play area to meeting the big man himself. Thanks telford lodge and Santa you have made my kids Christmas special.

The staff here looked after us without fuss and nothing was too much trouble. I find it hard sometimes to decide where to go for a nice family meal but Telford Lodge I felt welcome from the start. It got very busy by the time we left and I can see why I was told it's best to book a table. I will be back as my kids were enjoying the indoor play area and it was free.

The staff are nice and there is a decent choice of food and drinks to choose from. I've been staying here a while now and see the staff work very hard to try and please all different requests.Breakfast during the week is a bit quieter now I think because the schools have reopened. An all you can eat breakfast is the perfect start to the day for me.

Made decision to go as staying in lovely Premier Inn next door as Saturday was Fajitas night according to menu. Went in and buffet had no Fajitas and some vile looking southern fried chicken instead. Ordered a double burger from main menu it was two dry birds eye type burgers with semi warm chips. San Miguel on draft was warm. Wouldn't eat here again if free avoid and the bar staff are ignorant

Il personale era molto gentile e paziente. Il cibo era buono anche se la carne leggermente dura da masticare. La sala era luminosa grazie ad uno splendido sole e grosse finestre, peccato che alcuni clienti abbiano chiuso le tende perchè avevano il sole in faccia.

Em Inglaterra é muito dificil comer bem. O travel Lodge tem um bom menu mas pouco variado. Tentei jantar as 9:00 pm o que se torna um dor de cabeça. Pedimos 3 pratos e so vieram dois. Como temos que poagar tudo primeiro , muito aborrecido, eles não tinha como confirmar que tinha razão. No final ficamos até 22:30 para que o terceiro consiga jantar muito fraco. Preços também economicos para oferta fraca.
