Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Returning We had high hopes for this Italian restaurant, but unfortunately, the entire experience was a letdown from start to finish. The service was poor, with the waitress coming across as rude and uninterested, which set the tone for the rest of the evening. The food did nothing to redeem the atmosphere. The garlic mushroom starter was clearly microwaved—cold around the edges and lacking any real flavour. The garlic bread was limp and soggy, and the arancini were mushy and unpleasant in texture. Both spaghetti bolognese dishes we ordered appeared to have been microwaved as well, lacking freshness and served at inconsistent temperatures. The Pollo Dianna was another disappointment: the vegetables were clearly microwaved, watery and borderline raw, and the sauce had developed an unappetizing skin. The chicken itself was tough and dry. The only redeeming item was the chips, which were actually cooked decently—though they were served cold, which unfortunately ruined even that small positive. Altogether, it was a very poor experience, and we won’t be coming back. There are far better places around for Italian food that actually care about quality and service.

Had a disaster vegan burger 2 yrs ago and decided to give another try as plant based burgers seemed really tempting. My husband ordered a collection frkn Arnold. To start with, my beet n bean burger came with regular pretzel bun and chips - it was mean to be rainbow bun and spinch friterrs instead of chips. Then the beet and bean pattie was just some cheap tasteless mashed (probably potatoes) barely even had any beet colour and was really thin. Mushrooms were so chewy. Also, barely any sauce at all and it was spicy which wasn't mentioned in the description. Furthermore, some sauces for the chips were just thrown in the bag, I didn't know if I could eat it as no one advised if they were vegan or not, neither had any labels on them tk advise on allergies etc. It felt like i eas just eating dry pretzel bun as it is way too big compared to the amount of other ingredients. Basically just cheap tasteless and dry thing that I wouldn't dare to call a burger. Unfortunately didn't take any photos!!! Like that is not enough the website is not working properly as it won't open any info about the burgers, you have to go through google and type in the branch you want to collect from and then in takes you to a different ohanes website.

Disappointing. Ordered potato wedges & they look & taste like they’ve been fried twice. No flavour, just tastes like oil. Could only manage 1/3. It’s a shame because Cucina used to be pretty good.

One of the best pizza places of all time! Amazing food especially for vegans. Better pizzas than any chain, and fascinating flavours. Hope dough and crust continue to expand!!
